Not a good experience! I had a 15K service on my vacation. I rode about 100 miles and started to get oil splatter on the right saddlebag. I took it to a Harley dealer in San Antonio, Tx, and they had to drain a quart of oil because it was overfilled. Rode to Mississippi and more oil splatter. The O rings for the breather were coated with silicone.
It cost me about $95.00 for the repair. I called Barnett Harley and told them they should pay my cost for not doing the service properly. They asked for a copy of the invoice, I sent it to them, and they ignored me. In my opinion, this place is the worst place for service. I will stay away at all costs. Harley Davidson Corporation should look into this dealer and do something about them. They should stand behind their work like other Harley dealers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I found an item and paid to have it shipped 3-5 days. 3 days later, there was still not item being shipped. I initiated contact and didn't receive a response. The follow day, I initiated a contact again, and the item was shipped. When I received the item, it was missing TWO parts that were essential to the use of the item.
I didn't receive a response the two days of voicemails and emails. When I did receive a response, it was that they would get back with me. Another day passed and then the contact was to inform me that the item is no longer available. I could have purchased this item from one of five locations in the meantime, and now I was left without the item.
The item was returned and confirmed as received and it still took two additional days for a refund. I didn't get a full refund, because they refused to refund shipping. What's the worst part? Losing $$ paying for shipping that still didn't get me the item in time? Still not having the item because it is no longer available? The time spent? Nope. The worst part is supporting Harley Davidson and having THIS be the "customer service" the receive.

I think one of my favorite things about the Harley life is checking out the different stores, and this one is worth the trip. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is expansive. Thankfully, we didn't have to use the service department this trip, but I'm sure they're amazing too. Be sure to grab a shirt for yourself and a souvenir for those you want to make jealous of your adventure to Barnett's.

My boyfriend and I stopped by on our way to Phoenix, AZ to check out the T-shirts. This is a really cool dealership and they have a TON of clothing here! We found the employees to be very helpful and pleasant to talk with. While we aren't in the market for a new bike right now, we had to check out the inventory. They had a number of nice bikes on the floor.

They are nothing but crooks. Do not sell your bikes back to them they will low ball your deal plus they'll over charge you on any repairs and maintenance, they do not care about you service members at all, and they over charge on their inventory. I have looked into other Harley dealers and I must add that they have more of a true understanding and a genuine relationship with their customers unlike barnett/Harley Davidson.
I do recognize my right my first amendment right to be exact to express my honest opinion. It is not against the law to state your experience good or bad on a review the last time I checked as long as it is done in an APPROPRIATE and MATURE manner. So if you (the owner) somehow FEEL the need to retaliate by some form of intimidation because of a customer's bad experience and having the ability to state his/her honest opinion then you should consider taking management skills and anger management skills just as well. Never again will I do business here.

Bought a 2021 Road Glide Limited Jan 18, 2022. Jersey Paul Westbrook was great to work with. I had been looking online, he contacted me via text and sent me the info I requested. We set up a day for a demo ride and to have my bike inspected for trade. Once I decided to buy the entire process was fast and efficient. Paul is a very friendly, easy going person.
I will highly recommend him to my friends and family and would not hesitate from buying from him again. Furthermore, Mark Barnett has always been fair in his prices (3rd bike I have bought from him) and runs a great dealership, from the service area, parts, bikes, and clothing.

Even though I live in Corona, Ca. I trailer my Bike to Barnett Harley Davidson in ElPaso, Tx. The Service Department is unsurpassed, Priscilla is on her toes taking care of Business and customers from afar. My partner EJ from San Antonio, Tx had a stripped shifter rod, being from OUT OF TOWN "Priscilla" stepped up to the plate for us. And you guessed it, she took care of business. Thank you Barnett for hiring competent employees who know how to take care of customers.

Passing by this one as a typical tourist would. Stopped in to get a poker chip, maybe a shirt and check it off the list. What I saw caught me by surprise. First off, they claim to be the world's largest. I don't know about that but they certainly are the largest I've been to. Row after row of shirts. Then when you get done with those you have a clearance area.
Where most shops may have a rack this one has 2-3 rows devoted to each shirt size for each sex. Instead of having 2 or 3 styles to choose from there were at least 10. And they really were discounted, too. I was looking at $15 for 3x. In front there were plenty of shaded picnic tables to use as well. This place is definitely ready to be a stop of any road rally. I'm glad I stopped here on the way to the airport. I know they have a shop as well in the B concourse at the airport but it is currently closed for COVID so stop here!

Yuge yuge store, great sales and for a $70 helmut and $5 t shirts i was glad to get the deals. We bought way more than we needed or even wanted :) Its also kind of like home depot or lowes if you know what thats like. They have it but don't really work in that dept and not real sure what everything is about. I've never not been fitted for a hemut no matter how many I've bought, except here but for the price, I took it.
For the sales, I definatley would go back! So, Texas says, no mask. This dealership says mask and enforces it :( To me it says the owner is not a rider, not a biker, probably a poser behind a dealership. Hes probably a green tree hugger too, I told the cashier my feelings about the mask and I hope she didn't take it personally. The mask was used ultimately to lose a presidency because of course we couldn't congregate to vote but to buy this guys harley trinkets was OK.
We couldn't support the mom and pop restaurants or hardware stores but buying this guys harley trinkets was ok. Buisnesses were lost and suffered great financially, you know the thing. Texas is trying to open up but this dealership of harley is still enforcing a B/S hoax unless you buy his trinkets with a mask and btw, the only store on our 3000 mile travels to require them.
Its just surprising to me a Harley store is so up in biden and fauchis ass, seems more appropriate by the local Vespa dealership. Barnett scooter/Vespa, it has a vroom to it, don't you think?

Barnett HD is one of the largest HD Dealerships I've stepped inside of. They have a huge showroom with an impressive lineup of new as well as used motorcycles. They have many items of HD clothing apparels and accessories to choose from. They have a nice customer lounge area called the "Two Headed Bull Customer Lodge" where one can relax in one of their soft leather chairs while enjoying a free cup of coffee.
Many interesting photos decorate the walls. I was waited on by a polite and professional employee who helped me with my purchase. Checkout was quick and easy. Note: there are No returns on helmets. All employees were wearing masks. They follow COVID safety protocols by checking your temperature as you enter, requiring everyone wears masks, and they have hand sanitizer available for use.
With the recent closure of their sister dealership of Barnett HD - Las Cruces (a staple of Las Cruces since 2000), this location is now the closest HD Dealership to me (60 miles away). It's sad to see businesses in Las Cruces closing due to COVID-19 restrictions. I encourage everyone to help support their local businesses if possible, but I'll now be riding to Texas for service on my motorcycles and my HD accessories. Ride safely and always wear a helmet.

I'm not a rider, but my parents are. I come here periodically to pick up items and send them back to Michigan. You can still go in for transportation needs, but their clothing/merchandise area is closed for the time being (thanks COVID). You can order online and after payment, you can leave an optional comment for pick-up if you'd rather grab your items instead of having them ship it.

Haven't had a chance to get my 72s serviced here but love this store and love the employees service and attention. Used to stop here when drove the Rig and now had a chance to visit again while in town. Lisa especially was amazingly helpful and as a company owner myself I can definitely say she is a keeper. You guys rock!

I bought a helmet online and it arrived on time and was as expected except the manufacturer date was 09/2012. I emailed them with my concerns on buying a brand new helmet and it was almost 7 years old. they said "Good Afternoon, The replacement of the helmet is linked to the wear and tear not the manufacturer date. This means, from when you purchase it and begin to use, it should be replaced after five years if it is a daily use." so if you sell 7 year old helmets I'm sure you sell 10 and 20 year old helmets and think it's ok.

I recently purchased a 2016 pre-owned VRSC from an out of state HD dealership that had fully "inspected and certified" the bike. During my ride into EP from AZ, I realized a few discomforts that I initially attributed to quirks of the model. I brought the bike into to service to replace a heat shield cover and Brian, knowing my bike was under warranty, and un-solicited, inspected the bike and made several repairs that change my V-Rod from nice to a great f'n ride! Best of all, at no cost to me! Thanks Brian for going the extra mile to give me the experience I paid for when I initially bought this bike!

Do not use EagleRider to rent from here. I booked two rental bikes from Barnett through EagleRider. If I hadn't called a week before my trip, I wouldn't have discovered that Barnett did not have two bikes available. I booked 60 days ahead of our trip. Why did no one notify me? They were just going to wait until we flew out to El Paso to tell us they had no bikes? Barnett blames it on EagleRider and takes no accountability.
They should've informed ER that they didn't have two bikes. How do they not know their inventory? Jesse was absolutely no help. He just kept deflecting blame. Our entire trip was based around picking up bikes in El Paso and traveling New Mexico. We would've created a completely different route had they told us. They just don't care. I guess out-of-state customers are insignificant to them.

We ordered on line before had no problems. This last time was a disaster. I couldn't believe they sent me a shirt that even had a piece of tape on it covered the hole in the garment, nothing fit right. I had a hell of a time sending everything back, and wanted my money back instead. but they only give store credit. Ain't that a witch! All that Chinese made crap! I m done buying this junk. Thanks for listening.

Enjoyed the visit to this dealership. Nice selection of bikes, friendly staff on site. My disappointment is due to the customer service after the fact! After leaving we realized we forgot to purchase a dealer specific decal.we put them on our HD trailer to show which we have visited. I was told to order online however the flat rate shipping charge is $5 to ship a 3x5 decal that cost $6.
I called, spoke to the dealership and am told no, they dont have regular stamps and the first class shipping would be safer. Wtf?! Absurd. $60 dollars spent for 2 tshirts and this cheap ass place cant mail a sticker with a.52 stamp.

The sales people here will waste your time. Most of their used bikes have been crashed. The bikes generally have broken levers, broken fairings, scratched and dented engines, etc. Their pricing seems to defy logic. As an example they have an 8 year old Suzuki GS500F that has been crashed priced at $5000. That is what that bike cost when it was brand new.
To make things worse, when you talk to them about the bikes they can only give you very basic information such as the model name and how many cylinders the engine has. Apparently they can read the fairing and count the exhaust pipes. They have no knowledge of performance figures. If you buy a bike from this place you will regret the experience. It is best to shop elsewhere either at Viva Powersports or somewhere else.
