Bought vehicles twice from this dealership, first in 2004, then in 2019. The vehicles were everything I wanted at a great price. Good, clean vehicles, no pressure tactics. The vehicles speak for themselves.

Great people to do business with. In and out upfront pricing with absolutely no run around. All the other dealers need to learn the meaning of customer service. GREAT PEOPLE FAIR PRICES WILL BUY FROM AGAIN!

Gonna roll back my review just like they rolled back my odometer. Pretty scummy service. You can't sell a truck with a broken odometer without disclosing the fact. $1000 dollars in repairs later. Okay great. They didn't even change the oil before selling it. Thank y'all so much for helping me to stay mobile. I'd say not much better than thieves here.

Do yourself a favor and buy from a private seller. Oh and that Native American grinding stone or "Mano" as some call them that you showed me. yeah it's just a rock. I may have lost the battle over the truck at least there's that

My husband and I drove from the DFW area to buy a van on their lot. Russell was very kind and gracious as my husband and I mulled over the decision. He never put pressure on us, and I was so grateful to be able to look at the van without a salesperson hanging over us. We are excited about our new van and will definitely check this dealership next time we are car shopping. If you are looking for a no pressure dealer, this is your place!

Very impressed with the customer service! We bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey. After purchasing noticed a minor issue contacted them and they were willing to listen to our concerns, had us bring the van in, fixed the issue, and even went above and beyond what we asked them to do! We will definitely use them to purchase vehicles in the future. Fast, dependable, honest!

Just bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from this business. They were very friendly and answered questions we had about the vehicle. I definitely would do business with them again.

Bought a 2012 ram from them in 2016 (I know it's been a while but still want to complain about it). I test drove the truck before closing the deal and it didn't seem to have any issues. I asked if the truck had any issues they said no, nothing wrong. Does it have a clean title? they said yes. 2 months after the purchase the truck started making a loud rattling noise. Took it to the mechanic and spent around $800 dollars to fix the issue it had at the moment.

In 2017 I went to a Ford dealership in Houston to trade the truck and when they pulled the carfax it showed that truck had FRAME DAMAGE as a result of an accident it had been 4 months before I purchased the vehicle from Northcrest, went to a Dodge dealership and the carfax report showed the same thing. I don't understand how they were able to sell me the truck with a "clean title" to it.

Never did call Northcrest to complain about it because I could hear them saying "you agreed to buy the truck in As Is condition" just like they told one of the customers that complained to them. The owner of this car lot needs to man up and recognize that he is not transparent with the customers, he sells faulty vehicles and then jumps and denies it when someone puts him on the spotlight. At least have the decency to let customers know when the vehicles have been in an accident so they know what to expect.

Russell and Bob were both great to work with. I purchased 4 trucks from them for my business, and I can say that these were the easiest transactions I have ever had. From the first phone call until the delivery of the trucks, a complete 5 star deal. I would buy from Northcrest Auto again without hesitation.

I absolutely cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Northcrest Auto. I drove to Waco from Houston to potentially purchase a vehicle for my sister, based almost solely on how nice Stacy was on the phone. She gave me the sales price, including TT&L, before I ever left Houston, and I was pleasantly surprised when that number didn't change at all when I arrived in Waco.

My credit union doesn't have branches anywhere near Waco, so it took them a little while to get the paperwork faxed over to Northcrest, during which time I talked poor Stacy's ear off (Sorry, Stacy!) and played with Russell and Stacy's sweet dog, Bo (sp?). Once the paperwork had been finalized, I was able to go next door and rent a u-haul trailer to tow the vehicle back on.

One of the tires was low on the trailer, and Russell filled it up for me so I could make it back home with no problems. Yesterday, the plates arrived, along with a navigation Sandisk that Russell ordered to replace the one that was missing from the vehicle. I am so incredibly pleased with everything about my purchase. The vehicle is amazing, the price was a steal, and everyone I came in contact with at Northcrest Auto was so nice and helpful.

It really made for a seamless transaction. Northcrest may be a small lot, but every vehicle they have appeared to be in excellent condition. It is well worth your time to go take a look at their inventory, especially since they'll be straight with you and have no hidden fees. My family buys a lot of vehicles for work, and I will absolutely be back to Northcrest Auto for my next purchase. Thanks again, Russell and Stacy!
