As a Service Advisor who gets kicked in the teeth by customers every day, and typically dreads having to call any company for Tire and Wheel claims, Autoxcel is the welcome exception. My agent Nichole was awesome! She was with me every step of the way through the claim even tho we were on a global back order for my windshield. She made sure that I had all the details of what's going on through out the whole process. Can't thank her enough for all her hard work and help! I would recommend having her as your agent!

I've never should sing up. They don't cover lots of things like dents on certain parts of the car. One time I left the car overnight at the dealership and the agent never showed up. When I wanted to cancel the insurance, they want $50 cancelation fee plus to reimburse them back for my 1st clam $150 where they painted some scratches which I could do it with a marker. This warrants is not worth it!

As a repair company that works with AutoXcel regularly, I can say that we have found them to be extremely professional, very courteous and kind, prompt in their response, both with us and their clients, and overall are a great company to work with. The whole experience dealing with AutoXcel started a did rocky, with delays in my contract transfer (Largely due to the COVID situation). Having said that, they do have great professionals like Scott Golub. Who went beyond his day job to sort my issues. I am super pleased with the service you have provided. You have been proactive and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been working in the automotive industry for over 35 years. I've been working as a service advisor for over 33 years. in the past few years, I've seen many many tire and wheel companies. Some are good some I care not to mention. working with AutoXcel is a breathe of fresh air. Excellent crew. they are responsive and courteous and treat you like a long time friend. dealing with Kate Cuoco, Kathryn Mahoney and Steve Golub is a great pleasure. I love autoxcel. I work at a car dealership and when a client comes in there are so quick that it makes it easy for me to get my clients in and out. I deal with the same few people all the time (Kathrine, Sarah, Scott, Jillian, Katie, Nicole just to name a few) and they are always so nice and easy to work with. They understand if a client is in a hurry and I need to get them right out. And if your a client this is an excellent company to have, you definitely get a good value. Fantastic company with fantastic people!
