Recently purchased my new car. Process could not have been easier. The entire experience could not have been easier. My salesperson, Josh and finance manager, Alan, made the process of buying a car, which I hate, such a pleasure! Alan spoke to me and explained all my finance options- he was very thorough and I feel he did his best to get me a great rate. Josh you explained everything to me when he delivered the car. I will definitely recommend to my friends to come in to see Alan and Josh.

05 November 2021 I think it's safe to say that Marc Berger exceeded the standard for service and care. He took care of me like I was an honored guest, and maintained the kind of professionalism and patience that properly befits someone serious about their role in this entire experience. I'm not sure if terms like "poise, " "respect, " or "customer-oriented care" are often used in these sorts of customer care reviews, but Marc embodies them all.

During my service visit, I often had to witness some of the rudest, most entitled customers come through without any respect for Marc or anyone around him. Par for the course in Boca. Yet, despite these total douchebags being who they were apparently born to be, Marc never lost his calm, cool, or composure. It was admirable. The same must be said for his colleagues Rick + Gabby, who also took it upon themselves to make sure all of my needs were met. Unlike some of my fellow Boca folk, I don't ask for much, but their standard of VIP service'll keep me here forever.

I used to take my Corolla there for repair and service. The technician always find something that needs to be done to the car. Depends on what it is, I usually then it down unless it is urgent.

Unscrupulous and worst customer service dealer in Florida **STAY AWAY OF THIS DEALER!** On 5/26/22 we contacted the dealer about a car we saw through their website. We talked to Andrew, the sales person. I had a pre-approval already and we discuss and agreed on the preliminary numbers. An appointment was set for a test drive and paper signatures. As Andrew told us: "I'll have the Mustang pulled out front prior to your arrival", the car was there waiting for us.

I felt in love immediately!. The online pictures didn't do justice at all. The car was very nice. Andrew offered me to take a test drive. I took the car for a short spin (less than 3 minutes since I felt more in love with the car and I was anxious to return and complete the paperwork!) Once the test-drive was done, we proceeded to see the sales person to finalize the sale.

For our surprise, Andrew was not waiting for us but the sales manager. He came out to talk to us and said "I'm sorry but I received a call from the Vice President and your car have been sold". Literally the keys were taken from my hand and given to another staff member (not sure who it was) who in front of us gave the keys to a woman and both got into the car. right in front of us!

What customer service is this? I'm aware of the times we are living and people willing to give more cash on top of the sale price to obtain a vehicle, but, I was your customer! I was your customer in the middle of a transaction! 2 days later I found and bought another car but I still feel mad and disappointed with the disrespect and the poor customer service I received from this rude dealer. disgusting! If you want to be treated like garbage, this is the place to go!

Very competent and customer oriented staff that work very hard to make your deal go thru, making a happy customer. They DO NOT waste your time with the worn out hustle of ripping customers off. I got an excellent deal with a very honest staff. This is a great dealership, and the cars are top notch.

BIG MISTAKE! trying to do business with this dealer! make me signed a contract with a bank and when i was trying to make my payment i find out they forgery my signature and make a new contract with a different bank and changed my payments and price. stay away from these people. they're bunch of crooked!

Everything was very smooth and easy which made for an amazing experience. Everyone was very nice and helped me to get the car I wanted. My Sales associate Ricky went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and help me get exactly the car that I was looking for. The sales manager Jovani worked hard to make sure I was happy with the deal. They really want you to walk away happy and with a great experience buying a car.

Great place in my opinion to buy and get your car serviced. Jason Rubin was very cool and helpful when taking me through the process of getting my new car. Nicole Minello was very resourceful and explained everything in detail. She made the experience very comfortable. All in all I felt like I was at home and felt very welcoming. I definitely recommend Delray Toyota.

I have been customer of Earl Stewart but live in Boynton so wanted to give Ed Morse a try. I had a recall item they could not mess up. BIG MISTAKE! When I got car back Vehicle had gooey stuff on door handle. Door lock was broken, cost me $500 to replace. Left pieces of tools in car. Called and said I needed belts replacement when I had it done at mechanic 2 months prior. Received phone call before I even sat down to try to trade in my car and could get me into a new car "VIP treatment" no thanks! Nightmare to say the least!o

Awesome service, went in today and bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla. Luke was excellent! Helped with every single question we had. Spent hours with us going over every detail. Could not be happier with Luke's performance. They also detailed the car cleaner than I've ever seen. Perfect experience!

We dealt with Jonathan Hawkins for our sons first car and had the best possible experience. With the challenges of inventory and weighing all options used versus new, he was able to walk us through all available options in a transparent way that was incredibly helpful. He continually kept us posted on process from application to delivery helping in any way needed. A very comfortable buying experience which Jonathan created for us. Worst service ever at this place I'm sorry I didn't buy our car elsewhere. The service department is rude and no one answers the phone at the dealership. Buyers beware go to AL Hendrickson instead. Update! Went again for service 01/22 and none of service writers wearing masks. Unreal.

Went to look for a new truck for my son. Toyota has a new 2022 truck coming out next month, salesman said they were asking $20,000 over sticker price. They had one 2021 and he wanted $10,000 over sticker. He gave us the old Every one is doing it, lie after lie. We went to Ford got a much nicer truck, new technology for under invoice. This place is awful.

Horrible experience. I purchased a certified preowned 2021 car. The salesman told me it was only registered to the dealership and it was used only by a manager. A few days later I found a registration to another person in that car in the glove compartment along with copies of a restaurant menu with notes about the meals all over it. I called and spoke with the online sales manager and he had no answer just excuses.

I also spoke wit my salesman and it went back and forth saying it could be this or it could be that. I said you told me it was only registered to the dealership and only a manager drove it. I also spoke with the in store sales manager showing him the registration and copies of the menu. He exclaimed THAT SHOULDN'T BE IN THE CAR. He was concerned with the fact I had someone else's registration and stated that's illegal I need to take that.

Well hey its my car now it was in there what do you want from me. I also just noticed the car has NO ED MORSE emblem on the back. Every car they have has that emblem on it but mine. WHERE IS MY CAR FROM?!?!?!?

Zero stars. Negative stars. "Boca" prices. Quoted me $4000 for a $2500 repair. That's the trouble with being a Toyota service advisor, you never know when a real mechanic is going to walk through the door. Told me there is no way to determine if a FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR repair is necessary without actually doing it. HUH?!? Have had several people tell me management would return my call "shortly". Apparently Ed Morse Toyota defines "shortly" as "will not". Nope. I will vote with my wallet.

The only saving grace is that the service supervisor, Will, was kind and responsive. Also the Parts Specialist lent me his phone charger. I have been here for 2.5 hours to have a lightbulb changed! It's still not ready. Not even the casing, just the bulb, they said. Now 2hrs 45min later the tell me it's not the bulb. They even recommended that i change them both to have them at the same brightness. Thankfully the shop wasn't busy and they had a Master tech look at it and figured it out. I made an appointment and was here on time so that My car would be serviced in good time. I used to trust this Toyota but now not so sure. Again, thanks to Will.

We should not have allowed them to put us through a 4 hour purchase and not reviewed all documents before we signed. We should have inspected the car more carefully before we drove off. 99% of car salesmen give they other 1% a bad reputation. As with all big purchases; buyer beware.

I tagged along with a friend when he went to have his car serviced. Checking in with the service advisor was quick and we were told the wait would be about an hour and half. We found two available seats in the waiting area. A table was set up with assorted bagels and cream cheese. I thought it was so cool to find a large kiosk in the showroom selling authentic Cuban treats.

The space is rented by a lovely lady who is serving up empanadas, coffee, Cuban sandwiches, croquettes as well as juices, yogurt, chips, soda, protein shakes and pastries. I had a few bites of my friends beef empanada which was actually very tasty. My friends car service went well, the ladies room was clean and there is a playroom set up to keep the kids busy.

Two stars is for the brutal sales tactics used by management, specifically Alan and Justin. First Alan came into the waiting area and literally went seat by seat asking if we were looking to trade in our vehicles, go for test drives etc. It really did make all of us so uncomfortable. I get it, that is how sales people make money, but there is a time and place for everything.

You don't attack people with sales pitches while they are trapped and waiting impatiently for their car, especially when they have made it crystal clear they are not interested. After Alan walked away not even eight minutes later we were all approached by Justin. Same heavy sales pitch just not as polished as Alan. He actually told my friend that he desperately needed his car to add to his used car inventory.

Then he went into an entire monologue about referrals etc. I am telling you he wasn't giving up anytime soon so I gave him an earful of my thoughts about his aggressive behavior and asked him to leave us alone. I will never buy a car in this dealership because it was so obvious management (Alan and Justin) only care about one thing and one thing only and that is making a sale.

At one point Justin plopped himself in a seat next to a senior citizen and put the sales pressure on pretty heavily. This poor man was sitting reading his book and Justin just invaded his privacy. We sat and watched this in complete horror; it really was terribly inconsiderate. A few hours before my friends service appointment he received a text from someone asking him if he wanted to test drive a new car. Seriously, it started with a text before he even stepped foot in the dealership and got worse from there.

We all found their behavior to be disgraceful and just not very nice. I mean if someone says no, then please leave them alone, especially the seniors. My main concern is that some older and more vulnerable people may be talked into making a purchase they can't afford or don't need; just because the sales managers won't take no for an answer.

Two stars is for the Cuban kiosk and our awesome service advisor. Based upon my own experience I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone. They say a picture is worth a thousand words & pictures don't lie, so I made sure to snap a few pics of these managers in full sales mode.
