Wow, wow, wow, this place is great. I was referred to Larry at Allstate by a good friend. I was thinking about trading in my BMW and buying a used car. Before I walked in there I must tell you I typically HATE dealing with car salespeople. Have had horrible experiences in the past, and as a woman I have felt disregarded and disrespected. I felt the exact opposite way with Larry.

He spent 2 hours talking to me about what my goal was, how much money if anything I wanted to spend, what I liked about my current car, why I was looking to make a change, etc. I could tell he really cared about helping me think this through and make a good decision. He was incredibly thorough and took extra time helping me think the whole process through.

In the end we determined that keeping and fixing my current car was the best option for me at this time. What other sales person would have spent that amount of time only to advise that keeping my current car sounded like the best option for me. I am so happy I met Larry and was referred to Allstate Auto Sales. When I am in the market to purchase a car, this is the first place I will go. Larry is an honest, ethical guy and truly cares about helping each person make the right decision, regardless if it will result in a sale for him.

What a breath of fresh air! I would recommend Larry to anyone. And I wish you could train others in your industry. You are a true gem! If I ever move out of Tucson and decide to buy a car, I will travel back here to deal with you.

This is the best place to buy a pre-owned car in AZ. Larry and his team buy great quality cars for his customers. They offer great prices, work with you on financing, and are are a team of honest people. Professional service is delivered by Larry and his team throughout the whole process- from "just browsing" to signing the paperwork. I only have positive things to say about my entire experience.

I only gave them five stars because I couldn't give them TEN! My wife and I recently bought a used car from this dealership and it was by far the BEST experience we have ever had doing so. Vince Lupo was our sales counselor in the true sense of the word, absolutely NOT a "used car salesman"! He listened carefully to our goals and then presented us with the perfect vehicle to fulfill them.

He defined honestly, integrity and professionalism. No wonder the vast majority of their customers are repeat business. A week after the sale, we had a minor issue that was on the edge of "implied warranty". With no hesitation and no problem, this incredible dealership solved it beyond our expectations. This will be our go-to dealership from now on!

My previous review still stands. The best place in Arizona to get a car. Larry is thorough, honest and provides "All Star" good service. He has the best selection, has a clean office, and knows how to properly run a business.

Wish I could post a picture of my 4 door 5cyl 2005 GMC Canyon. Bought it with 43 miles on it. Asked Pat why has it been on the lot so long. No one liked the Orange color. I am about to roll over to 120K and get compliments all the time. We have bought nearly all our vehicles. even for the family for the last 25yrs from Larry & Pat. Oh. BTW- my husband use to go thru cars every other year- so we had bought- A LOT of cars from them. Looking forward to my next purchase.

This place is, truly, THE BEST! I have NO hesitation recommending them. Pat is a gentleman and his business reflects it in every way. From start to finish, and since, I received better service from this place than the numerous NEW car dealerships I've dealt with in the past. If there were 10 stars available, I'd give Allstate all 10! I honestly don't know why anyone would purchase a car anywhere else in Tucson. I have gotten 4 cars from Larry at Allstate and my family all goes to him as well. They make the process easy, from finding the right car to the financing. Seriously, if you are in the market for a new or used car, give Larry a call and I promise you won't be disappointed.
