They have been working with my husband and I so good for a few Years now. We just bought our 2nd car with them, engine light came on the next day, it was a sensor no big deal, 2 Weeks after engine light came back up. Needless to say, super frustrating, at this point I didn't even want to see that car covered in gold. Brent is the best! He help us out so much getting the car we wanted and definitely made the situation right! Hopefully our new car can be a peace of mind for quite a few Years to come.

I've got to know several of the individuals who work at the Infiniti dealership over the past month and they all have been wonderful. I believe each of them deserve some form of recognition, so I'd like to take a few moments to thank each of them so you can know what to expect and what I've experienced. I had issues with my last car, so I got to know Trent and Mike quite well. Trent was extremely knowledgable and easy to deal with.
I fully appreciated his forwardness and kindness. Mike from the service shop likewise was very straightforward and knowledgable. He definitely wanted to get my car working. At the end of the day, my g37 was toast from some uncommon problem and Trent kindly directed me to Gregg. Gregg sold me my new Q50 and he was great. He treated my extremely well and fairly.
It was a great experience and Gregg went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, these guys care. They are friendly and great to deal with. I was thoroughly impressed with all of them. Thanks guys.

Gregg was immediately available for me when I found the used car I wanted online. He was friendly and knowledgeable about everything the truck has to offer. He and Anthony worked diligently with the finance company to get me approved, which is always a little extra work because I'm self-employed. Gregg even made himself accessible to me on his day off. At the end of the experience, I drove home in a beautiful truck and am so grateful to Gregg and Anthony for a job well-done! Thank you!

I definitely agree with all of the stellar reviews on Tim Brickner. Best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process was effortless and efficient. Most salesmen ignore my requests to communicate via email. It is hard for me to answer my phone during the work day. He honored this request and answered ALL of my questions via email - thoroughly and honestly. Zimbrick as a company was able to secure financing/interest rate that other dealers could not. He even sent a handwritten thank-you card! We will definitely be going back in the future.

First off I would like to say a huge thanks to the Zimbrick Infiniti service team. We had an issue with our QX56 and had it towed there on a Saturday night. Called Monday morning and spoke with Kyle, which already had a little information about what was going on with the vehicle. They were very prompt and listened to my needs for the vehicle. Got a call a few hours later about what was wrong.
There prices were very good and less than what I was expecting. Now, before we moved here, I was a service advisor so I know these parts and labor pretty well so I would know if I was trying to be taken advantage of and I totally did not. We got a loaner vehicle, which was awesome since we live in Columbus. Kyle was had very good communication skills which is key in this industry.
I really appreciate getting my wife's vehicle back in a quick turn around. The biggest bonus was that they washed and vacuumed our vehicle. I'm was very impressed and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them for service. Thanks a bunch!

Fantastic experience! Glenn, Kyle and the Zimbrick Infiniti Team are always pleasant, courteous, professional, knowledgable, and overall great to work with. My most recent service, I needed an early morning appointment with a loaner car which were both easily accommodated. I'm always in and out in less about 5 minutes tops. I have purchased and serviced numerous vehicles at other dealerships in the Madison area, and I can honestly say NO ONE comes remotely close to the quality of service provided by everyone at Zimbrick Infiniti of Madison. I'll never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else again. Simply top notch!
