They were excellent on ensuring I had a rental car for my warranty and recall work done on my truck. Only complaint is when rotating tires they don't check air pressure. This makes the third time I've told them that my truck has different pressures for front and back. Again this time I got going down the road to have my low pressure lights come on.

If your goal is to buy a car with as much stress as possible - this is your perfect choice. Sales mangers will start call you every day and night, weekends and working days, pushing you as hard as possible. Discussion about price of my trade-in car was absolutely most stressful conversation that i had in a long long time. Pressure and disrespect was incredible.
Used car that i bought (2017) gave me "check engine" light after 3(!) days of driving. Dealership tried really hard to schedule an appointment as late as possible, to get my warranty expired. Then less than 8hr before visit they rescheduled time again. Than for a couple days car was "lost" - nobody knew where it is. That became my every day routine: terrible phone conversations at least 2 times a day with different people with no answers. Finally, after diagnosis reality was simple: used car that i bought 3 days ago needed NEW CVT TRANSMISSION, and i paid $1000 out of pocket to fix it. Totally my car spent in a shop 2,5 weeks after 3 days of using. This dealership absolutely do not care what to sell and how. Try to avoid this place at all costs.

We have been coming to Suntrup for nearly 20 years for service on our Ford vehicles and have always had great service and trust the care of our cars only to the fine mechanics and staff at Suntrup Ford. They have always addressed any issues we have had with our cars and given us fair prices on all their services. The service advisors are the best and have always made sure our cars are in and out as quick as possible, even when they need to order parts. Fantastic staff at Suntrup!

The staff of Suntrip Ford truly wants their customers to have a positive experience in buying their vehicles. This is the third time my son and I have purchased from Suntrip and we won't likely look elsewhere for our future needs. We called and asked Matt if we could test drive a certain car and he had it filled with gas and offered me the use of the vehicle for the weekend to decide. The sales and financing also went extremely well which made the entire process enjoyable.

We had to take our F-350 in for a recall and for routine maintenance. I dropped it off and it was there for 4 weeks. They were terrible about communicating. They didn't get to it for weeks. After a few days they got us a rental car. If they couldn't have gotten to it until January then they shouldn't have taken it. Once they finally looked at it it only took them a week. Mike was nice but I'm never taking it there again.

The service department customer service was less than ideal. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car again, and then blamed my driving for why a collision alert inexplicably pops up from time to time. Mike was dismissive and condescending towards me and my concerns. I loathe having to take my car in and having to deal with him. There's zero chance I would ever recommend someone take their car up to get serviced at Suntrup Ford unless it is for free.
For future referencing, I'm considering paying for the repairs rather than deal with the attitude and lack of respect I receive as client even though I have a warranty. They did fix the Forc recall issue that I had to convince them was a real thing. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for fixes on the car from issues that have been present since I purchased the brand new vehicle less than a year ago.
Also I'd like to add that mike questioned why I would bring a car in that late into the day and expect it to be fixed that day. Staff shortage was blamed and that they were backed up as a result. I noted that I made the appointment weeks ago based on having the day off. When I originally made the appointment I was told that I could wait as my car was fixed because it wouldn't take that long. Asked about a rental and was told that was not an option. Was essentially stranded at that point without a ride to work the next day. Extremely disappointed in my experience yet again.

We had a wonderful experience here. They made our car buying experience fantastic and treated my husband who was a long time employee of Ford with respect. We actually cancelled our car purchase with another dealership who treated us rudely to work with Suntrup. Tiffany, our sales person, was awesome! She was funny and professional. We will absolutely go back to her for our future vehicle needs. Everyone there was very nice!

I had a very good experience with Suntrup. I took my car because of recall notices I had received. They were able to get these done quickly and actually found a couple of things that needed fixing as well, doing all of it in a very efficient way. I felt comfortable waiting in their waiting room because it was well-spaced out and there weren't many people.
I do wish they had a shuttle service for those of us who would rather wait at home. And their online site doesn't really work that well. They offer a text feature to ask questions, which i tried to use twice and never received a reply. Their online scheduling also doesn't work. In general, I'm happy to take my car there and Mike in the service department is fantastic.
