Put 1600 down on a car only for it to breakdown a month later, his wife is very rude she hates to be asked questions, where as to James doesn't do any business well after selling me a defected car he wanted 1200 more for another defected car, would not recommend business with these people they are theifs! All they see you is as a money sign!

Went into H Town motors looking at bikes after being told by James he would see what he could do about making a deal with me after me telling him what I had to work with. After getting there his terms were well over what I had told him I was able to do. Then an offer for a bike that needed to be repaired came up. I told him I was interested and then took on the task of getting up the cash he was asking for said motorcycle.

The whole entire process we kept in touch with them letting them know the progress. We got approved for a personal loan from our bank and was awaiting them to send the papers to be signed to complete the process. Called them to let them know we were just waiting on the bank and we're informed that the bike was sold out from under us. James knew I was going to purchase the bike but still sold it on a Sunday no less.

This is not only backing out on a deal but it's no way to do business. If you can not trust a dealer to keep their end of the deal then you can not trust that dealership in any way. Buyers beware!

Best spot to get a nice used car or bike. You can't beat his prices.

I am on my second car with H Town and both vehicles were well and fair priced and very good running cars. My first vehicle is still running with no prob and have had this car from Mr. Hobbs for 5 or so years. Working on paying off 2nd car and the customer service are very friendly and helpful. I have referred many people to go to him and will continue to go to H Town Motors myself.

I bought 3 cars from them. Needless to say the transmission fell out of the first twoat the final payment and the Mercedes Benz broke down every month. I will never buy another car from there EVER. YOU HEAR ME! That's the As is WARRANTY DEAL. IT REALLY SUCKED.

Bought a car begining of nov put down that day but didnt even get to leave with the car until a week later Never test driving it. The day i took it i had one issue after another and have had it towed 2 and the problems were never fixed. There solution was to cut the wires to the alarm so you couldnt hear it and it would drain the battery. but that wasnt the only issue. Everytime i would to call to talk to mr hobbson he was either out of Town or not available when clearly hearing him in the background.

His secretary never relayed message and denied ever talking to us about important issues and payments. Car was repoed the repo man had no paperwork and mr hobbson refused to speak with me and clamed there was no insurance on the car when they had all the proper insurance papers also he refused to get the plates for the car and made me drive on a dealer paper plate.

I was never notified by mail mail or a phone that the car was going to be picked up also i was not able to recover my belongings because i didnt know where the car was i have hired an attorney and planning to sue.
