Mitsubishi Max Madsen Aurora - Parts & Accessories

I was a potential out-of-town buyer for this dealership and was told that they required $1,995 package for their services had to be purchased with the car. I'm an out-of-town buyer in a different state and they're requiring me to pay this amount for something that I will never use. They said this is required! This is a scam, this is a sham, and everybody needs to stay away from this dealership! Please don't be mislead by this dealership. I would give them a 0 if i could!

This place restored some of my faith in dealerships. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra here last week. Jim Miller sold me my car and he did an absolutey perfect job despite working with other customers at the same time as me. He was straight to the point with test driving, answering questions, paperwork, and other things I'm probably missing. No grimey salesman vibes and zero pressure.

Very down to earth, friendly guy. I appreciated that. During the test drive I noticed the front suspension was shaking, when I asked Jimmy about it he said the parts were already ordered and I already got them put on today at the dealership. Zero cost as well! No complaints here. Whenever I need another car I am going to look at this place first.

I highly recommend Max Madsen. I've been interested in purchasing an Outlander SEL 2022 since the beginning of the year. I had actually found one at another Mitsubishi dealer, but they had what they called a market adjustment price which meant I would have to pay $10,000 above asking price. When I contacted Max Madsen I talked to Jimmy in sales and he said they had no such fee and he was right.

They did not have the vehicle in stock but he kept me posted on the arrival date, it only took two weeks before I was able to pick up my new vehicle. The whole process was easy and fast, since I had already test drove the vehicle earlier in the year I was ready to purchase. Jimmy sent me all the information along with the link to apply for the car loan, once the vehicle arrived I went to the dealer signed the documents and I had my new vehicle in 15 mins.

Everyone at the dealer was very nice, no one was pushy, they honored the price they had told me, there was no hidden fees, they are the best. Thank you Jimmy for all your help, for going on your day off to move this forward. I love my Outlander!

We had previously visited a different Mitsubishi dealership and weren't happy with the service we received. Everyone at Max Madsen's was very friendly and helpful. Jimmy helped us out, was very personable and got us into a beautiful SUV. So happy with how things turned out! Highly recommend!

The people at the dealership were great when we bought the car. My complaint is that I found out about a month after buying the car that they don't use nitrogen to inflate the tires. I just assumed that all new cars (like our other vehicle) would have nitrogen in the tires. With the cold weather, I've already had to inflate the tires twice in two months. Using nitrogen should be a basic thing in all new cars at this point-- otherwise you're just setting your customer up for frustration in a cold weather environment.

The service writer, the technicians, cashier office, and the whole team were great at communicating. They were thoughtful and friendly throughout the whole process. They all went out of their way to explain everything in great depth and made sure I felt reassured. The work was also completed in a timely manner. Great service overall!

Finally, got our first car here in the US! Mitsubishi will always be our all-time favorite brand. As for the dealerships, we've been to 7 different places but we chose this one, each will always have their own strengths and flaws, but this 5-star rating i'm givin is for Kevin from parts department. Thank you Kevin! The rest of our experience, trust me, you don't wanna know hahahahah.

Found Max Madsen on accident via an Ad that popped up on Facebook showing a very nice looking 2012 BMW 650i Convertible. Drove an hour to go see the car. The experience was wonderful. The car was ready and waiting. No surprises. We had even discussed my trade-in before I arrived. No pressure to buy the car. We were offered a very fair price on our trade-in. Financing was done online before going to the dealership and by the time we got there it was all approved and very competitive rate/terms.

My wife and I have worked for car dealerships in our past careers and have bought many cars in our lifetime. We have seen a lot of scams and shady practices. I can safely say that this dealership and the staff and owner treat you like family. They care more about their image and their reputation than making money or selling cars. The overall experience was calm, relaxing, informative, and every step was explained and every question was answered.

The car we purchased was in great condition, clean, serviced and inspected. Even after the sale, when I had questions about the car or my warranty they were quick to respond and continued to reassure me that I was a valued customer and I was a priority of theirs. Even if it is a far drive for you, I would highly recommend checking out Max Madsen for your next car. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I reached out to Jon on Thursday regarding the BEAUTIFUL Tesla Model 3 on the lot. He literally had me approved within the next few hours. We drove out from West Michigan on Saturday to pick it up. This was easily the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am not kidding. We came in, traded in our 2016 Kia Optima, test drove the Tesla, signed paperwork and were DONE.

I swear less than 30 minutes and the car was ours, and that is including the time we took it for a quick test drive! Jon got me out from under the 18% interest we were paying on the Kia, and got us down to 5.8%. I am truly appreciative of the help and service we received. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you all again for your wonderful service! I just wish now that you guys weren't almost 4 hours away from home!
