So as of fairly recently I no longer lease with Honda. I was with Honda for about 4 years and had been going to Clawson Honda for about 3 years. I decided to write a review to recognize Elijah at Clawson. Since day one this guy genuinely showed care for me and the service they provided. He's the above-and-beyond type person. He even communicated with me regarding my car when he was off the clock.

Who does that? And always followed-up. I always walked away feeling like he had my best interest. Thanks again Elijah. You definitely made my experience at Honda a good one. I would recommend people to you and Clawson.

I wanted to give a shout out to Clawson Honda of Fresno! We have purchased 2 cars in the last 6 months from them and they went above and beyond to make deals with us that we were happy with! Nadia was our sales associate this last visit and she asked what payment we were wanting and what exactly our needs were in getting into another vehicle! She showed us vehicles models that we hadn't even thought of and worked hard with her management team to get us a reasonable price for our trade in, & into a vehicle that would meet our needs! She has also been easy to reach out to for any follow up questions we had! Her goal was for us to leave satisfied which we did & was super friendly, professional & helpful!

Recently sold me lease back to Honda Clawson and they really impressed me. David helped me out. Not only was he quick, he was able to get me cash for the traceback. And he had the check same day! Thanks again David.

Had a great experience with Clawson thanks to David. Was looking to sell my 2020 WRX and what I thought would take days/weeks was done within an hour. 10/10 recommend their business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before even coming in I was trying to get information on how they price their vehicles and the fees that they charge. I spoke with Rene who took a $25688 vehicle to "around" $30000. When I asked why the increase and what was getting added she tells me they can not negotiate over the phone. I come in later on that same day at the time we scheduled and she passed me off to Jose who was an aggressively good sales man but kept trying to make me purchase an add on that I seen no value in and Made an attempt to manipulate me into paying more than what I felt comfortable with paying.

I understand that's the game but I told him several times that I have sales experience and I am not going to purchase anything I don't see value in and pay more than what I feel comfortable paying. He spend almost 2 hours haggling with me and made me lose time I wasn't going to get back after I specially told him I was not trying to spend time arguing about a number my mind was already set on.

After we finally came to the number I was comfortable with we finally test drive the vehicle where he promised to fill up the tank and detail the vehicle because of the obvious stains on the seats. After returning to the dealer post test drive I then was made to wait for the finance manager to "prepare paperwork" that was not done till after I came into her office where she just printed out the contract to sign.

It is now past 9 (I arrived at 6:29pm) when I am told I will receive a voucher to get the car detailed and the tank filled. I come the next day after work to get my detail and gas. Upon arriving I handed my keys to the gentleman at the desk and told him that I am here to get my car detailed because there's stains on the seats and a full tank of gas.

He takes my keys and disappears and tells me it's going to take 20 minutes. He returns 45 minutes later. They filled my gas tank but there is no sign of detailing in sight. I go back to him and tell him that the car was not detailed he looks at me confused and I reminded him what I told him when I came in. He took the keys back and had the car taken to get detailed again.

I was told the car was ready second time and that was false for the second time. I go back inside and let them know that the car was not detailed. They take the keys for the third time and once they brought it back they told me that they could not get anything out and I can set something up with service. I came to the car to see what was done and nothing was done and I was lied to.

I don't understand how they do business here and I don't like how I am being treated as a customer. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone not even my worse enemy because I have lost six hours of my life wasting my time with these people and all I wanted what I was promised which is apparently asking too much. If you like getting manipulated, lied to, and wasting time go ahead and get your car with them. If not just go to CarMax.

Advertised my used vehicle on AutoTrader and Clawson Honda submitted the best offer by far within hours. The transaction was seamless and the staff were very responsive. If you are looking to sell quickly and get top dollar you should definitely chek them out.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Gave me a fantastic price and even better customer experience while selling my Honda to them. The staff, especially Ryan, is super helpful and friendly.

Overall my experience at Clawson Honda was amazing I had the pleasure of being helped by Mercedes who was all around great. She worked with me and was so patient as well. I walked in not thinking I was getting a car and walked out with the car I had been wanting for so long. Recently sold my car to Clawson Honda. Ryan McGrail was a pleasure to work with on the sale. His approach and communication style was polite, clear, and respectful. He was very responsive to my questions about the process. Met with Sam near my home, who drove out to inspect the car, complete the paperwork, and hand me the check. Sam was friendly and efficient in completing this process. Overall, Clawson Honda made selling my car an enjoyable and painless process.

Their willingness to inspect my car and complete the sales process near my location was greatly appreciated, as their dealership is 175 miles from where I live! Based on this experience, I highly recommend Clawson Honda to anyone considering the purchase of a Honda around Fresno.

They tried telling me my car needed 6k worth of repairs. Took my car to another shop and a majority of the problems clawson quoted me were not found. Never taking my business there again.

I went into Clawson Honda to trade in my 2020 Honda Accord and purchase a new 2022 Honda Civic. Darian was the associate I worked with and I have to say he worked hard for me to get the deal I felt comfortable with. He was not pushy, just patient and kind and really wanted to help me. Mercedes at Honda clawson is amazing. Every time I go here everyone is very friendly and acknowledging. My sales person Mercedes is the best. She's easy to get a hold of and communicates great. She's always there to help me in any which way and answer any questions I have. Mercedes makes car buying so much fun and her interaction with the customer is great. She makes you feel like family.

Over priced and Low Customer Service. I will never take my vehicle to get serviced here again. I requested an oil change and for my car to be washed. It was over a $120 dollars for an oil change. At Merced Honda, I never paid more than $70 dollars. I waited in the waiting room and took over 3 hours to be completed. When my vehicle was completed, they called me to return to service.

They did not give me the correct paper work. The paper work I received had different mileage than my car. The service manager did not explain the report for my car. The paper work also said that I refused additional service that needed to be done on my car. Not true. No one called me and asked if I wanted to get the additional service needed. When I questioned this, they said that I needed additional things to be done, which could have been included in a package deal.

When leaving the service department. No one brought me my car. I had to look where it was at. And, it was not washed like requested. I will never take my car here again. Over priced and low customer service. The dealership does not need to charge the much for service.

After my car was hit and totaled by someone who ran a stop sign, I was worried and stressed about having to find a good used reliable car in a short amount of time. Mercedes made the experience less stressful and answered all my questions in detail and made the whole experience great. In fact everyone at Clawson Honda was nice and friendly, also very knowledgeable.

Everyone there paid attention to my needs and what I was looking for, and helped me find a great car! I highly recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle to check them out. and if I ever had to buy another vehicle again I would definitely go there! I'm so happy in my new car!

I got ripped off and my car still isn't fixed. Went to Clawson honda service because my car was shaking when I accelerated. Was charged $1200 for diagnostic check, replacement of motor mounts, and relpace spark plugs. after all this my car still shaking same as before, Tim the service rep recommended to bring my car back in for another diagnostic "free of charge".

Four hours later I get a text from Tim saying I need $4000 of repairs including more mounts to be replaced, when I asked him why was all these repairs weren't brought up at the initial inspection? all he could say was give me a two hundred discount!

First of all shout out to Jose and Darien! Both got the wheels rolling for me, I was looking for a great compact sports car and I found the car I wanted at Clawson Honda! Jose was very transparent but not overbearing. He called to update me and ask for only important information, and kept everything very professional I never felt like I was going in circles with the finance team.

When I arrived my car was ready and washed and even got sent back again for a second detail after the test drive! Jose really worked hard to get me a great warranty on my pre-owned Subaru and I felt like a valued customer. Most dealerships will always have some hidden surprise but Clawson Honda and the entire team is very straight forward! The car was clean and there were no hidden problems, everything here was exactly as advertised. I will definitely be continuing business with them in the future!

I went in for an appointment oil change and idling issues. The oil change took 3 hours and they found no issues with idling. After a second option from a Honda dealership they found a bad injector and replaced it under warranty.

I want to give a huge thanks to dani. Thanks to her amazing knowledge on product and all her amazing help I was able to get my first vehicle. A brand new 2022 Civic sport. She was able to put in all the hard work and gave me a very great deal. Thanks to all her hard work I was able to take this vehicle home today. Everyone ask for Dani! This review is for Ryan M. Who contacted me about selling my car. Honestly, at first, I didn't reply because their offer seemed too good to be true. (They'll come to you, do all the paperwork at their local DMV, cut you a check and then take the car from you within a couple days) I let Ryan know that I was unsure because of internet scams etc and he did everything to assure me and help give my confidence in the transaction.

He gave me his cellphone, his business card, the dealerships contact, etc. glad I went with them in the end because it was super easy. Process went like so. Ryan contacted me after seeing my car for sale. Once with chatted back and forth for a few days (due to my uneasiness) we agreed on the price. An inspector of theirs met me at a bank of my selection (REMIND YOU they are 3 hours away from me). Inspector checked car out.

Then we signed paperwork and I was given my check right there in which I just walked over to the ATM to deposit. A towing company they worked with was in contact with me within the next 2 days and took the car away. The end Sorry I thought you are sketchy Ryan! I'd definitely do business with them again if their process is the same when it's time for me to sell again.

Stopped by as a needed a standard oil change and sure enough already a line for both non appointments/appointments. I've been a loyal customer of Clawson Honda since I had my first Civic. The only downside for this dealership is the service department, always booked and online is booked close to a month in advance. Really hope they would add more technicians/expand service department. I normally wait 2hrs for oil change.

Nadia was not only friendly but very helpful and experienced. She gave detailed information on the vehicle we were interested in and very informative during the test drive. We previously stopped at a few other car lots before Honda and have a comparison with customer treatment, Nadia was above and beyond on customer service. The Manager and Financial Department also work very well as a team. We left "very" pleased and with the Honda we wanted!

Any of my dealings with Clawson was extremely good, what I like about them is their humility and honesty, rare these days. As an example, I was looking for a screw for the back rest on my Roadstar and the help needed some more direction, normally because there are so many after market parts it might not be listed, so I helped him navigate the screen and found my part.

Some places act like you're stupid and they're the expert on everything.so it was refreshing to work with some down to earth people. Checking out was a breeze as well, no hassle here at all and you get alerts on your phone when your part arrives.

SERVICE DEPT: Can someone PLEASE help me understand WHY the service department literally SCHEDULED approx 50 cars on Saturday when they supposedly only have TWO technicians? I have a 10:40a appointment - arrived on time, is now TWO hours later and they STILL have not even looked at my Honda. On my THIRD hour & STILL have not even heard what is wrong with my vehicle.

On my FIFTH hour and have been advised (bcuz I inquired) that my catalytic converter needs to be replaced and they cannot do it. FIVE+ HOURS for a fricken diagnostic. not even a repair, car wash or ANYTHING. INSANE. I will be contacting Honda Corporate about this abhorrent waste of a time.
