I highly recommend Auto Integrity. AJ has ALWAYS gone way above and beyond for me. He took care of any and every issue for me and went out of his way to meet my needs. He sold me a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport with barely any miles on it and was upfront and honest about everything. Great communication and customer service. I will only go to AJ for any Vehicle I buy. going on 2 years of owning this vehicle and no problems at all!

Put in a application for a 2004 corvette. Got a text saying AJ would be contacting me soon. No text from him, No call. I texted him and no response, tried to call today and it just kept ringing and ringing and went to a voicemail, what horrible customer service.

So to start off I contacted AJ on Thursday 01-28-21 inquiring about a shortymax for sale. I got his automated text message reached out the following day through text and told him I filled out an application online for financing. I had told him up front that there might be issues with my credit but I had co-signers available if I didn't qualify "individually ".

He finally responded he would get to work on it and let me know in an hour and never got a call back. Called him the next day, he says issues with financing but was gonna try and work something out says I'll call back in an hour once again. Next day comes along I call back they're closed. Waited till Monday to call and got no answer finally Tuesday he calls and says he hadn't forgotten about me and he would have an answer yesterday.

I for one felt confident he was working on the process to get me financed but turns out he just gave me the run around. I decided I'd stop in today to find out what was going on. He goes on to give me the excuse he's been busy and that he was having trouble but never told me so I could make the necessary arrangements to get approval. And to top it all off he says hey by the way I'm sorry someone came in and bought the truck last night when I wasn't here. Couldn't give me the courtesy or respect to call me and tell me that over the phone. Would 1,000% not recommend the dealership to anyone.

Non-existent customer service-that sums up my experience. I contacted this dealer through CarGurus after seeing an ad for a hard-to-find car I want to buy. I waited a few days with no response and reached out via text to "AJ". No response. Reached out again via a different number. No response. Reached out a third time. No response. After a week of this I decided to just drive up to Loveland but found that the car had been sold to someone else. I'M ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. My suggestion is to pass on this pathetic excuse for a used car dealership.

I purchased a 2018 vehicle with under 2000 miles, for which I am grateful because after reading the multiple reviews online, the older vehicles that were purchased by others seemed to have the poorer reviews. I also noted that at some point ownership seemed to have changed since some of the reviews were responded to by someone named Keith and the person I dealt with was AJ.

I also had the impression when reading the reviews that the experiences were either an outstanding 5 star to a horrible 1 star rating--almost like a bipolar of extremes. My vehicle was--and is--excellent and I am very happy with it. We had researched this particular vehicle and even though we were out of state, decided to go with Auto Integrity because of the vehicle offered.

There are no regrets regarding this. However, I must agree with some of the reviews I read that the interpersonal communications and handling of paperwork has lots of room for improvement. We purchased the vehicle on March 2, 2019 and did not receive the final paperwork including the license plate until the beginning of June, 2019, in spite of numerous contacts by our loan financer.

According to AJ, the title for the vehicle was apparently lost when they moved from their previous location and they had to send off to Arizona for a new title. None of this was shared with me until I texted him saying that I had not yet posted my online review of the vehicle and then I received texts and phone calls from AJ. I have no idea if this kind of thing is common place with this company but it was a first for us and we have been buying vehicles for many years.

I would recommend that if you purchase a vehicle from this company that you do your research on the vehicle first, have an independent mechanic inspect any used vehicle, make sure you understand all warranty and your responsibility in it, and personally (frequently) follow up on the paperwork until you have a satisfied completion of your purchase. AJ is friendly and seems knowledgeable of the car sales business but he also seems distractible, not necessarily dishonest but easily side tracked.

He did apologize to me for failing to let me know what was going on and he did (after my temporary license was about to expire) send me a new temporary license (another first for me).

Auto Integrity blew me away! Just like anyone else buying a used car, I certainly felt some timidity showing up to the lot after seeing a car I was interested in online. The car looked wonderful, drove well on the test drive, and AJ was phenomenal through the initial process, and walked us through the paper work, and agreement, without a hitch. They were accommodating to our financial needs, and made sure to figure out a way to get into the car we wanted, in a way that worked best for me and my fiance.

Fast forward 4 days, our car needed a repair that was near impossible to notice by the lot, and I was extremely nervous about letting the dealership know. This is usually where the nightmare begins, but NOT with auto integrity. Kieth, AJ, JP, really everyone I came in contact with was AMAZING, they followed up promptly any time I had a question, handled with repair with no hesitation, made sure I had a vehicle while the car was in the shop, everything.

I have never had a better experience. Not just for a car, but anywhere. These guys care, are attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I will be going back here for any car buying needs I have moving forward!

They've done good in the past, but today they messed up. We had 2 Transit vans reserved. When we arrived. no transit vans. Here's a 2009 15 passenger van. It's rough, but it's what we have. What happened to the reservation? Not very happy. Had a busted window and big paint chip missing.

I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere with your vehicle purchase! Purchased a car from them in January of 2017. I am a young girl who has only ever purchased one vehicle before in my life and it was through a private dealer. This being my second vehicle I was super excited to see the 2011 Jeep Patriot (which I had been drooling over for some time now) in their lot so I went in to look at it.

No one came to greet me which was kinda odd for a dealership and when I finally did find someone to help me no one seemed to know ANYTHING about the vehicle (which should have been my hint to run the other way). Anyways I took the jeep for a test drive and it was out of gas! So they gave me $3 and told me to take it to the gas station and fill it up myself.

So I then took it to a mechanic I trusted and he said he couldn't get any readings off the machine thing they use. So me being so in love with the fact it was the car I always wanted decided to buy it. All though they did give me a great interest rate on a loan it definitely WAS NOT worth what I've had to go thru since buying it! The starter is going bad, the shocks need to be replaced, it makes a very high pitched noise when I reverse, it also seems like something is going on with the transmission ever now and then.

I took it back immediately after I noticed these problems (maybe a week) and the supposedly took it to a mechanic and then gave me some bogus story about how the problems couldn't be fixed. And they gave me a DIRTY CRAPPY rental car. I then asked for the receipt from the mechanic so I could personally take it to a different mechanic and have yet to hear anything back from them.

I have tried several times to call and keep getting sent to voicemail. My advice. RUN THE OTHER WAY! All they want it to take your money and give you a crappy car! Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

I put one start but I would actually like to put 0. Auto Integrity, unlike what the name states, does not have any integrity. My husband purchased a car 1 year ago from them. It was his first car and Auto Integrity, instead of providing counsel, sold him a car over $10,000 when it was barely worth half. After 3 months, the car started breaking down, including a broken transmission.

The garage told us it was older than just 3 months. We contacted Auto Integrity and were told, despite several other damages and problems, that they would not do anything. One year late, we have invested over $5,000 in repairs. Auto Integrity, that we contacted, said they may take the care back, eat up what was left of the loan and sell us a new car.

We explained we could not go down the canyon (we live in Estes Park) and get back up and we needed to make sure of the details of the new car before going. It took us several phone calls and a lot of discussion for us to finally be able to get the details on the car they were trying to sell us: A $16,000 when we said our budget was $9,000 top. And they wanted us to give $3,500 for them to take the car back, when we have already paid $4,000 on it. I do not recommend this dealership, at all.

Great company. They take good care of the vehicles they sell even after one has been purchased. I was impressed to see a dealership genuinely care about the happiness of their customers. We recently bought a reasonably priced Chevy Tahoe. After a couple days, we noticed something we wanted to get checked out. They fixed the problem AND fixed up the brakes. I would recommend Auto Integrity to my friends.

I have purchased two "new to me "cars from Auto Integrity, ten years apart. Both times, Keith(the owner) found me just the right car. He was very helpful with financing, and even let me try each car I looked at, to make sure my English Mastiff would fit.

We desperately needed a van for a trip in Colorado. As it turned out, vans are really hard to find and are very expensive to rent (unlike minivans). AutoIntegrity was extremely price-competitive and was willing to arrange transportation for pick up and drop off, which eliminated a lot of hassle. The van was definitely worn out, but it was so inexpensive! And it successfully took us from point A to point B, which was what we wanted. The trip was a huge success, thanks, partly to AutoIntegrity. Thank you!
