Can not express how phenomenal the service department is. Desperately needed a clutch replacement and they did not hesitate to get me in as soon as they could. Presented me with MULTIPLE estimates depending on what I wanted exactly. Responses were beyond timely and the car was returned to me the same way I dropped it off. Crew is fun, personable, and overall was the most pleasant experience. Thank you, Matthew. Will be my go-to for any and all future repairs.

I bought my Jeep 4 years ago at Kyners and have continued to use them for all of my oil changes, service needs and State inspections. Quick shoutout to Dustin in the service department for always being accommodating when scheduling appointments, ensuring I am informed to make a decision whenever an unexpected repair comes up and always having a positive attitude and smile, he is a pleasure to work with! I plan to continue coming back for the life of my car.

I was very nervous on going to a dealership to look at a new vehicle because of the bad experiences I have had in the past but at Kyner's I didn't have that at all! David Plum was amazing and understanding! I couldn't have ask for a better sales associate! He came out greeted me said if I can help you with anything please let me know and let me look over their wide selection of vehicles.

Well to make this story short I ended up leaving with a vehicle that I absolutely love it was a pretty quick and easy process with some pretty amazing people! If you are looking for a vehicle I honestly believe this could be the place for you! Thank you again David Plum for being amazing!

My parents have purchased two vehicles here and it has always been a good experience. My dad recently purchased a Dodge Ram from them after a bad accident and just getting out of the hospital. When we got home the radio stopped working and rams, even the brand new ones are known for the radios failing. They had originally told us they would split the cost, after speaking with the general manager Derek, they not only fixed the radio, they replaced it with an aftermarket radio, free of charge.

That makes me very happy, my dad has been through a lot in the last month and I didn't think it was too much to ask to have a working radio in the vehicle. Thank you again for a good experience!

I bought a Nissan Frontier Pro X4 the other day from Tony at Kyners Auto! It was PHENOMENAL service from beginning to end! I got the truck I had been wanting for awhile for a great price and they even filled my gas tank up above full for me to drive it off the lot! Ken is very negligible about cars and truly enjoys selling cars. He made our experience painless, stress free and valuable. He got my son the best rates for a first time car buyer. He made sure my son had a good warranty package. When we arrive to pick up the car. Ken had his car cleaned, tire treatment and full tank of gas. What more can you ask for in a dealer. I was looking for a truck and I had many requirements that had to be met for me to actually go ahead and buy one. As soon as I inquired online about a vehicle James reached out to me by phone. The truck I was looking at didn't work out, and I'm glad it didn't because I got put in a way better truck. James helped a lot, he is a great salesman and a good person. I will recommend Kyner's to anyone looking for a vehicle. They put me in a better truck than I wanted for a great price!

I purchased my Jeep, I immediately brought to their attention that there was issues with the door mechanism. They told me there was nothing to worry about and they would fix it. A few months later, the door handle wouldn't open on the inside but after being put through to Sean, Kyners refused to address the issue. Later whenever they offered me a discounted inspection, they found almost $2,000 worth of issues that needed fixed.

I got a second opinion from another garage and passed inspection just fine. I am amazed that they still do any business at all and I will certainly not go back to them. Very shady business.

They actually saved me money on repairs to my vehicle. The original plan was to replace the part; however, the tech working on my car realized he could just repair it. They saved me $110.00 on the final bill. It's nice to be able to take my vehicle to people who care about more than just making money. The staff is always friendly, the men who towed my car for them were wonderful, and both times I've used them for my Nissan Juke they've done a great job repairing it. I highly recommend the service center here.

Best dealership ever, best cars. Jeeps, and trucks all Vehicles clean and worth buying, also they give u a full tank of gas and treat there customers like family. Defiantly the best dealership around I traveled two states just to find the perfect vehicle and I did find the Jeep thx a lot Kyner's I'm bringing my family and my lady back to get them vehicles also very soon!

We looked at the car on Saturday, absolutely love it. They needed to work out a few paperwork things, or something, before selling it to us; we offered to put a deposit on the car to secure it and they refused. Monday morning (today) they sold it off the lot to another buyer. Really disappointed.

Would not recommend Bought a car From there the very next day I Brought it home started having issues with it and I was told That there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I believe I was lied too I'm looking at the paperwork on the vehicle and found out that if I wanted to take the vehicle back because I change my mind About having the vehicle I cannot return it due to the fact that the exchange Program States that it is only on certain cars and apparently they made the car that I purchased ineligible for that program So I was completely ripped off in lied to I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership

If I could give no stars I would. I believe it was "Andrew" who "helped" us. Extremely rude, started off by basically telling us not to waste his time showing us a car we weeds interested in if we weren't going to buy. We planned on going home with a car that day. But after his attitude I refused. I drove over an hour and when I had told him we could resume on Monday because I was going to be late for work, he basically said the deal is as stands and he has too much to do to come in on his day off to make a sale.

Never again. The car also had next to no breaks, my fiance is certified in inspection and the car definitely would've failed. They wanted 8,000 on a car worth 4,000. No thank you.

I bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from Kymers Auto Sales through an online ad. When we went to pick it up we found that the owners manual, cargo cover, and one of the two FOBs that originally came with the car was missing. None of this was disclosed in their online ad. Pat Lindsey, the salesman, said he would provide me an owners manual. The cargo cover and replacement FOB ended up costing me almost $400.

After waiting many weeks and calling and leaving two messages with Mr, Lindsey, and talking to their sales manager, who promised to follow up, I never received the manual. I finally gave up and bought a replacement manual online. I would suggest that you DO NOT buy a car from this company online.

This a completely backwards establishment. I have bought quite a few cars from them over the years, the last time being one year ago. I bought an older car for my son who was turning 16. It had a new inspection and low mileage they said it was a good car. My son never ended up driving it and it sat in our carport for the year, barely putting 100 miles on it.

We decided to sell it after the next inspection and I took it in this week and they cited $1000 worth of repairs that it needed. This means either they are lying about what it needs or they SOLD it to me knowing it had these problems. It was good enough to pass an inspection when they owned it and not good enough after I bought it. When I brought this up they denied selling it to me and said they had no records of it. Go somewhere else. These people are dishonest crooks who don't have any integrity or value long term customers.

We needed a good, safe & reliable car very quickly and not only did Justin find us the perfect car but he met our extremely tight timeframe. Justin was able to answer all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the features of the Volvo. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Kyner's Auto Sales to anyone.

Do yourself a favor if you plan to buy from these scam artists and burn your money instead. It would be less of a headache. I could have gone to a junk yard and got a better deal. I seriously can't believe this place is still in business.

My husband and I drove about 90 minutes from home to look at a car for our 16 year old daughter. We called first to be sure the car we saw online was still there. Our salesman Mike was honest with us about the issues with the car on the phone - we took a chance and went to see it. We didn't end up buying that car, but bought a different vehicle from their lot.

They have tons of cars st various price points and they seem to price the vehicles fairly in comparison to Kelley Bluebook. Mike was very kind to our daughters and was funny and engaging with my husband and me. He seemed to answer questions as honestly as he could and didn't seem to feed us any lines of donkey dust! We greatly appreciated Mike's assistance and would definitely go back when it's time for our younger daughter to start driving in a few years.

I bought a car from kyner's about a year ago. It was a certified used car. I like my car very much and it was in my price range. But in the last year I have found the rotors were completely rusted and had to be changed rotors don't rust that quickly. I wanted to bring my car in for my free inspection but there service hours make it very difficult to get in there so I just took it to a place that stayed open later and paid the 30 bucks.

My husband and I recently purchased a used car from Kyner. The car was for our college age daughter and was reasonably priced. After purchase the check engine light came on and I contacted Kyner. They diagnosed the problem as the oxygen sensor, but this issue was not covered by the extended warranty we bought. I complained to the owner and the problem was fixed, no charge.

I also noticed that several safety recalls were open and I contacted Kyner again. They graciously told me to drop off the car and they drove it to Jennings to be repaired. I believe in the world of used car dealers, this dealership rises to the top for their honesty and excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them.

I have had nothing but great success at Kyner's Auto Sales. I have purchased two vehicles from Kyner's and my wife has purchased one. My first purchase was a 2008 Subaru Outback back in 2010 with 80K miles on it. I finally traded it in as our family is growing and retired the Subaru at 215K with everything still running excellent. I upgraded to a Toyota Highlander through Kyner's with 80K and hoping for the same results.

The staff is great and are very knowledgeable. Will go to bat for you as long as you don't go overboard and expect things no dealership would do. Nice perks when you buy from Kyner's as well. Can't beat a $10 oil change. Nice selection of vehicles to choose from and not pushy on the sales side. Definitely do their best to cater to YOUR needs.

In 2011 I purchased a vehicle for around $9k. After all the repairs I had to pay for were complete (Kyner's claimed 3 times nothing was wrong with the heads, I had to rebuild the damn engine) I sunk around $10k into repairs alone. Also I emailed the Pres and VP to let them know I was getting the run around and they had the Garage Boss tell me "Not to contact them again" DO NOT BUY HERE!

I went to purchase a 2003 Mini at Kyner's. I drove the car and the suspension was a disaster. They told me before I drove it that the car was noisy. It wasn't just a noise, the car had lowered suspension and whenever you'd hit ANY bump, the suspension would bottom out and the car would jump sideways every time. In short, it was dangerous.

I went back to the dealership and tried to deal on the price, because other than the suspension, I liked the car. They refused to come down. They tried to get me to pay 800$ for the repairs ON TOP of the the price. Upon review of the documents, I saw that they had also raised the price of the car $1000 above the internet listed price. This occurred conveniently after I said I had $1000 for a downpayment. So, I told them I wouldn't buy the car, but if they fixed it I would drive it again and think about it.

I was told I would hear from them in two days. After 5 they never called. I called back, having found a different car and requested my $100 deposit back, which my Salesman Tyler said he would refund. Tyler was a nice guy, and I liked dealing with him. But the service manager is a totally awful person. You do not want to deal with him, trust me. I've been buying used cars for 20 years, and I've been thru this process about 10 times.

I have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect in my life when buying a car. The experience with my other dealer was fantastic. So buying a used car doesn't need to be so terrible. Kyner's lied, stole my deposit, and steadfastly refuses to refund it, after I was told I would get it back.
