We broke down on the 10 freeway and got towed to Finn Ford in Blythe, they set us up in their huge lounge with comfortable seating, TV, snacks and cold drinks and coffee. When they did the diagnostic test it was clear we needed a part ordered so they took us to a hotel for the night. The next morning they picked us up and dropped us off for breakfast, then took us back to the shop.

When we realized our truck needed more work they took us to another hotel, stopping at a store for us, and picked us up again in the morning. The kindness everyone showed us helped make a difficult experience much easier deal with.

Our car broke down while in Dubuque for a wedding. The repairs were going to cost more than the vehicle was worth, and we ended up purchasing a vehicle from Finnin. Just bought a 2022 ford maverick from finnin ford that I had ordered awhile ago. While ford corporate took a long time to deliver my order, David McClure kept me updated as best as he could and they were one of the few delearships I have heard of who did not mark up msrp on these maverick orders. David was extremely helpful and understanding. They helped me find a rebate for my truck and made the overall experience that much better.

Great staff to work with and the sales manager was honest and helpful as well. Never felt pressured to buy any extended warranty or anything. Gabe finnin was directly involved and assisted us along the way which was great. Definitely will be getting my next car from them!

Great experience, from the buying of a vehicle to the service. Both the Ford store and the Kia store are top notch, which is why we have bought multiple cars from Finnin. Facilities are always clean and well-appointed and staff is excellent. Would highly recommend.
