My first visit to service my Volvo 2006 wagon, needed freon. I was greeted and shortly after the Service Manager came out discussed the situation and quickly went about resolving the problem. My first impression is Autowerkes is customer service focused and customer satisfaction their goal. Very pleased and will return for any non dealership issues my Volvo may need

Autowerkes has been servicing my Audi for the past 4 years and I have always been pleased with their service. They were recommended to me by someone who is very particular about his cars so I knew I found a shop that I could trust. They provide excellent customer service so when I just purchased another used vehicle, I immediately took it to them to check it out.
They completed the state inspection for me and we discussed a few things that I should do later this summer. It is good to have a local mechanic that you can be comfortable with. Thank you Neil and team.

This place saved me a ton of money when fixing my smart car after someone damaged it. The staff is very friendly and occupied my toddler with a coloring book as we waited. He was able to see the cool cars getting worked on in the back and walked away with an emoji sticker for being such a good boy. Customer service and quality of work is A1!

We have been going to Autowerkes for a little over a year. Marcelo and Sergio run the type of automotive business that ALL other shops should aspire to be. If you are within a 35-45 mile radius of them, I would ~highly recommend~ them over any local dealership's repair shop (and their insane prices) for your import car or truck. These guys are simply the best.

My 13 year old Volvo had a problem with the headlights having a horrible coating, which prevented the lights from full visibility at night. I was unaware that there was a remedy to this problem. Upon the recommendation of Sergio I had a procedure completed on the headlights and the outcome is amazing! Autowerkes and the staff are true professionals who know their business and are always looking out for their customers. Anyone who has a Volvo, Mercedes, BMW should have their car serviced here.

If you drive any Euro vehicle and need service North of Baltimore, this is the place to take it. If you're looking to buy one, you can rest assured that they have been cared for. I've never purchased from them, but I have been taking our Mercedes and Volvo here for a few years. Honesty and quality of work are never a concern here. Sergio has been nothing but friendly and honest any time we have had any questions.
Our estimates have always been spot on. Service may be cheaper elsewhere, but why spend the money on a nice vehicle and toss it to the wolves at a cheaper garage? Give them a call or talk to anyone in their office. You won't regret it.

Just had my BMW serviced here. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable technician. I am meticulous about maintaining our vehicles and It was very refreshing to have our service experience meet and exceed my expectations. I found a new home base to service my BMW and when our Audi q5's service contract is up I will be bringing it here also.

This business has been my absolute go-to for my BMW 335xi. They're honest, hard working, efficient, and MUCH more affordable than taking your car to the dealer. Not only have they been my top choice for service but when looking to buy, they're my first call as well. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, but located and were able to have deliver exactly what I wanted within a few days. Highly recommended.

I brought my BMW here about a month ago to have my tires balanced and rotated. They were able to fit me in the same day and the wait time for service was reasonable. Everyone I spoke to during my visit was cordial. The work was done right and they threw in a car wash. I wound up paying about $25 less than what I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely return here for service on my car.
