We remotely check and update online orders 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM PST seven days a week. Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We are available via telephone or in-person on Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

If something looks off about this place when you drive up and go inside, you are probably right. Poor representatives of BMW Motorcycles and Specialized Bikes. This business is an embarrassment to the brands! After calling to confirm a bike advertised online was in stock, I placed the order online to reserve the bike and my wife and I drove over 200 miles to pick it up.

Upon arrival we were told the bike was not in stock. The parts manager who denied confirming the order over the phone even went so far as to say he didn't remember the phone call and didn't know who took the call. I had to demand that they cancel the order before I left and confirm the transaction with my Bank. After reversing the order he hid somewhere in the building taking zero accountability for the mistake. 10 minutes later the Assist Manager "so he says"came out and confirmed the part number for the bike we ordered was not the same part number for the bike reserved.

And finally apologized for the mistake Hysterically the bike is still showing In Stock online. I normally only give positive reviews, but the gentleman that helped us refused own the mistake and offered zero apologies. He even refused to disclose his name other than the parts manager.

I wish I read the reviews first. They list products as in stock even though they're out and won't be back for months. They do not communicate at all and very likely won't deliver what you paid for. Don't waste your time, spend the couple extra bucks and go to Revzilla or anywhere else.

The best in the business! Recently stopped in on a long journey with a nail in my rear tire. Chris and his team got me back on the road in just a couple of hours! Special shout out to Travis for the time he spent with me in finding gear that fits. Passionate riders taking care of riders. The absolute epitome of what a bike shop is supposed to be. World class!

Two months later my order that I've already paid for still hasn't shipped. I have also not received any update. There was no mention on the site about the product not being in stock. I even paid for it to quick ship. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Not very happy. I ordered a tire on their website. Shipping showed to be 5 business days. A week later, I called to check on the tire, and was told it was on backorder. I guess they couldn't bother to update their website or send an email to let me know it would take a month to get. No apologies from the patronizing jerk on the phone, he just told me their website didn't specifically say it was in stock.

I am a bit concerned about this place being a bait-and-switch scam. This will be my last transaction with them. There are too many honest places out there to take the risk with these shady people.

The parts department shipped the wrong part. The parts manager said that they would order the correct part and then ship it to me overnight. Instead, they shipped by ground FedEx. I am still waiting for the part. I lost the use of my K1600 for three weeks because o Sierra BMW. Buyer beware! Go somewhere else for your parts.

So I am leaving a five star review, while I've never actually gone to this dealership I have ordered products from them on multiple occasions. Customer service is incredibly responsive, they are extremely helpful and always ship the products out on time as promised. I ordered online parts from a few other BMW dealers and hands down, Sierra is by far the best and I will continue ordering everything from them

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company online. Very similar to the experiences of other clients who ordered thru their website, only 3 of the 13 items was delivered and got not decent response or explanation from them whatsoever. I even paid for expedited shipping for these items because I needed these items quicks. I regret buying from them and I wish they would rectify the situation. But I doubt they would. Thanks for caring about your customer and giving Me the worst online purchase experience ever.

I purchased a Moose Racing tire changer from Sierra online. They had the best price and free shipping. I ordered it on Thurs and received an email that they were preparing my order for shipping that day. The next day Fedex picked up my order and had it to me in 4 days. Best price and free and fast shipping! Cant ask for anything more. Good work Sierra.

Great experience with Sierra BMW. The helmet I order was out of stock but Tom quickly contacted me within the hour to notify me the projected shipping dates. If you're on a long distance motorcycle trip, don't count on Sierra BMW Motorcycles to change your oil. While traveling through Reno on a 7,000 mile motorcycle trip, I contacted the service department to see if they could change my oil. I've always been told that most service departments gladly work in long distance traveling motorcyclists. I was very disappointed that this dealership would not consider it and offered no alternatives other than ride on.

Do not order from them online. Ordered a new helmet, no statement of being out of stock. A week later hadn't shipped. Was told it would "Ship out shortly" from the parts manager. One additional week after was told it wouldn't ship for another 2.5 weeks. Dealership was NOT proactive about informing, I had to reach out to them every time. Eventually cancelled my order rather than deal with them.

Picked up a nail on Highway 50 near Middlegate on our way back to Kansas City. Was able to plug the tire and make it back to Reno. Service was fantastic and put on a new tire ASAP. We were back on the road in no time!

This online shop was a disaster for me! Order 01.07.21 immediately confirmed and paid via PayPal. 07/03/21 Inquiry when will be sent Answer from Tim: There are parts out of stock? and would be ready for dispatch in 3-7 days! Until today 29.07.21 no further information received and no emails will be answered! Shameful for me because we sell beta even in Germany and our customers are used to a different service.

Though I do not live in the area, nor have I ever visited this establishment, I cannot say if the face to face customer service is good or bad, but ordering from them is like a shot in the dark. They charge you immediately and let you know after if whatever you're ordering is out of stock they say it will be "30 days or so." It's been 3 damn months and I had to hound them while looking at their "we know customer satisfaction" BS every time in the emails. Plus, they get all touchy in the emails when you ask what's going on? Huge waste of time. I ordered the same thing from amazon and it got here in 4 business days and its legitimate.

These guys are a go to for any rider's needs. Picked up a new R 1250 GS and have never been happier. They were happy to go over quite a few options and upgrades and made good time on the install!

Ordered online, paid for expedited shipping, expected it to show a few days later. Got email saying stuff was backordered 3 days later. Don't have my stuff for this weekend. Disappointing to say the least. Lets see how the refund works out.

Sierra BMW does not keep their web shop inventory up to date. Both of the two things I have tried to purchase were shown as in stock, but were not actually available. When I ordered they charged me immediately but didn't ship anything, and didn't communicate in any way. When I emailed them to request status, they didn't respond. When I emailed a second time stating I would dispute the charge with my credit card company they responded immediately, saying it was the "first inquiry they'd seen" and refunded my payment, but only after I'd waited a week and a half and wasted a bunch of time.

To the folks at Sierra BMW: I highly recommend using a web shop that allows you to show your actual inventory on hand and using that feature. To others: Call before you buy something here, to make sure it's actually in stock. Personally, I will shop elsewhere.

This review is for Sierra BMW/Sierra Bicycle Supply. I ordered a car bike rack from them online and they processed my payment. 6 days go by with no communication. I emailed info@sierrabmw.com to get a status on my order and I didn't get a reply. 2 days later I called them and they told me my order was on backorder. The poor review is because of their lack of communication, fast debit yet slow refund process and poor customer service. The website claims, "We specialize in CUSTOMER SERVICE." I'm testifying that this is not the case.

This place is a joke.! Do not waste your time buying any parts from this ridiculous shop. Online it shows like they have these items in stock. Once you order the item and wait a week expecting to receive it. I have to call down there to find out that they have not even had this item in stock it's back ordered and they neglected to inform anybody. So now I have to spend another two hours trying to locate the part with somebody that again supposedly has it in stock and ready to ship. These guys are idiots.!

This is a bicycle shop inside a BMW motorcycle store! I came in for a inner tube replacement today and I got helped free of charge. They have been a motorcycle shop for 8 years and recently, 2 years ago they started doing bicycles too. This is a great shop for all your 2 wheel needs with a mom and pop shop vibe and BMW service.

Go see Russ in sales! He is super helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the options for my new bike and made sure I got a great deal. Lane stopped by offered some valuable advice on selling my current bike. These two made a great team and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I had shopped for seven parts at several BMW dealers across the USA from Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, California, ETC and was met with excuses like the parts aren't available, they are on backorder, inflated prices because of the availability ETC. Luckily I found Tim Conway at Sierra BMW Motorcycle. I sent Tim a list of the needed parts in a timely manner he responded with reasonable prices and stated it would take a week to receive the parts from BMW and two to three days to ship to me.

Within three business days the parts were shipped to me and within two business days they were in my hands. Great example of a business practice of "Under Promise and Over Deliver". I will definitely spread the word to my BMW riders.

Just bought a R9T Scrambler here. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Zero sales pressure but a great sales team. They were able to answer all my questions, give me quality advice and got me set up and on the road quickly. Sierra BMW was my first experience buying a new motorcycle, and they couldn't have been better. Lane did a fantastic job of clearly explaining the paperwork involved with the purchase. BMW's financial website is very easy to use, and payments are easy to set up. Travis did a great job explaining the benefits of the bike I was purchasing, and made me feel very confident in my choice of motorcycle. He's also been great at helping me find accessories to help the bike perfectly fit my needs. Scott and his team in the service department has been great in helping me get through my first service and getting accessories installed. All-in-all, BMW offers a value in motorcycle purchasing and service that no other dealership in town can match.

I have been a customer at Sierra BMW since February 2014 and have had nothing but excellent service there. The service department is top-notch. Parts department is always extremely helpful in solving any parts issues. My salesman was great about getting me financed and out the door ready to ride. Uniquely they have the best music playing when you stop by for a cup of coffee.

I always make a point to stop in on my way to the mountains or other destinations to the west. I haven't had any of the issues some have reported with the website, but I always call first, then order.

I have been a customer through the course of 4 BMW motorcycles. I have found Scott and his service crew exceptional in every way. They do things on time and right the first time. The parts group are very knowledgeable about the motorcycles and accessories. Lastly I recently purchased a new R1200RT lc from Lane. It is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing any kind of vehicle. I can't enough about them. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service department, though you have to book well in advance to get an appointment as they are the only dealer in Northern Nevada and the entire east side of California. I have taken my BMW here for service since 2007 and have been so happy with the way I have been treated and the good work that has been done on my bike. Scot McKay is an awesome service manager and runs a good department. Once, while riding off road, my entire tail light assembly fell off, never to be seen again. Scot knew that Touratech made an aftermarket steel plate especially for my bike, and ordered it to stabilize the rear tail, so I never had that problem again (85k miles).

Not sure how many service managers would have such an expansive knowledge of aftermarket parts. Sierra BMW is perhaps one of the few BMW dealers who realize a large number of their clients are long distance and come from all over Nevada and Eastern California. They have always been available to answer questions over the phone, no matter what the question. The parts department is very knowledgeable and ship parts in a super timely fashion.

I took my S1000R for the first service to Sierra, I didn't buy my bike from them, brought her from Hawaii, they were real busy but slipped me in, as I was at 820 miles, they were really great, very helpful, I also wanted a frame slider installed. I always felt like the dealer in Hawaii, was too busy, to really be helpful, maybe it's because they were a multiple manufacturer dealer. anyway, thanks to the guys at Sierra for the quick service.
