Keith Williams is very knowledgeable about the S60 digital options.and he was very kind and helpful in teaching me how to use each one. He followed up with me the next day to see if I had additional questions. I wish that I had begun working with him from the very beginning at this dealership.as I'm certain that my experience would have been great from beginning to end. Keith is very professional and I'm very impressed with him.

I recently purchased a 2022 Volvo XC60 Inscription and I could not be more pleased with my experience at Hendrick Volvo! Trevor Satterfield was very helpful and readily available whenever I had a question throughout the process. We ordered my XC60 in December and Trevor kept me updated the entire time with when my car was expected to arrive. I was fully expecting the delivery to be delayed due to COVID, but it got here right on schedule and even sooner than we anticipated! Trevor also touched base with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated.

Since I purchased my pre-owned 2015 Volvo S60, I've been taking my car to Hendrick Volvo of Cars of Charleston for standard maintenance. The dealership had a nice selection and the pricing was enough to prompt a 2-hour drive for a visit. Everything is clean with a modern feel and all the staff encountered were polite and professional.
