After driving 2 hrs. and multiple phone calls, the sales person could not even come out from behind her counter to welcome us to the store. Did not even try to gain our business and was not professional nor accommodating. Picked our vehicle apart and never said one positive thing about it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service just was non existent.

I had a great experience buying my car at Budget Car Sales. I talked to Jo Ann a couple of times on the phone, and she was friendly and helpful. I worked with Dan in person, and he was fair and straightforward. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured during the process. Once we made the deal, the paperwork process was easy and efficient.

Bought a '14 Dodge Charger SXT from them on a trade. The car was fairly priced. I had talked to Dan through email correspondence about trading in my vehicle. I told him I had gotten a Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer and was looking for my trade to be in the range of that offer. He told me to stop by and they'd take a look. When I came in their was absolutely no sales pressure.

No usual sales accosting or lines about, "Hurry, this car is going to go fast" which I find unappealing. I mainly dealt with JoAnn who was very pleasant to deal with. And they gave me a little over the Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer I had received. Plus they were in the middle of adjusting their prices for all their cars to reflect the local market and the prices were going up a little.

But they didn't try to price up the car I was looking at, in fact they said that because I already had interest in it from the day before, that they would honor the original price, which already was below book value. Overall I had a pleasant experience with their staff and the purchasing process. Would definitely buy from again.

Just purchased our car there and would highly recommend to anyone else who is considering buying a new vehicle to look here first. The customer service was excellent and we felt we got a very good deal on what will be a reliable vehicle for us for at least a few years to come. Dan was great to work with, it was relaxed and explained everything very well. Definitely not your average car buying experience.

These guys are a pleasure to work with and made buying my car a breeze. I drove from Chicago and Dan was a great help in making the car was in good order before making the trip down.
