Best auto salvage really stands behind They're parts and service. We had one small issue and best auto salvage took care of it immediately we are extremely pleased with They're integrity, We'll always call them 1st!

Horrible customer service over the phone. If you actually want them to have some dignity you will need to drive to the location and talk to someone personally, bunch of rats.

Great place very affordable. They work with you to make sure you leave satisfied. I will definitely come back if I need other parts.

Ted at Best Salvage did a great job hooking me up with a pair of tow mirrors for my Ram 1500. I was concerned they might not be compatible with my vehicle but Ted assured me they were and he was right, great fit, everything worked as it's supposed to. Thank you Best Salvage especially you Ted, I appreciate the extra time you took to explain everything. DID NOT RECEIVE PART OR MONEY BACK Wouldn't recommend even if this place was the last junk yard in Arizona. Had a great time ordering and buying the part I needed, was told I'd get it the same day only to be dragged on through out the day and be told "They don't know what happened". After calling mutiple times and still getting no where, I can clearly see what and how they're business is ran. If you want to keep your money or get a actual part, I'd recommend another junk yard. STAY AWAY from this place if you want to keep your hard earned money.

Don't waste your time here. Worst company ever. Purchased a driveshaft from them and said it would be ready that same day, but they twiddled their thumbs until it was time to close and they said I had to wait until the next day. Had to cancel the order because the purchase was an emergency. Called back the next morning as soon as they opened to try to repurchase and they said they had already "sold" both of their driveshafts they had available. Unprofessional to lie out of laziness.

Cory was quick to assist with my request for a used Dodge Durango part. I was assured the part was correct and it was. The packaging was great and plenty of stuffing to keep the part from being damaged during shipping to Virginia. I would definitely used them again for used car parts.

Im a sales rep at another yard i sold them an engine in november and still have not got paid. would not recommend doing business.

I would give 0 stars if I can. Worst experience I've ever had with an auto parts store. Bad costumer service bad parts and everything bad about this parts yard, I can't even believe why they are still in business probably the worst one in town

I live in Albuquerque and could only find the part I needed in Tucson. Best Auto Salvage and Ted Osborne really want the extra mile to get the part to me. When the original shipping plan didn't work, Ted found a different solution and had the part to me in a day. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the customer service. Ted Osborne and the staff went above and beyond for me. They worked hard on a Friday afternoon in the scorching summer heat past business hours to provide me the part I needed instead of waiting until the following Monday. Can't thanked them enough

Excellent prices for high quality parts. the trip from New Mexico was worth it. The staff loaded my trailer quickly and without any problems. SHOUT OUT to Ted the salesman that assisted me he's a great guy and communicated with photos texts and phone call of the parts he had so I could make a decision on the cab I needed to repair my totaled Tacoma. Worth the 6hr drive.

I wouldn't give them any stars! Absolutely, the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered a transfer case for my Jeep and they sent me something from a completely different vehicle. Called them on a Thursday, I was told the manager was out in the yard. Didn't hear back. Made multiple calls on Friday, manager was still in the yard and was promised a call Monday morning. Called them 27 times on Monday, manager was still out in the yard.

They would either transfer me to a voicemail or hang up the call. It's too bad, because when you actually get a hold of someone, they're very nice and professional. Just make sure you get the right part!

After talking with six different people about the part I was looking for, being transferred three times and waiting longer in a half hour in the parking lot. I called back to their assigned phone number once again, only to have a guy come out 10 minutes later to inquire what I was looking for and than inform me that Best Salvage Inc. has a minimum of a $ 75.00 charge to purchase anything from them. That piece of information would have been good to have from the first person that answered the phone which in turn would have saved 45 minutes of our time!

I ordered a truck bed off of eBay to be shipped to Ohio. The price was fair, they did an excellent job of communicating with me, and packaged the box so that it was delivered in the same condition as it was in Arizona. I highly recommend this business and would gladly do business with them again. They could make a nice business out of sending truck boxes out of the Southwest to the rust belt as the winter road treatments destroy our pickup boxes here.

Walking into Best Auto Salvage is nothing like you'd expect. It's clean and bright and the staff is friendly and experienced to help you with whatever you need or that special part that you have been searching for. The three visits I made in a two week period were great, getting just what I needed at a very reasonable price. Thomas was very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. They are my new go to vendor for all the parts and pieces that are not produced anymore for my ageing collection of Vehicle's.

Enter at your own risk. Their representative Gus sold me a CRV door, then referred me to some hinky paint shop (F and K) to get the door painted. Over the weekend I looked online for the paint shop and it was no where to be found. I decided I didn't feel comfortable doing business with a shop that has no track record and that I'd just retrieve the door I had paid them $300 for and go to a different place.

I showed up for my 9am appointment at the paint shop to discuss the paint job and see how I felt about it once I got there, but the purveyors of the shop never showed up. I could see the CRV door sitting there on the ground in their dirt lot behind the chain link fence with barbed wire. after an hour of sitting in the hot sun, I called Gus and told him I wanted a refund due to the fact that there was no one there and I did not have the time to go back and forth.

He started arguing with me and refused to refund my money. He said "why should we give you a refund?! We held up our part of the bargain. You have your door!". I was like, no I don't, It's on the ground behind a locked fence, and no one is here. I was blown away but this guy's attitude. I have never been treated this way by a business.

After 2.5 hours I finally left, contacted Amex and explained to them what happened. They reversed the charges, and I found a new door at a better price with a reputable shop. What a waste of time!

Honestly the service was amazing and Jennifer did a great job with assisting me. I called to check the availability of my part I paid over the phone went the next morning part wasn't ready however Jennifer said she could have it delivered same day to me So problem fixed great fast service

I ordered a part wed am told them i want to pick it up at 10 am thurs eddie says no problem give a credit card so at 10 am not ready i send another person later that day he didnt get it not sure why so i call they say its not there then they call say it is good luck if you go there and here is there slogan "it's not the products or prices, it's about the service and peace of mind i will give you."

Am needing a part for my truck, I called them about 4 days before going down there. they quoted me $50. which is a good price. then I called them a few hours before going there to buy the part. they said they still had it and I confirmed the price with them. still $50. OK. right? so I go into their office and one guy asks if he can help, I tell him what I am there for and he seems confused. then finds it and directs me to stand in line. np, I get up to the counter.and this guy tells me that the OTHER guy who is busy on the phone is supposed to help me. he is sitting at a desk, not even up at the counter. so they agree that the one at the counter will help with the sale. the price is now $62. wtf? it was $50 on the phone. and well, now there are Taxes.

A LOT of taxes. $12 worth. so I am told to go wait for the guy who is on the phone who isnt even conscious that I am waiting to talk to him. I wait. he is done on the phone and a guy is trying to ask for help. ok. wait more. then. he is done and looking around like he doesnt know anythinng. I said, hey! I am supposed to talk to you about why my price went up? and then they tell me ok.

I think. gee. maybe I will get the price they quoted me on the phone. noooo. plus. I have to come back tomorrrow for the part. unless I WANT TO PAY MORE. wtf? really? I told them I live far. many miles away. they said they told me this on the phone. NO THEY DIDNT! VERY POORLY Run Biz. I will never go back there and I would not recommend them to anyone!
