I take my range rover here to be serviced and Ben is very professional and friendly. Both times I've taken it here they've sent me text updates of my cars status! He even offered me a soda after they returned my freshly detailed/cleaned car! Best service ever :

I came here based on the reputation of the Land Rover vehicles, the style, and the ammenties offered in their automobiles. First off Mr. Kavan did an outstanding job of making my wife and I comfortable. He presented the two Discoveries we were interested in a friendly and professional manner. I was blown away by one of their sales reps named Sal Afzal. I lucked out and he was the person at the dealership assigned to respond to my inquiry about a vehicle. You will not find a more knowledgeable, patient, and customer-oriented person at a dealership. He was extremely generous with his time and truly cared that I ended up in the right car for me, not just a commission for himself. Well done, Sal! Thank you!

I bought several new cars from Mercedes Benz of Portland prior to my purchase of a Jaguar EV-400 I-Pace. The I-Pace is nice, but Jaguar of Portland has poor customer service. Mercedes used to fall all over themselves to help, the attitude was "how can we make this work for you because that is what is important to us", so I was spoiled. At Jaguar, they do not seem the least bit happy to hear from me and the attitude is "this is how we do it, so either make it work or we don't care." I am looking forward to when I can buy a new Mercedes EV and say "bye bye" to Jaguar of Portland.

I am very disappointed in this dealership. I took my E-pace in for service nearly two weeks ago. The windshield was leaking. I dropped it off on a Saturday. On Wednesday I get a text from my Service Technician telling me he would give me an update in the next day or two. Friday morning I had not heard anything from him, so I sent him a text asking for an update.

I never heard back from him. So Friday afternoon I call the dealership and ask to speak to him. I had to wait for him to call me back. He told me he would let me know on Tuesday or Wednesday what the status was. So today is Wednesday (late in the day) and guess what. I haven't heard from him. So I called the dealership and the phone rang and rang and rang - no answer.

So I get in their website site and found a different number to call. So I am told he will call me later and let me know what's going on. We'll see. For a luxury car dealership I expected much better service.

The Jaguar brand makes some of the most unreliable cars on the planet. That being said you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Thats not the case. Everytime I deal with this dealership they have an attitude like they are doing me a favor. If I need to ask service a question, they say they will call back and never do. They do not offer loaners even if you are giving your 100k car for service. I am on my second Jaguar and this will be my last. I can see why the company is struggling to compete

Our first experience with Jaguar Portland was October 2018 when my husband was interested in the Jaguar I-Pace. We met sales agent Sal and he explained all that was needed regarding an electric car. It was a professional and very pleasant meeting. In the end, we ordered the car and since that time, we have been pleased with everything at the dealership.

We returned to the dealership and again met with Sal to purchase my car. Our first purchase was so smooth that I knew Jaguar Portland, and dealing with Sal, was where we would return. Again, it was a quick and easy purchase, and as always, very pleasant.

Good luck getting anyone to call you back here. I was here for two weeks, tried to schedule an appointment for service on Monday 1/20, left a message and that was that. Called Tuesday morning 1/21, got answering service again. Later that afternoon I finally got a young woman on the phone who took my name and number and told me someone would call me shortly. Nothing.

A week passed. I called again, another young woman answered, took my info, and said I could possibly come Friday for my service, great! After a lengthy hold she returned to tell me they would have to keep the car over night, ok, but then it would take all weekend through monday, and they would not be giving me a car on loan. When I asked why, apparently since I purchased my car at a different jaguar, they wouldn't honor a loaner. AND she was going to have to move my appointment another week out.

When I questioned her on why my calls weren't returned previously, which would have solved my time constraints, the line went silent and nothing was said, poor customer service. I responded with, "alright, thanks for your help." And still, silence. Thanks jaguar Portland, I won't be recommending you to anyone, or be returning when my lease is up for a new purchase.

I am so pleased with Jaguar Portland dealership. Nate was amazing from the first meeting we had to the time I pick up my car. He helped me with customizing my dream car and kept me updated through the process. He made my car shopping experience smooth and stress free. And the new location is so gorgeous. They have a life time customer now!

Worked with Nate Kavan to Order our Range Rover sport diesel and our experience was awesome! Nate helped us figure out exactly what we needed in our sport and place and order that we are now so happy with. Nate is a super cool guy and has so much knowledge it really helped us figure out what we really wanted. Nate even made sure our ski rack was installed when we picked it up so we could head straight to the mountains : I Highly suggest working with hime on any JLR purchase!

The Jaguar Portland dealership is a well-managed, flagship facility. I drive several hundred miles, past 2 other Jaguar stores, to do business with Jaguar Portland. The manager, Dan, and his sales/service staffs are extremely professional and affable - and their product line is superb. Jaguar makes the best cars, and Jaguar Portland is the best place to buy or service one. You will surely fall in love with the people at this beautiful, meticulously-maintained dealership - and vice versa.
