The salesman LIED TO ME and said the '12 Hyundai Elantra I wanted to trade in had an engine recall. I asked him to show me where on the Carfax it said that, and he said it wasn't on the Carfax. I checked with Hyundai's website, and there are NO current recalls on my car. THEY ARE SIMPLY LIARS! Too bad this review won't let me give them zero stars.

Got a little jeep liberty 2007, 4X4, pretty deep blue in color, 5 speed, so far so good. Price was good. Very nice people and very easy to work with in reference to price decrease and payment.

Great experience, very professional. Until 2 weeks, then our vehicle needed to get work done on it. Then after $4000.00 and only driving the vehicle for 3 months. We had to junk it. But you decide.

Con men all those cars have major issues and they don't fix anything they've been sued so many times they used every lawyer in the state pretty much and can't be sued due to conflict with all the lawyers

Was just there yesterday and we were trying to talk about a down payment and the cars and info we would need when someone came out of the building and told us we aren't customers so we gotta go. We were potential customers, we just needed more information on the cars we were interested in, etc. Won't be a customer now, horrible customer service and wanted us off the lot if we didn't have money on us. Ridiculous.

Prices vary, they Will work with you, I had an issue with a headlight on a car purchased, they made sure it was working correctly. Friendly staff and work with you, recommend, they'll try to get you*a car within a day or two

I chatted with a Jeff R on the chat line to help me and make sure I ordered the correct tire. He was so very patient with me, even though I had no clue even after he was telling me what info he needed and how to order. So he ordered the tire for me after explaining several times how to add my card info privately so he nor anyone else would see it. Thank you very much for being so kind and I will know next time what to do

**Buyer Beware** this place is a rip off. I stopped and looked at a truck and yes it was highly over priced but I figured their was wiggle room to negotiate a fair price I was very wrong. The truck had its issues for a 18yr old truck but I was still interested. looked under the truck lots of undercoat hiding all the rust but still buyable if I got a couple years out if it.

The guy who works there R*** gave me a trade-in value on my vehicle with and total out the door price. I told him I'll think about it so I went home and started my research (they apparently didn't expect that). I Kelly blue booked and NADA the truck and found out the truck was only valued at half their asking price. So a few days later I contacted J&P and talked to R*** and made a kbb fair market value offer on the vehicle.

He did not like that one bit after explaining my research. He's attitude changed and started trash talking my vehicle about the rust. He then said their was an error on the original quote on my trade-in and the value is actually cut in half. which brought the price of their truck back up to their asking price. WHAT A JOKE! That's a true con artist at its best. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by unless you want to be ripped off then by all means have at it.

Will update as time goes on. I purchased a 2000 for ranger from them March 2018 from rich. hes a great guy. Drove the truck for 4 days(300 miles). It's been in the garage for 2.5 weeks with a misfire in 3&6, no error code. Rich told me to take it to any old garage, anybody could put a hose on and fix a vacuum issue. This was before I found out it was a misfire.

I have a warranty, 4 months, 3000 miles. If it's cylinder heads and valves and doesn't have any compression, I'm hoping they will honor the warranty. If not, I'm parking the ranger in the front window of their showroom and returning the keys to one main financial. I'll update if I hear good news. ******Update Jan 1, 2018: replaced water pump, fan shroud, now there is a horrid squeal in the engine(most likely tensioner pulley), and the whole rear axel is almost fully rusted thru. Didn't notice till after the black cover came off. Still owe $7,500.

I have been waiting to write this review for a while now. But the vehicle i purchased from Junk and Putty auto mart has now stopped me from getting to work a couple days. I bought a truck off them fall of 2017. first off it was 1500 dollars over blue book value. it had a fresh coat of paint and it was JUST inspected, i repeat JUST inspected. but it was a manual and i thought i was getting somewhat of an investment. within the first week the exhaust from the cat back fell totally off, it was held up very poorly. and also the transmission mount ripped totally. so I take it to a garage that would honor the warranty, someone honest. the car ended up needing 1500 to 2000 dollars in repairs, my mechanic said that the truck is dangerous and should have never passed inspection (ball joints, transmission mount, reverse light sensor, exhaust, and other small things). to make things better, the warranty they sell didn't cover my car because it was too old (but the salesman sold it to me anyways) when i called Junk and Putty the guy that sold me the car said "i am only the salesman dude" but their mechanic is who inspected the car and after days of calling and arguing i only got 650 to buy parts. and the more i drive and get familiar with this vehicle i realize to what extent they went to hide things. DO NOT BUY FROM J AND P AUTOMART!

We purchased a 2004 Nissan Titan for $10k from J & P Auto Mart on February 25, 2016. On October 18, 2016, the transmission stopped working. We purchased a warranty for 6 months, the truck died at less than 8 months after purchase. We contacted them to give them a chance to make things right. Their response: "It's a known issue with that model, we are not looking to buy it back." We were asking what they recommend, not if they'd buy it back.

I have continuously called and called and called looking to see if I could get financing for a car. When I first called the guy "RICH" took my information and said Ill call you back in bit. Got the phone call and they needed more information. That was on Tuesday! On Thursday I called back in the morning and they said oh yea yea Ill have your results by lunch and Ill call you back.

After 3pm I called back and they said they had nothing and would know Monday. Well today I call and they had nothing to say again. I was put on hold and then a lady answered and asked for my information and she would call me back. I replied no thanks! and hung up the phone! They were constantly saying we will call you back. can you hold. whats your name and number. I will GO ELSE WHERE!
