St. Louis Honda

For one if you pay top dollar for a service you should at least be shown good customer service. I unloaded my own bike. Then every part they sell you is overpriced over any other oem part and even upgraded parts you can find. I brought my bike to a Honda DEALER hoping to get a professional diagnosis and to save myself some time. I was charged for a diagnosis then I spent 660 for parts diagnosis and a 45 minute job for them to tell me something else was wrong and of course it was going to cost another overpriced amount for another part plus labor. I could of saved hundreds doing it myself. The best part is I paid 660 and got my bike back in the same condition I brought it in. Lesson learned

I went in today to possible buy a motorcycle, and had a question, the Salesman was rude, angry and talked down to me. He wouldn't even let me give him all the information which was pertinent to my question. I was told by many others to not do business here, and now I know why. I've owned 70 motorcycles and plan to buy many more, but none of them will be from Dave Mungenast after todays experience.

Went in looking for a bike as I haven't had one in almost 10 years. Jim and Andy helped me out and made the whole process easy and fast. I got just the bike I wanted and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Drove 45 minutes to recieve the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved. Both myself and a friend drove 45 minutes to come and check out a bike. I was handed off to an older gentlemen to talk about a CBR600 in which we immedietely felt like he didn't want our business. I had told him I was buying my first bike, and that I had ridden before I was just ready to pull the trigger on my own.

In which he told me that the CBR was a horrible first choice and acted like I knew nothing, when I had told him I've been riding for a long time. We had asked to turn it on, in which he YELLED at my friend to go outside over nothing and that was when we left. When we told him we were good he made some very smart remarks in which I informed him that I would NEVER spend my money nor recommend this place to any of my family or friends, who are full of riders. The man was extremely dissrespectful throughout the entire process, and I would be embarrassed to spend over $10,000 here just to not even feel welcomed.

Great experience overall, Eric did a great presentation with the bike I was interested in. Andy in finance also came through with helping us with a great loan.

I've bought my last 2 bikes from them and both were great prices and service. My last purchase with them was a 2021 crf50 with training wheels and when I took off the training wheels 7 months later I realized I never received the pins for the foot pegs when I purchased it. I called them and gave my name and address and 2 days later I had them in my mailbox no other questions asked. I highly recommend them, great people to deal with.

Bought a new motorcycle. Added passenger seat, backrest, saddle bags, and luggage rack to the purchase. Had to wait a week to take the bike due to reflectors that were still needed to be put on. Waited four weeks for everything but the backrest to be installed. Still waiting six weeks later for the backrest.

Excellent. Everyone from sales to parts to service is easy to deal with. I highly recommend Mungenast Motor Sports.

Just completed my purchase of a 2021 Indian Scout bobber and I could not be happier. Jim Wagner was my salesman. Jim kept me up to date through the entire ordering process which I greatly appreciate. Once my bike arrived the service department placed the stage 1 kit on my bike. She sounds so good now. I throughly enjoyed this entire process and will be using them for the servicing of my bike. Just took delivery of my 2020 Husqvarna Vitpilen 701 from Mungenast Motorsports and couldn't be happier. As an out of state, sight unseen buyer, these transactions are often tedious and painful, but Jim and Tom made everything a breeze. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Excellent customer service! My husband and I were looking for a Honda ATV and wish we would have contacted them first. After dealing with several other shops that were horrible at helping us find what we needed, this place was a dream. Not only did they have what we wanted, but they had an excellent price too! Jim and Tom were amazing at helping us with everything and Honda's financing was better than the rest! Normally we drive GM vehicles but Dave Mungenast will be first in line next time we are looking for a vehicle as well. Highly recommend!

Dennis was nice salesman. Competition would not talk to me. Their loss. All my questions answered. Quick financing. This is how it should be done. Even worked with me on price and made my deal work. Left same day with my new ATV. They even helped me load up my truck and stayed late. Good selection.

I had a great experience at Mungenast this past week as I needed a 50cc bike for my son who is turning 5. Dennis helped find the perfect bike which they had ready in-store. Was also able to get training wheels on the spot and ready to ride as soon as I left. The whole team was helpful, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of.
