My wife and I went in to look for a new vehicle. They had a beautiful IS 350 on the showroom. The sales associate Layton helped us out and was very knowledgeable and very nice. I really appreciate the fact that in these times we are living in, Cavender is not marking up their vehicles and taking advantage of people. Great job guys!

I've been here twice. Once when I was looking for a new car. My friend and I were ignored. Finally, my friend and I drove a car. No feedback, etc. We bought our Lexus from another dealer. We went in today to have recalls addressed-and work on windshield. When we went in to pay and pick up car, ignored for a while and left with a dirty car. This is not Lexus service.

Cavender Lexus of Lubbock deserves 5 stars in every department. I have dealt with every department over the years and they never disappoint me. First class customer service in every area. Thank you for how you treat your customers.

If there were a way to give these folks a 10 star rating I would! I am from out of town just over 300 miles, I found the vehicle that my wife and I wanted on their web site, first contact was with Courtney, she got all the info we requested, she was fast and accurate and fun to deal with, Leslie took over from there and promptly got the remaining info needed and quickly answered any other questions we had, upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as presented in the description online as well as in conversation, when dealing with Mr. Escobar, it was refreshing to see that there are still a few folks that like what they do and are very good at it, prior to working with these folks we were very reserved in the car buying scenarios, from here forward we look forward to working with the folks at Cavender Lexus of Lubbock! My daughter's car broke down on the way back to Texas Tech after Christmas break. We had it towed about 60 miles to Cavender Lexus of Lubbock and they were very diligent and reassuring in regards to getting it fixed in a timely manner. They had excellent communication with me (I live about 500 miles away in the Houston area, so communication was very important to me).

Although the repairs were fairly expensive (over $1100 for a fuel pump replacement), I was just happy to get my daughter's car fixed quickly by a reputable place so that I didn't have to worry about her safety or ability to get around town while at school. I would definitely recommend using their services.

The Cavender staff were very efficient and helpful. I got a loner car while my car was in the shop so I could take care of the business I needed to. They were ready for me when I returned. The service is done well. My only issue is that they are 125 miles from my home.
