I wish I could give this jeep dealership 5 stars. I was very impressed initially with the welcome and waiting room. I do appreciate the quickness of the services however the quick services also means errors unfortunately. First they chip my wheels, second they didn't reset my oil gauge, lastly the scary part, they didn't secure my hood latch. I am driving down the highway and my hood is shaking.
I had to pull over immediately for safety. I went back and they reset my oil gauge and they will fix my wheels. Hopefully they don't put a drop of paint and call it fixed. But the most rudest response was the entire staff blowing you off and pretending that this the norm. I spoke with the service and services manager about my concerns and the only response was like Ok, it's not a big deal.
The small scratch on the wheel no big deal. Your oil no being reset, I can show you how to do it. The hood not secured, no big deal It would never open and block your view. I do believe that it can be fixed and not rush to failure but just do a walk though throughly to ensure you don't have any future issues on the road or long term.

This was the best vehicle buying experience I have had in a long time. I found the vehicle online, inquired about it, Armando called and I told him my budget and he was able to get everything ready before I got there. Armando and Alex moved the process right along. Anna did a great job explaining all of the technology and which apps I needed to install. Top notch service from everyone involved.

Melissa was very knowledgeable in handling my issues and discovered quite a few things that were needing to be repaired on my car that I never would've thought of based on what I was reporting my issues were. They went through things thoroughly and communicated with my warranty company and got these items approved. She touch base every couple of days to keep me updated on what was going on, and then had the car washed and delivered it back with all of my issues resolved. A very pleasant experience overall

Originally, two stars, now one star. May be petty, but not into bogus actions. Sales guy, Johnathan, great and would buy another car from him anytime. Issue is finance and management prevents a return to Chapman Jeep. Chapman charges for "laser etching" of windows which I asked not to have done, ordered the vehicle, and waited six months. Was told it is "mandatory", but not presented until in finance office when you are told, it is done and cannot be removed.
Okay fine, I will pay it. Come to find out never done, just a fraudulent charge. Chapman had me drive my vehicle in to verify, which I did, creating wasted time, after I gave pictures of the windows. Here we are 30-days later, still no refund, and nothing but crickets from management even after a few calls to follow-up, and multiple communications with sale's guy.
Have now spent more time in follow-up then the charge, but it an ethically thing at this point. I get it car dealers have the upper hand now, but when things return, such service, and erroneous items should be remembered. Many places to get a Jeep, check them out. If you settle on Chapman, ask for Johnathan, and make sure you get what you paid for, and paid what you asked for.

Chapman Chrysler Jeep is hands down the best dealership in Vegas. Everyone was very friendly and spot on attentive to my vision in what I wanted in my car. They even offered extra incentives without additional cost. The person you need to see is Jonathan (Irish). He is definitely your guy. He worked extremely diligently to find the perfect vehicle and trust me it is perfect.

What a great experience! My husband and I will always recommend Chapman Chrysler Jeep. This has been the best experience of buying a vehicle that we have had in a VERY long time. Nelson and Rocky were amazing. We appreciate that they took the time to listen to our wants and needs, what we were wanting for our trade and what we were wanting for a monthly payment. Great experience as far as car dealerships go. I was in the car business for quite some time so I have both high and low expectations at the same time. I never expect a salesperson to have become an expert about the cars they are selling. There is rarely professional training. Day one.go sell. There are many that do take the time to truly learn the product they are selling.
This was a newer salesperson that hadn't had the time to do so yet. This said, my salesperson was professional, asked others for answers to questions he didn't know, and brought out the sales manager when I asked higher level questions about leasing residuals, money factors, etc. The sales manager was very helpful and without his help and professionalism, I wouldn't have bought a car.
There was even a misunderstanding that took both of us back a bit but Daryl quickly came up with a solution that resolved the matter and we were able to finish the transaction. I bought this car for my wife and I'll say that I've bought or leased over 50 cars in my life so far. This was about as good as I can expect. I'm hoping technology will finally make the transaction process simpler and sales people will become more like product specialists one day in the future. But in this case, with very limited inventory to purchase in the world, I think they did a pretty good job and I got a good deal.

Very Disappointed with this dealership. They had a car in their inventory for over 30 days on the lot being advertised for sale that had damage that they had not taken care of before putting it on the lot. The rear taillight lens was cracked, back window was previously broken and replaced, assuming the taillight lens was from this incident, and they never had all the glass removed from the rear hatch.
We over looked all that as we really liked the vehicle. We were told after identifying the damages it would all be taken care of. After we had possession of the vehicle for 30 days or more, they finally called and had the parts to fix the issues. Once the items were addressed and changed we went back and picked up the vehicle to find that the rear corner panel was scratched from them trying the replace the lens, they left metal shavings on the interior floor where they had to replace a clip for the second sunroof shade, damaged the headliner while drilling out the old rivets. Brought this all to the attention of the Service manager. he stated they will repair anything they damaged during the repairs.
We were told that someone would call us on Monday to figure this all out, its now Wednesday and no call from anyone from this dealership. We were also told that the vehicle would be detailed and buffed to try and fix some scratches and paint chips, this was never done, the car was dirtier when we picked it up than when we dropped it off, they ran it through the carwash and never dried it, had water spots, dust spots all over it, unbelievable.
The service you get starts right from the top with management! I would be cautious buying anything used from this place. A very disappointed customer, maybe shame on me, I should have just walked away after seeing the damages we found, lesson learned!

If your looking for a car/truck I highly highly recommend Jonathan! Hands down the Best car experience I've ever had! This was my first time buying on my own and he made it so easy and comfortable and never pressured me for one second! He was honest and upfront about everything and went out of his way to make sure I was taking care of! In the end he got me into the truck I wanted! Chapman always steps up to the plate, may people write bad reviews about dealers when the bad review is actually the product that the dealer is tasked to service. In my case the visor was defective and Chapman replaced it at no charge when I was expecting it not to be covered under the warranty. Thank you as always for the prompt efficient service you always provide. Yes I am a Loyal Chapman supporter. Thanks for the many years of providing the best vehicles available.
