Normally you would come to a dealership upset when your car has a problem. But I understand they didn't build it. What makes a big difference when this happens how do they take care of you. This section of service is excellent. Mr Tyler Duncan tells it like it is and makes you feel that you are in great hands. He is a great example. Keep up the great work and thank you

So almost three weeks ago I had work done in my truck. First part was part was ordered and my truck was there. I get a call saying that it was going to have to stay overnight because part was broke. Which means that when it a arrived it was not checked first. Then I had to make arrangements to get back there. Then im told that the warranty is going to pay for everything.
Three weeks later I get a call saying I owe 280 because everything was not covered. At no time was anything ever mentioned about if the warranty company didn't play I would have to. This is a very dirty way of doing business. We have bought 6 vehicles from here. After this, there won't be 7. Very bad business ethics.

The manager Mark Austin is terrible manager. I've purchased 8 new vehicles here in less than two years. Lost all my business today! Will never buy there again. Made offers and after deal was working tried to go down on the offers like I was desperate. Spoke to me like I was underneath or below him. Terrible service and definitely makes the rest of the place look bad. Truck transmission fell out after two months. No help at all. All about the money to them. He told me they was already paid and wasn't his problem. Terrible experience

Dealt with this dealership for a few warranty items on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Primary of which was a limited time warranty extension for the dashboard. I waited a year on them to call me with details on the part (they were made to order so I wasn't pressed on a timeline, I just wanted details such as in the queue, production, etc.) Finally I reached out myself; I accumulated at least a dozen unreturned calls and another dozen times I was told by a technician they would call me back after they looked into it - spoiler alert, I didn't receive a single call back from them either.
After all this I got in touch with the GM who tried his best to be helpful and put me in touch with the service manager. After someone finally looked into it they discovered their technician who I had my original appointment with never put in my claim. As it was a limited time extension, I was now past the window to put in the claim and am out at minimum a $1000 repair.
When trying to contact the GM again to see if there was anything that could be done I never got a response. After my final warranty item is complete (been waiting at least a year and half on this part as well mind you) I won't be returning to this dealership. I couldn't feasibly recommend this place to anyone else either.

Wondered into Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge a few months back after looking for a specific vehicle at a few other dealerships. None of the other dealerships seemed eager or motivated to earn my business but Patrick Rock was and helped me get into my Wrangler. Service at this location has been top notch both on the sales floor and the service department.
I highly recommend this location. Edit to my post to 2 stars for the service department how are people supossed to work and get vehicles serviced when they stop basic services at 330 while most people work to 530 and later. Edit to my Edit. Providing service for my Jeep on a Saturday. +2 stars back to the service department. That leaves one star to get back. Toss in a Jeep hat and it's done

We have purchased three vehicles from Berglund and I have never had a complaint. However, I have never used the service department either, until recently. My car still has full warranty, around 32K when I dropped it off for service last week. I was told I could not have a loaner. Dropped it off on a Saturday and by Wednesday, had not had any phone calls regarding the issues. Went to the dealership and the person I talked to was nice enough to get me a rental paid for by the dealership, but would not reimburse for the days I had already paid out of pocket.
Finally got my car back today and was told the wrong transmission fluid was in the car. I advised them I had not had transmission serviced since the vehicle was purchased new from them and he said it was the wrong color and walked away. I recently had my headlights replaced with LED lights and they are not working. Pouring down rain today. Guess I will be out in the rain trying to figure out what has been disconnected.
My car was also below empty when I picked it up today and it had half a tank when dropped off. I understand it had to be driven to test, but I would also expect them to replace the gas that was used.

Drove down on a whim when a Sublime Green Ram 1500 Sport popped up. The buying experience was a little drawn out but rather good overall, my fault for dragging a 6-year-old into a dealership just before dinner time. Wish I got more on my trade-in but that is the same at every dealership. I did get a decent deal on a good truck with some solid financing. Cannot ask for more than that. Speaking of financing I ended up re-financing with local credit union a year later because they had some crazy negative interest deal and an unbeatable rate. Timothy from the Berglund finance department took care of my GAP and Service contract refunds in record time! I was expecting the run-around, but he took care of it all. Will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!
