The dealers at Drive time here at the Tulsa location have been more then helpful to assist me getting my new car (which it is awesome). The dealer that help me name was Chad Campos. He was patient, kind, respectful, very detail about my options and most all professional. I am very grateful that I came to Drivetime and will advise anybody to do business with these guys.

Sabrina was the nicest, most helpful seller I've ever had. She done everything so perfect & explained EVERYTHING to me.answered all questions. I would definitely recommend her if you wanna purchase an new vehicle. I honestly went there thinking I had no chance. About 3hrs (or less) later, I drove away with 2018 journey.i Love it

Approved for $95 down.but for an actual decent car. $4500 down. They don't tell you that until you go in person expecting to pay $95 down. "so your approved for $95 down. Congratulations. But for this particular car you will need $4500". Seriously could have been told to me on the phone when I was telling them what car I was interested in instead of me wasting my time.

I DON'T recommend getting your car from drive time what so ever, I've had my car for a year exactly and I've already had to get a new engine put into the car and other things. It's been in the shop getting fixed more times then I've actually been able to drive it. DriveTime is a major rip off. I'm not one to put someone or a business down.
But I pay over 400 a month on my car and it keeps breaking down for something else. I'm trading it in because I've had so many problems with it. Just please use someone else to get a car from. I don't want anyone going through what I've had too. And drive time has been no help about the entire situation they just want your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased my car 2018 VW Tiguan in May of 2021 with about 32000 miles on it from the dealership in Mesa, AZ. About a week later I noticed the paint was peeling off of the passenger side door. Not the clear coat, but the actual paint, revealing the white plastic underneath. When I contacted Drivetime they told me that it would not be covered as exterior paint is not included in the warranty and that there was nothing they would do.
The gentleman that I spoke with was dismissive and unapologetic and incredibly rude. I had the vehicle appraised and was told that the door needed to be completely repainted and that it would cost over $1200 to do so. I had spent a significant amount of time saving for the purchase of this vehicle. When I spoke to other dealerships regarding this situation, they all told me that this should be covered by Drivetime and couldn't believe the lack of customer care that they presented with. I hate buyer's remorse so much, especially for such a large purchase, and will always regret having used this company. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I'm writing this review because of how bad my experience was. I filled out a credit application and was told that if I got insurance for a particular car that I'd be able to test drive it and buy it the following afternoon. I bought insurance and rushed to the dealership after work to purchase said car and I was told by the salesman that they already sold it.
I literally talked to a sales rep hours before to reassure me that the car was there and that I would be able to pick it up this afternoon. Their selection for other vehicles were terrible. I ended up leaving an going to carmax. This place tries to pressure you to buy cars you don't want with really high APR. I'm never going here again. It was a waste of my time.

Extremely high interest rates. Over priced vehicles. And a word of warning, do not purchase the warranty. It sucks, and most businesses don't want to deal with the hassle of calling the warranty company for a claim. Also, 1 day late and they report you to the credit monitoring agencies. Yet I paid my car off two months ago, and still haven't seen it on my credit as paid off. Bottom line is save that down payment and buy you a used car with cash that will get you where you need to go.

If anyone is in the business of buying a car please don't buy from DriveTime are used there lending company bridgecrest they want to have your co-signer locked into your loan for the whole term of the loan and once you get the car they brush you off like it's your own problem so please beware of these fraudulent people they mean no good to there customers so please stay away

My recent purchase took place in Torrance with Bri V. i was extremely hesitant about buying a new car, but this young, black woman was on the ball. She was extremely patient with my indecisiveness, and very polite. Ms. Bri clearly went over all aspects of the transaction, carefully explaining to me how Drive Time can work for me to ensure a better deal long term. although most of the staff was really nice people, the lady that took my payment was not on my list.
She was arrogant, and full of conceit. We tried asking her opinion, and her response was shameful. She should not work with the public. My purchase was 4 days ago, no complaints at this time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Last year I purchased a '13 Nissan Sentra. One day I'm driving to work and the car stops working on the freeway, ON THE FREEWAY, I could have DIED (i live in LA). Luckily I get it to a mechanic and he says that the car needs an entire brake system, a brand new transmission and a new battery. Quoted me at $4500.
My soul left my body. And then it returned to my body and I was LIVID. DriveTime would not take responsibility for any of it. They said that it is normal wear and tear. I hadn't even had my car for a full year at this point. This was last December and now my check engine light comes on again. I took it to the mechanic and he says $450 for a new mass air flow meter.
This company is full of dishonest and unsympathetic people that are out to make a dime. They will lie to your face, scam you, and sell you a lemon of a car and won't help you out when the entire car is falling apart and you can't afford to make your car payments and pay almost 5K for repairs. This company priced their cars at an 'excellent' condition Kelley Blue Book price but the car is a piece of shiet.
This is my first financed car purchase and it is the worst and MOST EXPENSIVE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. When this happened I called to speak to the store manager and I even called corporate and everyone was very rude to me. Everyone said the same thing to me, that it was "wear and tear."

I have mediocre credit, and got a car from Drive Time. I was very smart to get the full warranty on the car, because a month after I bought it, the transmission went out. Drive Time, Silverock Warranty and BridgeCrest Financing were the best, they got me out of the Nissan Versa and into a Toyota Yaris within days of the first car breaking down. I am very grateful for my cute little red Yaris, and actually like it better than the first car I bought from them.
I do recommend getting the full warranty, however. In my case, it paid for itself within weeks of purchase. They always seem to have a good stock of cars to choose from, 2-3 years old, under 50,000 miles, and plenty of Toyotas and Hondas to choose from. Sorry, Nissan, I'll never buy another one. (Seems that Nissans are having trouble with their CTS transmissions, now, sorry to say.) Everyone was very nice in person, by email and over the phone. I especially appreciate the help of Charles, Rachel and Ryan, plus the manager there at Drive Time, Torrance. Excellent customer service. Cannot say enough nice things.
