Tom my Sales guy was great! I emailed them about a vehicle they had on their website. Tom got back to me right away to let me know it hadn't arrived on their site yet. As soon as it arrived he called and text me a picture. He was very responsive to all my needy questions. I never saw the vehicle till I arrived to pick it up on day of signing. The dealership itself was very clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and I would drive 70 miles again to buy from Tom.

Would not recommend, called a week in advance to make appointment for a service. On the scheduled day the work order stated waiting, but they said had to leave and would get to it when had time as shop was full. Would try to get it in yet today but was not sure. what is the point of an appointment then? needless to say will never use a Zimbrick associate dealer ever again.
I will clarify, the repair in question was a key programming only. which mind you is done by a laptop using WiFi. Being car was on a trailer could easily be pulled into a bay or even next to building. It was known when called that would be leaving on a trailer and waiting. Which why had early appointment as was advices due to conditions morning Was better for both. yes the facility was an not local for me, but choose due to cars current location.
Which when advisor made comment " why did u choose us". that was a unnecessary comment as it shouldn't matter. Its either want the service/ customer or not, By saying that. I did leave and will further more take any business I have elsewhere.

Our salesman, Tom Smith, was very professional in every way. The paperwork and the SUV was ready when I got there. Since the weather was not good that day and I had about l5O miles to drive home I appreciated how quickly everything was handled. My only concern is that the seat heaters were not installed. I was told they will be sometime in the future. I hope Zimbrick does not forget about that.

My tire needed repair/replaced. I went to the chat which told me someone would get in touch with me. The next day I was emailed letting me know to come in to let them fix/ replace my tire. I was greeted and helped swiftly. Since I brought my tires there I had a warranty to cover my tire. They handled every step professionally and curiously. I am riding on my new tire and I'm very happy. I will get ready and schedule my oil change. Thanks
