My boyfriend takes all his and his brothers vehicles to auto electric and always a good experience

I am very concerned about the professionalism and communication, I dropped off my vehicle months ago. I mean months ago, the mechanic called me and told me a price $3800.00 at which time i agreed to the price. It's now been several months with no calls, the mechanic will not return my calls or at least that's what i get when the receptionist states she told him.

Now after all this time i call this morning to learn they don't wanna take on the job. Now i can understand not taking on a job for any reason, but to have a customer wait 3 or 4 months just to say we can't do it. not fair to the customer, i even spoke with the receptionist a few weeks ago and she told me the mechanic was out sick, i even apologized for the grieve/pressure i caused while he was under the weather.

I also had my truck there at which they said a part was on back order, still no part trucks getting fixed at another location. Just all around terrible communication and very unprofessional. I really hate to be on here blabbering about a local business but after speaking about this with co-workers, they insist on using this to help the company or to help people not get shammed.

HORRIBLE PLACE DONT TAKE YOU VEHICLE THERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN UNGODLY PRICE THAT YOU CANT AFFORD. AND WHEN YOU CANT PAY THE REPAIR BILL THEY KEEP YOUR VEHICLE! THERE CROOKS!

Out of the 6 places I took my vehicle, including toyota of bristol and Kingsport, they were the only place to figure out the issue with it. My vehicle had been down for 3 months before I took it here. They took their time pinpointing the issue, and fixed it within 2 days. Highly highly recommend! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The people at Auto Electric are so-o nice. Brent has been my repair guy for several years now & he's great at explaining details of what's going on with my car. They are also good at scheduling, getting rides or any concern until my car is fixed. It's good to feel you have a secure place to take your car. You get the sense that they are skilled professionals and fair. Very good for the industry.

Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. are awesome. They have a great group of people working for them. They will help you trouble shoot issues with your vehicle to an extent. Not like a dealership or some other repair shops around here that say, "well if you need something done you just bring it here we'll look at it, " then charge your arm and a leg. They'll work with you on trying to fix your problem.

I'm also handicapped. They have got handicap access. Their parking lot is a little snug, but that shows me that a lot of people go there. They've treated me great every time I've been there. I've been trading with them for well over 20 years now.

Talk about miracle workers! We've had mystery electrical problems just mounting over the last year. We've tried many parts and about drove ourselves crazy trying to figure out what was wrong. 10 years ago took in a van with an electrical problem. The owner identified the problem immediately, made the repair in the parking lot, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and there was no charge for the service. No problems requiring service at Auto electric until now. Made an appointment for an older car with a battery which would go dead overnight and have to be jumped off each morning. Dropped the car off for the appointment at 4:50 pm the evening before the date of the appointment. Received a call by 8:30 am after telling me the problem was located and resolved. Highly recommend.
