Had a great experience with Roby purchasing a first car for my son. It was a ZERO pressure sale and there were no gross sales tactics. Simple transaction with solid customer service. Wish all car buying experiences could be like this.

Robbie and Roby were excellent! Finding any car right now is difficult but they kept their eyes open and found my son a perfect car! Bought many cars/trucks from various dealers over the years, but Grand Strand was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Actually did most of the back and forth thru messaging with the salesman (Mike)before Actually coming in to buy the frontier. Highly recommend these folks, great family type environment and treatment! And all this coming from a guy who usually cannot stand going to buy a car or truck from a dealer simply because of the way most dealerships handle the customers! My mind has been changed here for sure!

I traded in my 2020 Frontier for a 2022 Titan. My salesman Jim Hensley was excellent and this was my second time buying a truck from Grand Strand. Drew Anderton was also excellent to work with. My finance guy Vito was also excellent! These men treated me so professional and made my experience enjoyable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Where do I even begin? We purchased a 2015 Nissan Armada in April 2021. We desperately needed a larger vehicle for our family of 5 and this vehicle was perfect for our family or so we thought. Before we decided on the vehicle we test drove it for 1-2 days and also asked questions about the vehicle; made sure lights air heat works etc. Fast forward 2 weeks after signing papers for the vehicle; we had to bring the vehicle back to the dealership bc all of a sudden the ac stopped blowing cold air (while we were out with our young kids).

Prior to the ac being fixed, everything was running and working smoothly. Fast forward 5 months and then the heater is blowing cold air. I scheduled to come in and even though we have a warranty we're told it's $2000-$2400 to fix the heat "some how" the line is bent and they have to take the frame off the body and oh yeah that isn't covered under our warranty.

I called to speak with the Service manager to explain that $2400 is VERY hard to come by when you're disabled and that's your only income. I was informed that I can apply for a Nissan credit card to help with the amount owed, see If we can borrow it from a family member or trade the vehicle in and they would give me $10,000 (we purchased the vehicle for $28-29k so that was a slap in the face) February 2022 I went in for an oil change and alignment.

Before I left the lot I realized my steering wheel wasn't centered( after oil change and alignment)it was now to the right so I had to go back to the dealership to get this corrected. It was fixed but while driving my brakes started to slip. All of this happened within a day. Disappointed is an understatement. We could have gone any where for a 3rd row vehicle but we put our trust in Grand Strand Nissan and boy oh boy were we let down.

I was assisted by Roby Haynes, salesperson. He was very accommodating and professional from our first communication. He was very knowledgeable about the Nissan vehicles. We remained in contact for 2 weeks before I arrived to pick up my new car- Kicks. Exactly what I wanted. Air pressure in each tire is at least 5 pounds over factory recommended pressure rating at cold start up. 32 psi is factory recommendation. When driving the pressure now hits 40 psi. Paid $84 dollars for oil change and tire rotation and some minor checkpoints. Car has less than 10,000 miles. The service time before this past time ( only been to service center twice for oil change because of low mileage) the sticker placed on my windshield for next service said to return at 111,000 miles, I still have sticker.

I only had 5,000 miles on the car. My money & time are as important to me as yours is to you. Don't believe I'll be using service center for regular maintenance like oil change anymore. Cost ratio to service value not to my favor for the miles I drive.

This is my first brand new car I ever bought and I was very happy with the purchase. I want to thank Sales Rep Roby for a great experience and being cordial and professional and for his hard work to getting me into this car and as well as Vito for his hard work and professionalism to helping me to finance the car.
