I only had one bad experience with Hamilton Nissan. Which was right after purchasing my suv the service person told me almost $1000 was needed for work to be done on my car, with less than 5000 miles I was stunned and refused. After that I met Nick who was wonderful and walked me through all the services needed at the mileage requirements. Once he left I found Bobby, I've known her since childhood and she's been wonderful as well! I won't go anywhere else. 1 bad experience doesn't not ruin the rest! I'll always go back.

Chip sold me a new platinum pathfinder and he made it so smooth and easy for me to get this car. I had issue he for sure was willing to work with me. This has been the best car experience of my life working with chip. Thank you and I wish other dealerships had cars sales men like chip. I went to 6 or 7 dealers and Nissan killed it with chip.

Tessa helped me with the purchase of my amazing Kicks. She made my first experience buying a new car a breeze! I'm very pleased with everything my new car has to offer. Went to Hamilton Nissan for the 2nd time within 3 months and bought a new 2022 Nissan Frontier. Our sales person Tessa Harrison was wonderful and we (my husband and I) were glad we had her as our sales person again. The whole dealership is wonderful and we would not deal with anyone any else. This was the best dealership we have dealt with over the years. I would recommend Hamilton Nissan to anyone looking for a car or truck.

Just stopped by to look at the new Pathfinder. Kara met us in the parking lot, asked us some preliminary questions, and showed us a bunch of options. She answered all of our questions and was absolutely wonderful. We went on a test drive and then sat down and were presented with all of our financing options. Easy and fun experience. We took a tour of the facility and then were able to talk through other service options for our new vehicle.

Good offer for trade in, and good incentives at the end of the year. Worked with Will on all of our financing (lots of options, great rates too) and took our new vehicle home in a couple hours. We would definitely come back here for our next vehicle! Thanks Kara and team for the wonderful experience!

Do not buy a used car from Hamilton Nissan. They will lie about what is wrong with the car. I specifically asked if there was a check done on the car (like when you bring it in for an oil change), I was told yes and advised the used car I purchased needed breaks, rotors, and tires. When I brought it back in for the first oil change and tire rotation I was given a list of things wrong.

With parts and labor I was looking at over $1200 to fix. When I asked about why I was lied to about this I was told I could have a discount and it would cost roughly $600 to fix. Pleasure doing business with you! DO NOT GO TO HAMILTON NISSAN!

Not impressed. Def looking to not be my dealership for life. Quoted me to install coilovers and when I get there to have them INSTALLED they say oh we only quoted you to do the front. What, that makes no sense, why would I only do the front plus a 4 wheel alignment. Once my travel plans runs out I won't go back. Might even just stop now. I believe I deserve a refund.

Just take out what I used so far out of what I paid for the plan and give me the rest! Every time I go there they give me some excuse about the car. Can't wash cuz it's to low, can't put in on lift cuz to low. Funny part it I bought the car from them like that. Worst of all when I went to look/get the car they didn't know one thing about the car

I made an 11:00 appointment for a simple tire rotation and oil change. At 12:15, I asked the status of my car. I was told it still hasn't been in, but I was next. "A lot of cars came in before you, " were the service advisor's exact words. So what? The entire point of me making an appointment was to not have to sit and wait all day long. If someone comes in as a walk-in, they should be put at the end of the line. Honor your appointment. This is not the first time I've made an appointment and had to wait.

Just want to say that Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown is the ONLY WAY to Go for a Nissan. I have purchased 5 vehicles form them and EVERY time a great experience. I have dealt with the same sales person, Will. He is TOP Notch ALWAYS above and beyond. He has become a friend. The same with the finance Mgr Ashley top notch, understanding and sticking with my same service mgr Don They are all great, they make buying a vehicle "painless" they all go the extra mile all friendly. Just a great place to do business THANK YOU!

Terrible Sales service people. Was interested in purchasing a car from them and asked if they could give me a deal on a car that another dealer had for a better price, they asked for info on the other car I was looking at and then nothing more from the. I emailed then a few more times to see if we could make a deal and each time when they found out who they were talking with the conversation would end, so I guess that's the way they say they don't care to make a sale or try. Needless to say I will just drive a little more for a better deal and service.

The WORST! They always forget the free car wash w service, they released my car to a family member without permission then contacted me with an attitude? Service is always sub-par and they keep your car forever. Ed from service & the owner Derek Hamilton are 2 prize peaches when you're talking "classy guys" Two of the most condescending/indignant "men" (using that term EXTREMELY loosely) I've ever encountered.

Save yourself the headache and go up the street. Any other dealer on dual highway has GOT to be better! Lol! Patricia.what is my last name? Im sorry that your boss Derek makes you attack any criticism of his business instead of using it to improve it. I do think it's hilarious you'd leave that comment considering my entire name isn't listed. Are you in Harry Potter world where you can magically fill in my last name on the vehicle search? Bought a total of 6 vehicles here now. 4 new and 2 used, all from Dwain. I've had all good experiences from the sales department. The service department has come a long way with great experiences the last few times I've used them. Hamilton has good vehicles at a good price.

I've been coming here for a few years. The service has always been friendly. The only comment I'd like to pass on is that the express service is anything but express. I'm not usually pressed for time so it doesn't bother me but you should be aware of this if you are in a hurry. They get busy. I've been sitting for an hour and a half now and they still aren't done with my oil change and tire rotation. I've even come on a Saturday morning and waited in line for them to open and even if I'm the 3rd or 4th vehicle in I still wait at least an hour. Again, not a big deal for me because I don't come if I'm in a hurry. Just keep the time it takes to complete the oil change in mind and plan accordingly. Free wifi is a plus and helps kill time while waiting.

Once again, another great experience with Hamilton service. Leonie was great! I had brakes put on all 4 wheels and the rotors cut. Hamilton beat everyones price in town. Hamilton knows Nissans.why people pay more and get less elsewhere befuddles me. I finally have a service department I trust! Thanks Hamilton! According to Jeff G if you give a positive review, you must work there.hahahah, guess I have about nine jobs. Hamilton is a good dealership and their service department is fantastic. I have yet to find anyone in town to best them on tire/brake price. I take all my cars there for service, even my Ford.

Having had some awful experiences locally at other dealerships I am very happy to take my business to Hamilton Nissan, we really dislike pushy sales people, and sexist salesmen, and unlike other dealerships we have really had great experiences buying from Hamilton without experiencing these common issues. We really appreciate the complimentary oil change, and car wash benefits, and have used the service department for several repairs, all with professional, pleasant interactions. We hope to buy our next car at Hamilton, and continue enjoying straight forward and very pleasant, and friendly customer service and transactions.

Drove a hour and a half to this dealer with a pre-approval letter for over $20,000 for a used car only worth $10,000! Test drove the car and was ready to purchase. The salesman wanted to run my credit! Told me he had to run my credit and basically my pre approval letter from Bank of America wasn't any good! Wanted me to finance with his lenders and put down $3,000! Zero star rating!

Poor service! Poor quality in handling business. Stay Away! I drove a hour and a half to turn back around with in 30 minutes of this dealerships foolishness. Their logo is a Pig and I see why! No pork on my fork! Hamilton Nissan is not a quality dealership.

This review pertains to their express service only. I tried to make an appointment for a minor service and was told that I needed to use the express service and didn't need an appointment. They also told me that the express service is 30 minutes or less, especially for oil changes, tire rotations and filter replacements which is what I needed done to my vehicle.

Well the 30 mins or less is a load of manure. I have tried on four different occasions to use this service and each time it it either 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait time. I even tried again today and it was the same story. Don't waste your time on this express service. If they won't give you an appointment, go somewhere else as there are many quality businesses in the area who perform the same service.

First delaer ive ever seen that they did not let me test drive the car that I am going to buy! First dealer i've ever seen that sell the car for the price of MSRP with zero discount! Msrp price is total rip off and even worst dealers would cut the price for up to 10% ( imagine how much would cut from msrp a good dealer) but they did not even lower down a single dime! The 2 star I gave because the young african american salesman was so friendly and professional. I liked his attitude.

I did not have a very good customer service experience. I went to check out a used vehicle - way overpriced. I had to wait about 30 minutes to test drive. My sales person was alright but the service manager Mike did not offer me a good deal on the used vehicle or my trade. In fact he did not work with me at all with the price. Didn't even make it to his office.

Only wanted to talk about things wrong with my vehicle and not the one I was looking to purchase. Need to be more flexible with the customer if they want any business from me.

The Collision Center did horrible work car broke down every 6 days since received it now with electrical problems and burn up ground wires that they replaced they are refusing to fix car saying it's not their problem when it's done nothing but break down since they quote on quote fixed it this place is garbage and they are liars and thieves not to mention making a fraudulent claim stating my car had half the amount of miles it did so it would not be totaled out on the insurance estimate

After only owning Fords for years. I bought a Juke from Hamilton Nissan. They have the friendliest service and sales team ever. I always feel as though they are welcoming and helpful. Love the piggies! Love my froggy -!
