I asked if my truck could be looked at while being serviced because my truck is making a weird noise coming from the front passenger side. I was told everything was fine, but it's clearly not. My truck shakes while driving. Also, the advisor that I was working with apparently left work early, and never told the order advisor that I had that issue with my truck, so when I asked if they had looked at it, I was told everything must be fine, otherwise they would have noted it.
My truck is not fine though. As I stated, my truck shakes while driving. Also, I had to ask for my truck at the end of the service because it was just sitting there for about 15 minutes. The advisor didn't offer to wash my truck, which they usually do. When I got in my truck, it still had the plastic over my seat and the paper mat on the floor. I just found this service to be unprofessional.
I also had to wait 3 hours just to get an change. I understand that there were other customers ahead of me, but 3 hours is a long time. I was not satisfied with this service at all. I will be taking my truck in for service again, because something is wrong, but I hope my next visit is much more pleasant.

Let me just start by saying, when you arrive, everyone is so helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting Annette Bates who was such an awesome person! She helped with everything, she was so patient and super funny! If you are looking for a place that isn't trying to bs you, this is the place! They were very honest and assisted me while answering all of my questions.
The whole crew was really the best. They also have a beautiful clean showroom floor, all employees look so professional. This was the best experience I've ever had getting a car! Thank you all again so much for everything!

I'm on the highway passing through as a support vehicle for a motorcycle cross country run " Run For The Wall ". Truck broke down Gilles Chevrolet service got me in right away. I was back on the road by the afternoon. They saved a advent that Affected thousands of people. I drive through here every year with hundreds of motorcycle riders. This place will always have my business, thank you service department.

It's been a minute since I last visited the dealership. I'm sorry to say this experience was nowhere near as good as my last visit. I had an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle serviced for routine maintenance. As I entered the bay there was only one service writer present and they were on the phone. I figured ok their busy I understand.
Next thing I know they walk completely passed me. Again I figured they needed to do something so I ignored it and patiently waited. The guy never came back. It was the supervisor who finally came around after several minutes who had acknowledged me. He then let me know he'd get someone to get me checked it. I figured ok cool. When a service writer finally showed I informed him I had an appointment and he appeared clueless asking me to relay what the appointment was for.
So I told him I needed some maintenance and asked to have my tire checked as it was leaking air. After about 20 minutes he comes back to inform me that they couldn't repair the puncture on the tire but didn't state where the puncture was or more specifically what kind of puncture. Before I even had a chance to respond they were already pushing me to buy a new tire. I'm not gonna lie, it was a bit heated.
This isn't the first time I've come in for a tire repair and be told it wasn't repairable just to get pushed to buy a new one. Ironically that same day I hopped over to discount tire where they happily fixed it for me. So being told this visit came as no surprise. That was the first nail in the coffin. After they completed the service, I was off to the races.
Next stop discount tire. As I get halfway there I look down at the center console, I reach over to the cup holder to prep the wheel lock key. It's not there. I pull over check the entire car. No where to be found. Boy was I heated. I tried calling the service center, no answer. I ended up turning around just to discover them admit they never took the tire off to inspect it and they had no idea where the key was.
What really upset me was when they turned around and asked if I checked the car assuming it fell somewhere. Then they go and check the car for it. Not only was I offended by that but that left me boiling they would assume like I was dumb or something. Needless to say they came up empty handed with no idea what happened to the key. They ended up making it right by breaking off the locks on all 4 wheels just to replace it with a new lock and key.
Between both visits I wasted over 2 hrs of my time. Especially the second visit that was an hr of my time I could've used to do more productive things. I am beyond disappointed with this place and next time I need maintenance I don't care how good the deal is or coupon I am gonna think twice about returning.

The good news - I bought a 2017 Bolt here in AUG-2021 and the car is great. But I knew it would be. The bad news - the alleged "EV expert" (Hint: first name begins with C and ironically rhymes with "honor") completely lied (or at best, blatantly misrepresented) the Federal tax credit of $7500. He claimed that the price would be more lower realized after we received the tax credit.
Keep in mind this was Aug-2021. Well, we just found out from our accountant while completing our 2021 return that per the IRS, the 2017-19 & 2020 Bolts had no longer been eligible to receive a dime of federal tax credit after 4/1/2020! (see link below for proof) This means the dude knew for over a year that there was no federal tax credit allowed on Bolt purchases of those car years, and yet still used it inappropriately as a sales tactic.

Galles Called today about me ordering my new truck. After talking to a sales rep. He let me know that they add 4500-4900 ADDENDUM to all vehicles over MSRP. He let me know that they do give you window tint, bed liner and ceramic coating on the truck. All this adds up to under 1000. On a positive note I talked to a dealership in La Junta (PERKINS) and they do not do this at all.
I have bought my 2018 Chevy 1500 with Galles, and the transmission went out at 80k miles, NO help with that at all. SO PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK NOT ALL DEALERSHIPS ARE ROBING THERE COUSTMERS. GALLES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELFS!

Spencer is the best. We went in with a very specific truck in mind with our down-payment. Spencer made it work even though it shouldn't have worked out! He found our truck and kept at it until after they closed making sure we went home with the exact chevy truck z71 we wanted. The entire experience was pleasant, overall. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding, I have an extended warranty on my vehicle, which includes free oil changes for either five or ten years. At the completion of the oil change I received an invoice for $81.00 dollars. I informed the lady at the desk that I had the extended warranty. She checked with the service representative and he verified that the oil change is free.
The situation was rectified, but had my wife gone in for the oil change, she would have paid the $81.00 and not think twice about it. This is the reason that I bring up this discrepancy. Again, overall I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you.

I was ready for a newer vehicle and found the vehicle I wanted online. I went in to test drive and all checked out on the test drive. I went back and worked everything out with Conner and Lorenzo. All wasn't settled and I had to go back in to clarify something with financing a few days later and Lorenzo and J.R. took care of me! I am forever grateful!

I've now brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado in twice for repairs. At present, we are trying our second pick up. The last time we had it in for a cooling HVAC repair and the truck came home with a permanent buzz. Truck running, truck off, keys out and truck off. I stayed for emails probably up to 20 minutes and the buzz stayed. Clearly a grounding issue.
I took it back in for some simple things and to get the buzz fixed. Now, my truck, with a new battery this summer, doesn't start unless jumped. They are trying to blame the new battery. However, I'm pretty convinced they screwed up the electrical system somehow. They also ignored my request not to fix the buzzing because they made that a $1000 fix on me. How do dealerships get away with shoddy/crappy work and charge? Other businesses have to make it right.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Galles a few weeks ago, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! They sales staff wasn't pushy at all and were so kind to us the whole time. They didn't haggle us and were very transparent. They even were able to work with the credit union to get us lower monthly payments! Conner was very helpful and helped us find pretty much our dream car!
They had plenty of inventory of both new and used vehicles, and lots of options to chose from. This was so refreshing after some not so good experiences at Reliable Chevrolet. Highly recommend, especially if you are in the market for a nice used vehicle!

Made appointment for oil change at 10am arrived at 930 I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait I waited and waited and saw the tech on his phone walking around visiting other employees taking his sweet time I asked the service writer how much longer he said he would check amd get back to me well he never got back to me 3 1/2 hours later my truck was done not happy with the time it took the tech on his phone visiting and the service writer never came back to me I won't go here again

Recently I saw advertising for a Chevrolet Silverado for less of 48,000, when I arrived to Galles Chevrolet and asking about mentioned truck and showing the advertising price on internet to the Sales Manager he change the price because he said that specific vehicle has wheels and tires that cost is 3,000 dollars so he said the truck price is 51,000 plus taxes and Registration fees, agree with taxes and Any documentation fee but not for wheels and tires, they should be mentioned in the advertising.

Galles Chevrolet is an amazing place if you are looking for a good deal and friendly service. Sergio helped my wife and I find the truck we were looking for and really listened to what we wanted and we really enjoyed the tour he gave when we were waiting on final numbers. Lorenzo was amazing and really helped us get the best deal we could in regards to the trade in of our Colorado and the purchase price of our Silverado.
The truck had a cracked windshield and Lorenzo went out of his was to get it repaired. I can say without a doubt if I ever need a vehicle in the future I will definitely come back to this dealership because the the friendly staff and service we received. Thank you!

I can not believe the customer service I received here. My car has been here at Galles Chevrolet since April 27th. They needed to do engine work on my car, replace the top half of the engine. When I spoke with the Service manger Don I told him that whoever drove my car hit a curb hard because my suspension and steering rod was bent into the shape of a U.
I took it to Quanz in Rio rancho to get fixed because the service manager told me to fuck off and that they didn't drive my car after they did the engine work on my car. I then proceeded to ask him why wasn't my car driven after the work was done on the engine and then he changed his words and said they only drive it for a couple blocks.
Well who drove my car then? Quanz has before and after pictures of my car and it was not fucked up like this before it went to Galles Chevrolet. I will be taking Legal Action against Galles Chevrolet for giving me back MY CAR that wasn't fixed or taken care of properly. Please avoid this place as much as you can. Also they will not let me speak to the GM or the owners of Galles Chevrolet either.

Truly the WORST DEALERSHIP Ive ever dealt with. Lawsuit coming. Had me file on MY insurance for something they warranties twice previously and said if you want it fixed this is what you have to do. Trust me he said. I recorded it all. I did all the work thru the dealership. Bought a 3500 truck thru them. Just sad. Now my truck is there for service and they are 2 weeks out they say. Do Not Trust!

The used car had an attractive price, but the actual price added on a $2000 fee for 3 years use of a mandatory GPS tracking device so you can find your car after it is stolen (I'm sure they use it to find cars they need to repossess). Their trade in offer was also $2000 less than the NADA book value for trade in for my car. As another review called it: "a slimy bait and switch bucket shop."

Phoned to ask about an auto on the Galles website. The base price magically increased by $1999 over the listed price. Beware that the price they advertise on their website is actually 2000 dollars higher. If you're okay with that, plus being treated like you must want something for free if you tell them you want the advertised price, you'll probably love these guys. I, however, believe they're scumbags.
If you seen an add, screenshot the price. Then call and talk to sales. I suggest you record the conversations, since it is legal to record in New Mexico with the consent of one party (you). You will then have evidence to provide in a complaint to the FTC.

My truck was there for 10 days and didn't even get diagnosed. I had an appointment. I was told once diagnosed it would go back in line to be fixed. I know that we are in a pandemic but I should've been told a timeline so I knew what to expect. I went to pick it up without it being fixed. When I got my truck back, the low tire light was on.
They just gave it back like that. I'm writing this so people are aware it might be awhile.or you can take it to the Chevy dealer in the East Mountains where they fixed it in three days. 2 stars because they washed the dust off of it.

Talked to a sales person named Armando. He advertised on Facebook saying he is one of the best and experienced. I asked him about how a Camaro stack up against a Dodge Challenger. But he could not answer some simple questions. Due to that I will have to resort to going in and actually talking to someone is HAS experience in the cars in looking into buying. Train your salesman better.
