Bought my new truck from Sammy! Had such a great experience, my neighbor bought another vehicles from a Sammy the very next day! This is the only dealership I could find that is not charging $10k+ over msrp on new vehicles in this market. I was in shock and couldn't believe they don't even charge a dock fee. I HIGHLY recommend!

This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Sammy was wonderful, no games, no tricks. We saw the truck listed online, at a time where every other dealer is charging over msrp for vehicles with inventory shortages, they told us their policy is to never charge over msrp. Told us the exact amount we would pay before we made the drive, kept waiting for the catch but to our delight there was none!

True to their word, we bought the truck for the advertised price and not a penny more. 36 months at 0% interest. No dealer fee. We were in and out the dealership in under 3 hours. We will absolutely be buying our next vehicle from Sammy at Steve White Motors, and have a friend going this week to look at a jeep after hearing our experience. 10 out of 10! Thanks again Sammy!

Sammy is the best! Easiest, no haggle price purchase on the vehicle we wanted. There was no catch to the advertised price! Sammy is probably the most honest, straight forward sales rep in the Carolina's. The manager was a pleasure to work with as well. Couldn't have had a better experience from beginning to end!

Had to have a recall done on my Fiat first and was told that I would have to wait a week before they got it finished. But my car had broken down due to the recall. So I managed to get it down to the shop to see if they could work it in any sooner. Thank God I had it back the next day and I didn't have to wait a week. They did an awesome job.

I've spent the past two months in search of tasteful wheels for my 2019 Ram pickup. Pickings are slim right now, to say the least. Came to Steve White and saw Luke in the parts dept, he located a PERFECT set at a warehouse in Florida and had them sent up plus gave me a good deal on some nice tires to complete the package. Friendly folks in the service dept handled installation promptly and professionally. The whole experience has made me very happy.

My brother and I have been helping our dad find an additional vehicle for his business. After getting all the information over to the sales rep, we were told that the truck deal was done and we selected the term for the loan hung up. Later we were called back asking for additional info, as we had been handling things instead of my father which was understandable, then hung up resolved.

After a few time of back and forth questions we were called with "can you give a deposit" We were in the middle of working to be able to make the appointed time later in the day and simply replied that we would be there when we said, and would gladly explain this to the manager if he thought that there was going to be an issue with our arrival. Sales guy kind of stammered but ultimately said ok, and we got off the phone with the guideline that copies of insurance and drivers license be sent over.

It was explained that the items he needed would be sent as soon as we were finished with a task we happened to be in the middle of. Again we received another phone call, then followed by a text explaining that I needed to get the items to the before a new customer purchased the truck. I replied by saying that it was a sorry business practice and reassured him that we would be in later to take delivery.

Then was told he would speak to his manager again. Ultimately the Finance manager told me he would "let me know" if we could come take delivery of the very vehicle that we had agreed to terms, ran the credit app, had the approval in hand, insurance and by this time the licence they had requested. Even during this conversation Manager confirmed that they had mad an exception to the "deposit policy", and gave no deadline on time. All of this took place in under an hours time. The truck ultimately was sold from under us. Just the type of integrity that the good folks here at Steve White have.

First, I live two hours from this dealership. I had become frustrated when dealing with my local Chrysler Dealership and while out of town I decided to look online for archer options. I called at 6:45 (they close at 7:00) and spoke with Jamie. He wasn't ready to go home.he was ready to help me. I explained my frustration with my hometown dealership and he said well let's see what we can do.

The next day I drove in to see the vehicle in person. The atmosphere from the start was just better. I was there for about an half an hour. In that time we closed the deal, I paid less than what I was expecting to pay and they offered to deliver the car to my home.two hours away. Oh, at no additional charge. I left there feeling like I had taken advantage of them.

They are honest, extremely fair and just good people. This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had. Run.don't walk to experience this for yourself. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. Thank you all for an incredible experience.

By far the best dealership to purchase from. I found the car online and the next morning drove 3 hours to buy. They even offered to deliver for free! Sammy was great from start to finish. He was friendly, quick to answer any questions and made everything so easy. Michael in finance was great too! No run around, everything discussed by phone was exactly how it was presented in person. Took my 2017 Toyota tundra in to get a supercharger installed and they did a wonderful job. Even did some detailing on my truck for me. Awesome people, great work and at and affordable price. Thanks Luke for all that you did for me.

The service department is here is absolutely AWFUL! I called someone last week explaining my car had two lights on and I had gotten someone to read them for me, but I wanted a second opinion. I asked that I be contacted before anything was done that would cost money, just to make sure I would be prepared to pay. I was told someone would contact me the next day.

I heard nothing. Then I called and everyone acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or like the car was even there. Then I was told the battery had died, which the battery had never been an issue. The next day I was told the technician who did the diagnostic test was working on, but never heard back. The next time we spoke I was told the diagnostic test was inconclusive and they were doing further testing.

The following day they still had no answers. Yesterday I hen I called to figure out what was going on I was told that i was suppose to be charged 150 dollars for every HOUR they worked on it. I explained that was unacceptable and was then told they would just charge me for one hour, but they still couldn't tell me what was wrong. Today I called again and was told they were ready to *START* the diagnostic test and I would be charged 150 or I could come get.

I opted to go get it, when I walked in, I tried to speak to Nick in service (who was so kind on the phone), but he refused to speak to me. I asked for a copy of my paperwork (10 pages) and was told she had made one (she only had one paper). No one, but the kind gentleman who greeted me, even acknowledged me as a human. They are AWFUL!

Neel Bolch is phenomenal! Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to have detailing fix a few minor cosmetic things before we drove away with our used Tundra. We probably spent less than 10 minutes signing everything. If you're looking for a no pressure sales rep who has your best interest in mind, ask for Neel!

Took my wife to look at the new Grand Cherokee L. I have done a lot of research on the vehicle. We were greeted by a salesman. Terry (salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have visited several other dealerships and this was the first time that the salesperson knew a lot about this vehicle. The hospitality from the entire staff was outstanding. We purchased the vehicle and had a great experience. Terry and the Sales manager did an awesome job. Highly recommend the Steve White Motors team.

Bought a 2500 Ram in April, process was phenomenal throughout. Now since I own the vehicle, the dealership basically has lost interest in helping myself out with issues that arise, mainly the sales department. Parts department is top notch because I have had to order a few things for my Ram. I always thought once a customer always a customer but I guess not.

I wish I could go through another dealership for my warranty issue but I can only use who I bought it through, trying to cancel my policy because I refinanced for a way better rate.need help!

If I could give them a minus star I would. Bought a new jeep. Was seeping some fluid so I was told to bring it to Steve White motors because it was under warranty. April 8th at 8am. they removed transmission pan and resesled and replaced a cracked gasket. Fixed. Nope! On June 14th I noticed a transmission leak dripping onto my garage floor. It was just a seepage before, now its dripping.

I called them and they said they would need to order a part and said it would take 5 to 7 days for the part to arrive. 3 weeks later after I called them every week I brought it in on July 9th 8am, waited 2 hours and a guy came out to tell me the person who fixes the gaskets was on active duty and the had no one to fix it. You got to be kidding me. july 30th today was the last straw. Brought my jeep back in to finally fix the transmission seal 8am.

They called at 4:30 pm to tell me once again it would be fixed on Monday. They are the worst mechanics, worst customer service no consideration for others people's time what so ever. Worst place ever!

I bought a Jeep Gladiator from out of state. They picked me up from the airport and the transaction was incredibly smooth and fast. They had a spray in bed liner put in on two days notice. The communication from Jeff was A+. I can't say enough good things about this car buying experience.

Wonderful experience. Trey White & Mike Taylor were a JOY to work with. I traded my 2017 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon for a 2019 Jeep Unlimited MOAB. When everything was said and done. They did what they promised and I appreciate that VERY MUCH!. This is the 2nd time I have brought from Steve White Motors and I know I will purchase from them again!

Luke and mechanics at Steve White Motors are amazing. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I have a 2019 challenger RT and was treated with respect and concern. I recently had my challenger supercharged and had a limited slip differential and, a oil catch can installed. They did a clean and neat job. I would recommend anyone who is in the market to mod their car seriously go here for professional work.
