We left our vehicle with the service department for five days to be told they didn't know what was wrong with it and to be thankful that they weren't charging us more. We were never contacted with an update but instead had to call them. The condiscending attitude, eye rolls and lack of empathy is unacceptable. You are harming people with your complacency and lack of care. The good news is I wasn't charged (how could they? They didn't do anything). The bad news is that time is irreplaceable. Take your business else where.

The staff was friendly you did an excellent job at a reasonable price especially considered this is a dealership. They had no problem using the parts that I provided and didn't try to oversell me with their parts. Overall a good experience.

Zero integrity at this dealership. Cornelius was or salesman and we also dealt directly with the general manager, Carl. We live 3 hours away and we negotiated a deal on Friday night and told them we would call when we left our house on Saturday morning so that they could hold it for us so that it would not sell once we were on our way which they agreed to.

I not only let the salesman know that I was on my way but I also let the general manager know that we were on the way so that they could hold the car as they agreed. 2 hours later as we were driving and we'll over half way there my phone rings and it's the salesman stating that they had just sold the car, REALLY! Zero integrity and I would avoid this dealership at all cost.

It's one thing for a low level salesman to lie but when the General Manager is aware. so where does the buck stop at this business, apparently the buck does not stop at this dealership. Avoid at all cost

Had to take in my Volkswagen for two recalls and a extended warranty regarding the clock spring. Jasmine I believe was her name helped me out and told me the process and how long it would take and now everything works. Will go again for any future services instead of the Fresno dealership

The girl in service department was extremely nice. The reason for 3 stars is because they were trying to charge me 75.00$ to change my cabin air filter. The part is only 24.99! On top of that the filter is located behind the glove compartment that takes 5 minutes to take out. YouTube the video and save yourself some money!

We met Elias, we loved how laid back he was and how he answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or hounded at all. He's a great employee. We're still trying to decide if we're going to buy there or not, but if we do we want to work with him.

I needed a car fast and they were able to process everything very quickly. Great rates. Great service package (free regular maintenance up to 2 years or 20,000 miles). Very happy with purchase.

Great customer service all around. They serviced my vehicle correctly without any hidden cost or unnecessary parts one sometimes may experience at other shops. They even recharged my battery at no cost, and washed it before delivering it back to me. I will definitely bring my vehicle with confidence again to Clovis VW for any future service.

Jose the service manager did an excellent job. Treated me first class. I live in Orange County and I wasn't expecting the service I received from Jose, porter, and cashier staff. I do recommend that you provide a shuttle service in that way people can drop-off in the morning for service - Shuttle services should start at 7am so people can make it to work on time - just saying a little bit of gas can make your business grow. Customer service should be your number one priority - Great job looking forward to my next service.

Excellent service, the sales department (Chris Tatem) was awesome, no pressures at all, time to discuss and excellent service during pre-sale and post-sale. Financial department was absolutely cooperative with me needs. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the time that I drove my beautiful car. I bought so many cars but this experience was the best and easy with a difference. Keep doing this service and you will get a longtime customers like myself. Thank you to all of you.
