Reno Dodge

Just about to turned 36,000 miles on my 2019 Hellcat and the engine lights goes on. Called up Lucas at Dolan Dodge in Reno and advise me to come in at my earliest opportunity. When I got to them, the service adviser Aaron diagnosed it immediately. Unfortunately the part was not in stock and it was on a Friday afternoon, so he searched the area for a Air temp sensor.

Unable to find one in the area, Aaron proceeded to overnight the sensor. The hellcat was able to be driven, the part was ordered and I could have it installed at my convenience. The following week I was in their area, stopped by and had Travis, install the part and I was on my way. This was the quickest and best service I have received in a long time. I highly recommend Dolan auto group.

The service department was great. Troy and his team were very quick to diagnosed my issues very and got my truck in and fixed right away. Only issue I had was they had no loaners so I was without a vehicle for a few days. All in All, great job Troy.

Great experience, great customer service. I did have something wrong with my ac as soon as I left the lot. I did get the warranty of course. Dolan was very nice and fixed the issue. It did take some time but I understand they could be busy or short handed. All in all experience, 5 stars definitely would recommend.

I purchased my second vehicle from Dolan Dodge this past weekend. I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2022 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn and I couldn't be happier. This truck is everything I've wanted in a truck. What is sweeter than the truck is the deal I got on it. They went above and beyond to make this deal as cherry as possible. Believe me, they didn't have to.

I visited the Chevrolet dealership the week before and let's just say I will never, ever step foot in that shady dealership again. It's pretty bad when the bank calls and alerts to an over inflated loan request. I digress, but I went into this deal on the Longhorn a little jaded from the horrible experience at Champion. I once again met with my sales guy from a previous deal and he made me feel right at home (again).

What I like about Anthony, Casey, Destin and the crew is they were straight up with me about everything on the loan, what was in it, what they recommended and what I chose. In today's market, there's no wheeling and dealing on new cars. Not happening. Most of them have inflated the prices and/or added $5,000 market markups (like Champion Chevrolet). Dolan Dodge has not.

At least not on my truck. Also, they gave me an INSANE amount on my trade. INSANE! I'm not kidding. I showed my father-in-law the deal because he thought I was pulling his leg. And I got rebates. I got the payment I thought was fair and there were no gimmicks or sneaky antics unlike other dealerships. And I love my truck. I've made every excuse possible to drive it all weekend. Oh, you wanna Slurpee, kiddo? Let's run to 7-11 20 miles over there. LOL. You get the point. Thank you Dolan Dodge!

The initial service was good. Had no issues with the oil change or the time it took. I have since though attempted to reach someone for a quote for 4 days for a service that they recommended on my vehicle inspection and have had no call back or information from them until they sent me an automated request for this review. I called another shop, got the quote I needed and will be going there from now on. Not a good way to entice a customer to spend money at your company.

The service we received from Troy was just the best! We have been servicing our vehicles between Toyota and Dodge and no one had treated us as well as he did. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, and my husband working I am always taking our cars or speaking on behalf of him, and I as a girl I have not been given the respect or been taken seriously in the past. Troy was very professional, and offered great customer service, to both myself and my husband. Thank you Troy.

This dealership's services were far more expensive than I was accustomed to paying (more than twice the cost of where I used to go). Though I appreciate the effort of giving me 10% off my oil change and tire rotation service, I will likely not return due to cost. I also did not have my windshield fluid filled at my oil change which I presumed would be included as it always has been in the past.

Perhaps that is my mistake for making the assumption. I would recommend checking precisely what is included in a service before scheduling as well as getting a price check. It was an unfortunate surprise to drive an hour to the shop to have to pay as much as I did and not have my fluid filled while I was there for two hours.

First time taking my truck here on Monday. Very helpful staff. I work in Reno but need to commute home. They were busy, but well aware I needed my truck back to return home that evening. I ended up having to wait a little longer while the technicians finished up, but they were kind enough to stick around into OT hours to make sure I had my truck at the end of the day. Very much appreciated. Good coffee selection in the waiting room too.

I ordered my truck about 6 months ago from Dolan Dodge. The whole process was easy and the actual order process took very little time. The wait sucked, but that had nothing to do with Dolan. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and that made it easier for me, not having to sell it on the private market. The communication was always on point. When the truck arrived and it came time to purchase, they offered me quite a few packages and I picked what I wanted.

It was very low pressure and such a breath of fresh air, not being pushed into something I did not want. They worked with me on the layout and pricing of the warranty even though they didn't have to. I worked with Andy and Casey during the purchase and Destin on the paperwork side. They were all very professional and helpful during the entire process and even the following days getting my services set up.

I have purchased out of town before to save a few bucks, but after this experience, I will buy from Dolan dealerships only going forward and will keep my business local. Side note, if you ever took your vehicle to Dodge for service before Dolan took over, it was a nightmare. Their service center is now 2nd to none and they truly take care of you, down to getting you an Uber if you do not have a ride. They truly care about their customers and it shows!

I'm new to the area having moved from Florida, and was in the market for a used 2nd Gen Raptor F-150. I found a 2017 at Dolan for the right price & miles. I virtually was able to do everything via phone until time to review paperwork, inspect vehicle and sign the deal. My sales guy, Dietrich was very easy to deal with on the phone and in person. All my concerns were answered with no surprises. I was at dealer for about an hour total. I would buy from Dolan again.
