My go to place for business and cars for almost 6 years now! I've always had a very good experience with everyone there due to them being welcoming and kind to me. Chris was my salesman that helped me out a few weeks ago with the car I purchased from them. He made sure that the car was able to fit my budget and even worked with me getting into that car. If y'all are looking for someone that's reliable and able to work with y'all, this place is where it's at.

I was planning for while to get car. I thought just because my credit wasn't all that I wouldn't get approved but Seth, an John Crecy didn't give up on me! I really appreciate the time an effort they made to make me so happy with my 2015 Ford Explorer! Wow! What words can be said about this place? I have never had such a great experience anywhere. I checked in with these guys months ago when I was in the market for a vehicle. Chris went over my options available to me at that time and I decided to check other places and shop around. After a month of searching other dealerships, I had given up. About that time, Chris reached out to me.

He had me come back in because they had gotten some vehicles in that he knew I was looking for. After signing a few documents, I drove away in my dream truck! Chris was very thoughtful. The fact that he remembered what I was looking for, and took the time to reach out to me flabbergasted me. No other dealership cares that much about their potential customers.

Except for the almost $400 we had to pay out of our pocket for the advertised rear entertainment package to work, Not even 2 days after purchasing the vehicle, after they said they would cover up to $1000 but really only covered $500 of it Gavin Muniz and Tejas were great. Just when we thought we were not going to find a decent place to help us get a car we stopped at Tejas motors and Shane greeted us with the most awesome energy. He was very polite, up beat, and funny. He took the time to get to know us and helped us out in every possible way. The Tejas Motor team were very nice and would recommend them to anyone!

The best Preowned vehicle I have purchased in my entire driving life of 34 years! I am serious! You must Go see SHANE -the best salesman I have had in long time! And please tell him That Paul T sent you! Aside from that all the staff and payment reps are very nice people! Definitely worth the investment!

By far the best place to purchase a used vehicle. From Sales staff, Management and Collections. They offer warranty on all their vehicles and have a lot that still have factory warranty. If you have good credit or bad credit they can help and make it work for your budget. Plus they can help rebuild your car credit since they report to the credit bureau.

There are excellent dealers out there - fair and honest then there is Tejas Motors who took advantage of my young adult daughter on her first car purchase. I don't want to sound sexist or racist, but if you are a minority woman a "stealership" will have a target on you the second arrive on the lot. It's pathetic and disgusting, If I could have gone with her to shop for a car, I would. She's incredibly independent and I admire her for even doing this monumental task on her own.

In March, 2016, my daughter purchased a red 2013 Hyundai Accent and the first night she brought it home the battery DIED. I told her that even with a used car, the battery shouldn't need to be replaced and you haven't had it 24 hours. After this happened we discovered a lot of issues with the dealership and car. Let's start with what I didn't like about this deal: She only had one car key The battery died the first NIGHT she brought it home The back tire wobbled The front bumper was coming unattached on the passenger side Numerous conversations with the sales person AND a manager we got them to "fix" the bumper, get a remote lock and key, and do an alignment.

A few months later the "repaired" bumper came unattached AGAIN. Fast forward nine months, January, 2017, she decides to return the car to Tejas Motors. She called them and told them to pick up the car. It took them 3 almost 4 weeks to come pick up the car. When the manager came to obtain the keys he asked me what was the reason for her returning the car.

I gave him the list of reasons and gave him both keys to the car. He walked towards the car but stopped and "inspected" at the bumper. The next day, my daughter's insurance company called to inform her that Tejas Motors filed a claim against her insurance for the bumper! The audacity of it's as bare-faced, make-money-any-way-you-can business as is possible this side of organized crime.
