Richard Browning, founder of the Browning Automotive Group, began his automotive career in 1934 when he joined the used car department of C. Stanlee Martin Oldsmobile in Long Beach, CA. My husband took my car in for an oil change. He made an appointment the day before, 2 1/2 hours later was still waiting. He asked someone for info and the car had not even been touched yet. No one came out to give him a wait time or check to see if he had any questions. Other times, the service person always comes out to give an estimated wait time.

Well turns out to be they didn't even bother looking at the paper work and they thought the car was there for a recall. So unprofessional. I understand everyone is backed up but have the courtesy to give an approx. wait time. Wasted my husband's time. We also had a coupon that was not given back and had to go to a jiffy lube for the oil change having to pay $120. Seems like the last few times we have been to the Cerritos Dodge dealer the quality of service is getting worse.

Pretty soon the service there will be as bad as the Downey Dodger. I called when my husband got home to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back, that was 1 week ago and still no call. Such disappointment.

I came in here to just look and see what my options were, and I walked away with a new Jeep Compass and a great Deal. Chris Sanchez was extremely patient and professional with me. Helped me narrow my search to fit my needs and his manager Robert K. Was great getting me the best deal. I definitely recommend this place.

We want to thank George Gallagher. We were unprepared to purchase our Truck the day we walked in. My husband took me to several dealerships to find the right fit for us. We ultimately decided on our 2022 Ram Truck because George took his time & explained the different features. He even went out of his way to keep us comfortable while we waited for the finance dep which took a long time. They were short staffed. We would have left if it wasn't for George. Thanks for all your help & we love our truck.

Service is usually good, although a bit on the slow side. Employees are helpful. Using the shuttle to get back to the dealership is almost impossible as I waited almost an hour constantly requesting and getting the request becoming void every time.

I took my Jeep in for an airbag recall at a different local dealership and was turned away with zero guidance or conversation after they "couldn't help me because of my off market panels". A few hours here and the job was done no problem! This saved me a ton of stress and money, shout out to Bryan for all the help!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER! I wish I could give out negative stars because that's definitely what they deserve. The service that I have received made me feel disappointed, discouraged and depressed. They don't stand on their promises. They are white collar liars. They sent an estimate over the email and had tons of emails and conversations over the phone and ditched at the last minute. Frist encounter: I drove from far almost 3 hours to reach this place and just before the appointment they called and said the car was sold out.

On the second instance, I had to drive back again to the location just to find out that the car was not shipped that day. On the third instance, they marked up the car price for $3000 and quoted that the car is in demand. Such a miserable people the sales persons are. Never recommend this showroom to anyone.

If you're thinking about bringing your car here for a r service DONT. No one knows what they're doing here. In the last month I've had to deal with 5 different people just for 1 recall, it's absurd. 1st they wouldn't schedule a recall on my jeep over the phone. They said I had to make an appointment to physically come in & show them my VIN. Once I'm physically there they are able to order the parts for my car.

So I made an appointment just to wait in their 30 minute long 8am Saturday madness just to show my ID & VIN in order for them to order the car parts for my recall. My parts finally arrive & I schedule an appointment for a Saturday. I ask the service provider to note in my account that should my recall work take more than a full day I would need a loaner car.

She said sure we have enterprise loaners or loaners from the dealer, not a problem. I get to my scheduled appointment on Saturday just for them to tell me actually can you come back in 3 days we're too busy SMH why would you wait until my appointment to tell me this? Not only did they ask me to come back in 3 days but they also said they could not give me a loaner bc they had no more cars & the best they could do is pay for my Uber ride one way home should I decide to leave my car there.

The last month has been such a waste of time with these people. Do yourself a favor and drive 30 minutes up the freeway & get help from another dealer. Not only did the jeep in Orange County order my parts over the phone without having to physically come in but they made sure I was set up with a rental asap

This review is in regards to the service department. I tried to get my Jeep recall done at this dealership but wasn't able to due to a missing part that the service advisor had to order. After waiting a few months and following up on it since I never gotten contacted back by the advisor, they weren't able to find my order. I went to another Jeep dealer and got my Jeep recall done promptly.

I have never been more appalled by a company as I am now. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Caravan for my growing family in the fall of 2015 from Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Cerritos. I put my faith and my family's safety in their product. Fast forward to April 21st 2022 when out of the blue my van starts making a loud humming sound when accelerating.

I made it to work safely that morning however on my drive home after picking up my children I could no longer accelerate. Panicked and by some miracle I made it off of the busy freeway safely. On April 23rd I took my vehicle to the dealership, barely running. I paid an $89 diagnostic fee only for Lou our service advisor to call me the next day (April 24th ) and tell my transmission fluid was black and they'd need to drop the pan to see what was going on which would cost me an additional $538! Reluctantly, I gave the okay as I felt I had no other option and proceeded to call repeatedly the next two days for an update with no success.

I was finally able to get in touch with my service advisor only to receive the horrible news that my vehicle has transmission failure and would cost $7,743 to replace. Mind you, our extended warranty expired a few months ago and my van only has 45,000 miles. I may not be a car pro but I've never heard of a car needing a new transmission with such low miles.

Upon further research I found that this is not an isolated issue with this type of vehicle. I could not be more disappointed in putting my trust in such a horrible company that produces subpar products to families like my own. I put my life and my children's lives in danger by driving a vehicle that could have caused us to be hit on the busy freeway when it stopped accelerating.

This company hides behind the fact that the warranty expires instead of helping loyal customers in good faith when their poorly built vehicles fail VERY prematurely. I will never purchase another vehicle from this or any other dealership selling these vehicles and will make sure to advise all my family and friends not to purchase either unless they want to pay a lot of money to potentially be stranded by their vehicle at 45,000 miles. What a joke! I challenge you to do better Dodge even though I have a feeling you won't!

My car is back in the dealership after the first unpleasant visit where it took 8 hours to give me a call (which i had to text and ask for an update) stating the problem was not found. 8 hours to call and say basically nothing was done even with an appointment which is useless because it doesn't guarantee your car will even be looked at, then when complained to the service manager they stated they would change out a speaker which had nothing to do with the problem but at this point they were just shotgunning parts.

Of course that did not fix the problem. Tried to take it back another time and was the first one in the drive and said the car wouldn't be looked at till another 5 days so of course I left. Now my car is back at the dealership and its been 4 days and my car has still not been looked at, which who knows if they'll even find the problem once again which will be a total waste of time.

Probably because this is all warranty work they don't care since they're not making $$$$. The service advisor does not call with updates, we have to call multiple times, leave messages, or physically go up there before getting in contact just to be told the car hasn't been looked at. Just want my car fixed so I don't ever have to come back here. Horrible communication and slow service! Being without a car is an obvious inconvenience.
