Cale Madison was my salesman and he worked like crazy for me! Because of the shortage I did have to wait about three weeks for my SUV which was normal at the time for the vehicle I wanted. When it was a few days late, I became afraid that maybe my SUV had been possibly sold to someone else. I was WRONG. There had been a delivery truck issue. Cale reassured me and stayed in contact with me. Cale Madison will give you 110%.
He is a very hard worker. The dealership showroom/waiting area is top notch. Finance employee, I believe his name is Joe, was pleasant as well. I was there on a Wednesday morning, which is possibly why I didn't have to wait long at all. I'm really hoping that I'll have the same great experience with the service dept when the time comes. Go see Cale. You will not be disappointed

Easy to deal with.no games or dealer markups. Toyota Fort Walton Beach marks up inventory by $5000. Then they try to sell you ToyoCare (2 extra oil changes) for $700 and "lifetime nitrogen" for $300. Eastern Shore doesn't play these games. Fair price and fair deals. Worth the drive to see them - and lots of inventory.

As I stated before, my experience with Eastern Shore Toyota was excellent. Their customer service is amazing. Although I spent several hours at the dealership, they made the experience as pleasant as possible. My salesman, Kris Hadley was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. My finance officer was also very helpful and mad sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments as well as the warranty and gap insurance.
I would highly recommend Eastern Shore Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. Although I wasn't ready to buy at this time, due to unfortunate circumstances, I had no choice. I extend my thanks and appreciation to all who helped me through this process.

Bought myself a 2022 Toyota Tacoma with salesmen Nathan S. I really appreciated him being straight to the point, keeping things simple, being thorough in detail and most importantly sticking to the price point we had requested not a penny over. I have to give thanks today for the positive interaction at Eastern Shore Toyota. This is my second purchase from there. My first vehicle was a 2019 Tacoma. The second a F250. My first interaction with Eastern shore was not so great. But today Mac McPhail, restored my faith in the dealership. Thank you for being so personable. Eastern Shore is a great dealership! After calling every dealership from Florida to the Great Lakes and having no luck finding the 4runner I wanted some how these folks managed to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Andrew and his sales manager Arend nailed it out the park and hooked me up with a sweet Lunar Rock 4runner. If you're looking for a hard to get Toyota give these guys a try, they certainly surprised me!

Eastern Shore Toyota is a top notch operation. I have been a Honda person for the last 20 years. After I left the Honda dealership that morning without a vehicle I decided to give Toyota a chance. I met Sultan the salesman at the door, the rest is history. I left with a great deal and a new Toyota vehicle. Definitely ask for Sultan he is professional and no nonsense salesperson.
