Amazing experience dealing with the staff at this dealership. Right from the start, Stephen Sergent gave me the best lease pricing on CX-5 without any back and forth. He also diligently worked with Mazda to figure out the details of creating a business lease as I was leasing the car under my company name. Responsive, friendly and professional is what I would say about Stephen.

At the dealership, I worked with Kelly Coleman. She was friendly, patient and professional. She explained all the features of the car and went over all the documentation. I had to wait for the car as it was "in-transit" but on the day of delivery Kelly offered to stay extra hour just so she could meet my family and finish the transaction by answering any last minute questions.

Nothing but phenomenal experience from start to finish. Abby in Finance was great to work with as well. She explained clearly all the documentation that required signatures. I'll definitely come back to this dealership to get another car in the future. Keep up the great work in a competitive business of selling cars. Thanks for helping me get the car of my choice.

We just purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-9 from Flow Mazda. Our sales representative was Jenni, she was phenomenal. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. It was great not having to deal with a high pressure sales person. I highly recommend Jenni and if we could we would rate her service above a 5 star.

Having little time and flexibility I contacted flow Mazda and dealt with Steven to purchase my wife's new Cx-5. He gave me pricing and inventory over the phone. We were able to get the deal done with in a few days. I was then passed off to Rafael who helped coordinate my delivery and handle all outstanding paperwork like title and insurance. Rafael then assisted me in setting up my Mazda app.

On delivery day my wife's car was delivered by two very nice gentlemen (forgot their names) and handled all additional paperwork and dropped off the car and my keys. Rafael has been great with follow up making sure I fully understand the app and it's functionality and making sure we are enjoying our car. The owner has a great team at Flow Mazda!

I Bought my first Mazda (CX-5 preferred in Machine Gray) at Autoflow Mazda Fayetteville. Kelly Coleman assisted me since the first day I visited the place until I finally got my precious keys. She's indeed approachable and very helpful throughout the process (from paper works - test drive - final purchase). She even managed to call me 2 days after I got my baby from the dealership - so sweet of her to check on me with my brand new car. Carmen White helped us out alot and made us feel welcome and comfortable. She spoke Spanish with my wife and was able to explain everything she didn't understand. She put in alot of extra time and patience with my son running around screaming plus us being indecisive I think she did an amazing job. She worked with our scedual and didn't force us out the door when we had kept her pretty late.

All in all she was the best and I highly recommend you ask for her, she will make you feel part of a Mazda family. P.S. she was very nice and friendly plus has candy at her desk

I just finished buying a car here and the service I received was impeccable. My sales consultant, Carmen White, was so kind and patient with all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had to bring my kids with me and she was very good with them as well. They had a great time and didn't get too bored, as kids tend to do in these situations. I would highly recommend and this dealership and Carmen to everyone.

I was taken care of by Rafael, he's a great salesman. He shows care and hospitality to his customers and helps find what you're looking for. Reason why I went to him is because I looked at the reviews on Google and previous buyers recommended him so I went with that. If you looking for a sales consultant, I would definitely hit him up. Just let him know what you're looking for and your budget and he'll get you there.

So far so good. Jordan helped me find the car made the process extremely easy. I drove all the way from Emerald Isle to pick up this CX-5 Carbon Edition. Jenni was awesome and Kurt did a good job with the paperwork.
