They were the one and only car dealership that asked me what I was looking for, as far as features, besides my budget range. While other places were trying to get me in vehicles in my price range, without regard to my preferences, just to make a sale. Matt Grimm was excellent to work with, he was very transparent during the entire process. He made the whole experience very fluid especially when it came time to take delivery. All documents and financing were in order when I came to pick up my new truck, I was in and out in minimal time. He set me up with a personal service advisor for my future maintenance needs. He and the Lighthouse team are completely committed to the customer making the experience superior. Thank you!

If anybody is looking for a car I would highly recommend Steven Buchanan at lighthouse in Morton. I had an excellent experience with him and he was great to work with! It was the Saturday before Easter Sunday and I was in need of a new vehicle because my current one went out. I reached out to another dealership who I used before and after multiple attempts all day to have some assistant me in getting one I did not hear back from anyone.

My sister recommended that I contact lighthouse who she had a great experience with. It was 30 min before close but I went ahead and just sent a message online inquiring about a car. I honestly did not expect anyone to get back with me but they did. This young man took the time to get in touch with me while they were closing. Most dealerships would not have went that extra mile especially with the holiday.

After our conversation he promised to follow up with me on Monday and that is exactly what he did. First thing Monday morning I received a phone call, no hastle, he sent everything to me and within a couple hours I was good to go! It was that easy. So stress free! Lighthouse was so welcoming and so focused on their customer care. Shout out to Pam, Brett Miller, and again Stephen Buchanan for the amazing experience! I am very happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

This is the second truck that I have purchased at Lighthouse dealership. This is not like any other dealership. The minute you walk through the door you feel like you're at home. Lighthouse was and amazing and caring place to buy a vehicle. Brian was an outstanding salesman who truly cared, and went above and beyond. John had great customer service and kept in with me as needed. Kaleb the technician worked hard to beat the time clock and get a car ready to go before expected. Jim the driver was very courteous and explained any information as needed. All around this was a great place to buy a vehicle, and everyone there did an outstanding job!

We recently traded in our traverse for a new equinox and we could not have had better service. Brian was thorough, answered all questions we had promptly and took care of everything ahead of time and had it ready for us. Financing with Brett was an awesome experience also. It's not often you find a genuine team at a dealership that cares about the people they work with like the lighthouse team. We will definitely be back when we're ready to buy our next car. Called Keith Edelman on a whim to get a new truck. Trucks are very hard to come by right now however Keith was able to find one for us right away. We have never been to Lighthouse Buick GMC, but we will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle. Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure. The whole process start to finish took only about 2 hours and that includes driving the truck prior to making our decision. We are 70 miles from here but definitely worth the drive. We will refer others.

I just wanted to thank you (Jake, Ruth, and Jim) all again for such a pleasurable experience in buying the car for my son. He absolutely LOVES it! In all the years I've had with buying cars I'd have to say this was by far the best! It was my first experience with FaceTime calls and not being physically at the dealership. You all went above and beyond to make this easy, seamless and a great experience.
