Oil change went well! One problem - the tech got his dark greasy hand(s) all up on an 8 section of my Volt headliner, just above the driver side door. Didn't see it til I arrived home. It cleaned up OK (so far), but NOT the professional work I'm looking for. It'll be Chapman Chevrolet on Baseline next time.

Took my car there to put a new timing belt on at the appropriate service time mileage wise, they replaced it with new belt, along with new water pump. I pick it up few days later and 3 days later new timing belt breaks, I have it towed back to them. Now 5 weeks gone by, I still don't have a car. Never take your car to Freeway Chevy Unless you don't need the car for several months I even called the general manger Tim Mort but of course he doesn't returns call either, reported them to GM today, Starting legal process next week against the owner.

This has to be one of the most incompetent service departments I've ever encountered. I went in for a $497 oil change and tire rotation, I asked them to address my front end issues. The anti sway bar was falling off on a 2 month old 2500HD and these incompetent people told me I would have to leave it for 2-5 days. I asked them to look at it and order the parts for it and they did absolutely nothing.
They didn't even document it they left me hanging. It was a lose nut that took 5 minutes when I got home. It's dealerships like this that give Chevy it's Bad reputation for reliability. I recommend this dealership be avoided at all cost.

We worked with Steven Vismale. I can't say enough about my experience at Freeway Chevrolet. Drove an hour to another dealer to find out there were market adjustments and add-ons making the car $7,000 more than we were told. We just stopped on the way home here to see what Freeway had. We had a great salesman, great price on a great looking Trailblazer RS, and an overall fantastic experience. We knew just what we wanted and they didn't waste our time. Thanks!

After communicating and sending pre approved letter from my lender, they ran our credit through who knows who without our consent, giving us crazy #s, told them we weren't in and we're going some place else. A few hours later, got a call, telling us to go there they would beat the other dealer's deal. We drive almost an hour, under false pretense s for nothing, got hard inquires in our reports unnecessarily. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this place not even to my worse enemy.

Went to go look for a car that I was told was available and drove halfway across town for them to tell me it was sold. (Why did they say it was available when it was not?) One day later they call telling me the original buyer did not go through with the purchase and trying to get me back to the dealership. They also had the nerve to raise the price by 2000$. To top it off they called me trying to explain the price increase. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere. This place does not value your time.

My wife and I arrived at Freeway Chevy at 7:00 PM. Dealership closed at 9:00 PM. We were greeted very quickly by a salesman who grabbed our keys and information to begin the process of evaluating our trade-in. We also talked about which vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He told us he needed to speak to his manager and would be back. My wife and I waited about:15 minutes at the salesman's desk while we thought he was reviewing things with the sales manager.
The salesman finally came back and told us his manager was in the bathroom - "must've been something he ate" is what was shared. We waited another :15 minutes. Another associate asked the salesman where the sales manager was. Said he wasn't sure. He'd called him and texted him a while ago and he'd responded that he'd be back soon.
He never showed up though. After a half hour we asked for our keys back. The salesman said he'd text or email the numbers to me. I still haven't heard from them. I have no desire to go back to Freeway Chevy.

Don't buy a used car here! Amazing how a car price can increase thousands of dollars after store hours & over night. Their sales tactic is a lot of pressure while talking circles & not delivering on their word. They'll tell you anything just to wrap up a deal. With many different upfront platforms to purchase a car I would advise everyone to purchase elsewhere.

This place was truly a life saver. I had been looking for 3 weeks for a new car for my wife with no luck. I called them one Friday morning with little hope only to find out a truck was delivering 3 Tahoe's and she would call me when they arrived. She owned her word called me and the buying process was merely hassle free, pain free and worry free. From our phenomenal sales associate Erica who was always there no matter what questions we had she wasn't pushy she understood what we wanted and she delivered to Greg in finance as well as service with Rick and the gang it was an amazing process. My friend said she found a Traverse there on line. I looked at the inventory and said well we just might make it a two-fer for one salesman I saw three trucks I was interested in. I got an awesome truck as well as Margie getting an awesome Traverse. We worked with Dennis. I stated that this was her time and to focus on her. Previously after moving down to the valley I have gone to Earnhardt Chevrolet and not been happy. Going to freeway Chevrolet was an eye-opener! The people in the department for maintaining my vehicle were knowledgeable as well as efficient in fixing my truck! No bullshit here just get it done. I highly recommend in Freeway Chevrolet for your car maintenance and repairs.
I am someone who bought my truck originally in Washington state and I've done nothing but maintain everything with dealerships. Now that I've moved down to the valley I have found a dealership that I will continue to use for the remainder of my life I think. Who knows maybe I'll move back up to Washington at some point but right now living in the Valley Freeway, Chevrolet is why I'm going to go.

A few days before Christmas my 1997 Suburban would not start. (Fuel pump). In scheduling service, with the holidays and employee shortages, Freeway was booking the second week of January. I explained we were taking the family to Mexico for New Years and Freeway said "bring it in and we'll try to work it in". "Work it in" they did! Can't say thank you enough, as two days later they returned the vehicle.
Disaster averted. Not a surprise though. With an 25 year old Suburban (which is my baby) I see service routinely. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB, THANK YOU RICK AND THE FREEWAY TEAM!

I stopped in on Christmas Eve to take a look at their inventory. My Sales Representative was a nice guy, and very professional. However, once we sat down to talk numbers on a new Silverado Custom 4x4, the usual games came into play. Market Adjustment of $2,995.00. This number did not appear on the window sticker as an addendum, nor on the dealerships website.
Completely unethical. Add-ons of $1,695. Ridiculous charges for items most people don't need. Let's go over these so this dealership can start making decisions that make sense. Add-ons can be effective if you add-on items that are actually useful. 1. Get rid of the stupid Low-Jack auto-theft recovery garbage nobody really needs, and instead put in a spray-in bed-liner (It's a truck! Folks will actually get use out of it.) 2. Nitrogen. Dumbest add-on ever.
Nobody has a nitrogen compressor in their house. Most folks, including maintenance shops use old-fashioned compressed air. (Seriously outdated item) Here's a good list. Window Tint (It's Arizona) Spray-in bed-liner (No-brainer) Rear wheel-well liners (Cover-up that unsightly hole over the rear wheels) Door edge guard (High wear area) I was not impressed with the Sales manager on staff on XMAS Eve. Arrogance oozed from his mouth and posture.
As a 50 year old Marine, I just don't have time to lower myself to that wanna-be smart guy garbage. Also. ALWAYS check to see if your customer is a REPEAT CUSTOMER. Use your brains. Give repeat customers a discount for coming back, and express some damn gratitude that they did. Overall. When I left the dealership, I was upset with myself - for allowing myself to be put through such a ridiculous, and unpleasant experience on XMAS Eve. Customers deserve better.

My car has less than 6000 miles on it. The check engine light came on so I made an appointment. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for my appointment yesterday. Over 24 hours later, per the mobile check in they haven't even looked at my car. I've called several times for updates. Each time I'm told someone will call me back within the hour but no one has called. Terrible service. Why did they require an appointment yesterday if they weren't going to look at my car?

My sister brought her 2017 Traverse here for a third attempt at a warranty repair on her AC. Not only have they been completely dishonest regarding the repairs on her vehicle, they wrecked her car and didn't have the guts to call her, and are now lying/covering up what happened. I wouldn't trust this dealership to walk my dog. The staff here right up through the general manager have proven themselves to be absolutely incompetent, and the service director is an outright liar. DO NOT go to this dealer, businesses that operator this poorly should be allowed to die.

Great service when it comes to sales, time frame it will take for service to complete. Phone service is horrible, no one ever answers. When they do answer they transfer you to your assign specialist who also does not answer or gets sent to voicemail. It is an expectation that anyone in service should at least be able to tell if vehicle is ready or not ready. This is a minor issue that by changing it will create a huge impact.

I made an appointment to get a truck that was available in their inventory. I showed up to test drive this truck which is a rare truck mind you. I told the associate that I wanted to start the paperwork, he told me they required a test drive. So a short test drive later, I pull back up to the dealership to start the paperwork. A manager walks over and tells me they sold the truck.
I told him how can you sell this truck when I have the keys? He proceeded to tell me he's sorry they don't normally do business like this. I had an appointment, I had the truck and the truck keys. This is apparently is how they do business. Because they took that sale right out from under me! I've never been this angry. I've been looking for this truck for over a year.
Good luck if you decide to trust this awfully managed dealership. Is it available in inventory? Who cares! You don't get it! But look we have other trucks! I would give negative stars if allowed!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment, went in, they INSISTED I test drive even though I wanted to buy sight unseen. I had keys in hand, ready to buy, someone walks in AFTER ME, after the test drive they insisted on, and they sell the truck from under me! I wasn't in negotiations, I was BUYING THE VEHICLE and they sold it to someone else while I'm sitting there. I hope this place goes out of business. Don't buy from this dealership. Everyone should look elsewhere. The manager is a joke. All I got was a "sorry".

They contact you via email or call constantly when it is time for a new car or for anything they will be able to make money off of their customers. However, when it is anything that is supposed to be under warranty or their responsibility they will take no responsibility.

Updating after warranty servicing: This dealership has amazed me with their professionalism and service. Took my car in for some warranty work and had a great experience. Every time I called, I spoke with professional and polite employees who knew who I was without asking for any info. They answered quickly and never kept me waiting. Chris, my service manager, kept me well informed and I was so beyond happy picking up my car today.
I was thrilled to see the technicians wearing masks and my car was washed and vacuumed. A much appreciated surprise! My car now is back to a quiet cabin & even though my seat track was replaced, it was set to the exact setting I brought it in with at my perfect adjustments. Love this company and I'm so happy I purchased my first car from them!

Tracy Soli, in Finance, is your man to get the paperwork done. Also professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that was lacking was the "detail" before hitting the road. **UPDATE- originally did not have a good experience but then the manager reached out to me right away. He was willing to work with me. Shout out to Mike for your hard work and dedication to your customers! I appreciate it. People like him are the reason why I stay with Chevy. Horrible horrible experience! I've been a customer with Chevy for 3 years and my family has gotten 4 cars through Chevy (not in Arizona).
