I sold my pre-owned car to the dealership with tomorrow being five business days. I still have not received a check. When I spoke to the person answering phones, she stated they have been busy. I would not have sold my car and sat on nothing when I could have sold elsewhere and received check same day. The guy doing the paperwork on my car make it sound like it would be a day or two before they got the check and he would call, then I could pick it up. Concerned at this point and ready to go get my car back as this seems crazy to sell a car for nothing to a business that does not pay.

Recently, I pulled into the lot simply to look at vehicles. I had no intent of actually purchasing a vehicle. I was greatest by Rob Medlin. He was kind, laid back, and understanding. Rick also assisted with the paperwork. This team is phenomenal. Needless to say, I walked away with a BMW SUV and a wonderful experience! I highly recommend.

Starr, Mike, and Rick were great to deal with. No issues at all. Our new car came in quicker than expected and exactly as we ordered. They also got us a great interest rate on our financing. I've never had a car buying experience that went this smooth. We will return.

Fast, friendly service. Bob was courteous and direct. He listened to our concerns and addressed all of the issues we spoke of. The video from the tech was nice and direct and told us of recommended service and why we needed it. We were treated with respect and the work was performed and completed as expected. We were in a bind with a major warning message while hours from home and hours to our destination. Hayden took our call and let us know that they'll be ready to see us as we re-routed to Roanoke. She promptly took us in and even drove us to get some lunch as they diagnosed the issues. It became apparent that we wouldn't be getting our car back on the road that same day. Hayden drove us to get a rental so we could be in our way.

We got prompt updates on our car and the car was ready by the time we made our way back to Roanoke. This dealership recognized out specific situation and needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We're very grateful for all the help and consideration they gave us. The car runs great now and we highly recommend BMW Roanoke's Services!

We had a great experience at BMW Roanoke. Robert Medlin was our sales person and he was great to work with. He was very laid back and there was no pressure to buy. They gave us a very fair value for our trade. Our new to us vehicle runs great and we love it. I would recommend anyone to them.

While I did not buy today, I am definitely going to buy soon, especially since my customer service was great. I was a walk in, and I worked with Starr today. He was extremely helpful and I appreciated his desire to help without the typical car dealerships pressure. Will definitely be back and will be working with him again!

This dealership is the best in Roanoke for a luxury vehicle. Everyone who we worked with was upfront, honest, and very kind. They encouraged us to look at other lots in the area (in a non-pushy way) and we did. We were right back to Duncan that afternoon. When looking for a salesman to work with, I highly recommend Starr Groves. He was genuine, attentive, patient, and accommodating to everything my family and I needed while shopping for my new car and completing the transaction. Rick was also great to work with when closing the deal. Thank you Duncan for an awesome car buying experience!

Marin at the dealerships gets 5 stars. Our car broke down on our move to Texas. We toggled with two brands. After coming in the night before thanksgiving. Yup, at 6 pm. We let matin know if we liked it we would buy that night. He was so happy to hear that. He grabbed keys and we went for a spin. He filled up the tank since we were buying. We had about 10 miles.

The only thing I'd say is I wish I asked or had time for front window tint. I was surprised a BMW didn't have an extender on the sun visor. Oh well! It got warm from the sun and it's something we will need to add. I just know when I bought my last suv it was something I asked for and butler carwashes. Since we are out of state he gave us his number helped my husband set up his profile.

While my hubby signed his hundred forms he helped me set up my profile. He's been super kind checking on us. Another plus we saved some money by using a retired military discount. I highly recommend this place and it's pup friendly. We closed it down with a new car the night we purchased.

Had trouble with older bmw on interstate 81, found BMW Roanoke on phone and drove there just about closing time. Bob in service department said could take me as an emergency and get me in first thing next morning. Car wouldn't start to go to motel, they drove me to Holiday in, next morning car in, Bob gave me diagnostic and estimated price to fix. they drove me to mall to kill time and picked me up at specified time.

Back at dealership, car ready, Bob explained what they had done and full price, a tad less than estimate. Car has run perfectly since. Could not ask for better courtesy, service & friendliness. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I were driving from Florida to Connecticut when we were rear-ended at high speed in North Carolina. We took the car to BMW of Roanoke to have diagnostics run to determine if the car was driveable. The staff took the car right away, ran computer tests, gave us a thorough explanation of what systems had been affected, including a video of the damaged sites. Then they charged us NOTHING. What a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone at BMW of Roanoke.

My son was stranded outside Roanoke in the middle of the night, and was towed to BMW of Roanoke. Even though the tow truck driver dropped the car off and put the key in a place where no one at the dealership could find it, Destiny, in the service department, was a total and complete champ--worked with my son and with me to get the new run-flat tire ordered, and to replace a tire pressure valve that was faulty--all without being able to unlock and get into the car.

Right up until the moment the dealership closed, she stayed in close contact with us, and helped locate the missing key (which the tow truck driver had buried under a pile of envelopes near--but not IN--the nighttime drop box). I live in Texas, but for anyone in the Virginia area, I highly recommend this dealership's wonderful service department, and Destiny, in particular. I hope her management knows how lucky they are to have her on staff. Thank you, Destiny!

I've bought many cars within state and outside of my state. I've never seen a dealership that is dishonest like this one. Ad was posted on Sat and on Mon, salesman Starr contacted me to confirm car still available. We agreed on the ad price without any negotiation. On Tue, I confirmed with finance person Al and told both of them that I'll send full amount FedEx overnight to them.

Check arrived the next day and they told me car sold to someone that walked in. Wth? They said our GM sold it and there is nothing they can do about it. Why? Because the walk-in guy paid more than the asking price? Asked them to reimburse my FedEx fee because it's their fault selling car to someone else and they completely ignored all communication. This dealer has no ethic and no loyalty. Don't go here, they can't be trusted.

Wow! These guys are great! I was picking my daughter up from college and I got a weird warning light on my drive back. I was able to stop in and the service department jumped right on the problem! Crisis averted and I was back on the road in about 45min! Yay for great service!

Greg is great in their parts department and Rusty is a great service tech, .and I brought in a a VW Jetta! I was on the road and these guys took care of me professionally, courteously, and fairly. I highly recommend this dealership: I understand it is under new ownership management in the last year, and there is a palpable sense of excellent service as a goal. Very Impressed!

I too must say that everyone looking to take a stab at a business writes a review, but happy customers never take the time. I had my BMW serviced here recently and found the new staff and management to be very helpful. They went out of there way to accommodate me, were gracious in there consultation, kept me apprised of the progress, gave me a new BMW to drive while mine was in being serviced and washed my car when it was complete.

I don't know what else you could ask for. While there I decided to shop some of the new models, the sales staff and management were attentive and knowledgeable and although i wasn't ready to buy that day, i felt comfortable that I would be back. They also offered up a trade in value on my car and although i would have liked to think it was worth more, upon further review found that in fact they were truthfully accurate.

They did explain that ownership and staff had changed in the last year and they were making a concerted effort to change the way this store does business from its past. I submit that the reviews prior to January 2016 were for the old ownership "Valley BMW" and the new folks and store known as BMW of Roanoke are top shelf and deserve a new look. Give them a shot I bet you find them as pleasant and professional as i did! Good luck to the new bunch, I'll be back.

We went to try out BMW Roanoke and get the oil changed. These people provided an unsolicited quote for $5,500 of very questionable service needs from replacing all the tires, brake pads, rotors sensors, draining the radiator basically anything they could think of. We will NOT be back. I would avoid these people!
