The people at Internet Car Lot in Council Bluffs, Iowa where very friendly. Helpful when I needed to use there computer to print off my pay stubs. For someone that hasn't bought a car in 6 years there finance person was able to find a bank willing to work with me. I have now had my new car for over a week and love driving it. Thank u.

I had Emily has a rep. She was outstanding and was honest and an awesome person. Her and Katie made sure I had everything I needed to get into a new car and were super supportive! 10/10 recommend!

They made buying my new car easy and pain free. Sergio was friendly and worked with my schedule. He was honest about the condition of the car and its history, and patiently answered all my questions. Katie made choosing my loan and warranty options easy. She took the time to explain everything and recalculate the different options until we got to a payment I was comfortable with. Overall, a very good car buying experience!

Just bought a car here and highly recommend! I went to another dealership yesterday and had a weird experience and system issues prevented me from being able to make a purchase. Went to The Internet Car Lot and had a WAY better experience. Emily was super nice and took time to explain safety features, which I really appreciated. Financing process was quick and easy.

My previous car died unexpectedly and between that and my experience with the prior dealership, I wasn't feeling great about the prospect of buying a new car. But I'm very happy with my purchase today and will be recommending The Internet Car Lot to everyone!

Very friendly staff. Communication with Emily was extremely easy. Shel helped me get the new Chrysler I wanted quick and easy. Katie was super nice and the financing process was fast and pleasant. The staff worked with me to make sure my needs were met.

This was an incredibly nice dealership to deal with. I was in contact with them over the phone as i live in New Mexico and they were very helpful with the entire process. Although i wasn't able to make a deal and get a vehicle, Emily was so amazing and a great help with the whole process and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area or even someone like me that is across the country. Great group of people.

I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle that was halfway across the country but I'm so glad I did. Sergio made the process easy and answered all my questions. The car is exactly as described and was a great price!

Sergio Para was out point of contact. We called him a couple of times before we went in and he was able to answer all of our questions. He made the process super easy. We were in and out with the finance person Jessica who also answered a lot of our financial questions. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to check this place out. Bought a truck with a trade in last Friday and couldn't of asked for a smoother transaction. No pressure at all from the salesman (Sergio). This is my families 5th vehicle purchased from the dealership and I'll keep coming back. 5 stars all the way.

Sales associate Sergio was fantastic, he worked close with us to get what we wanted. Great. customer service, prompt replies to our questions and got are payments with full warranty less then what we were by looking for. Financing was painless and fast.

Katie at the Council Bluffs store was great! She was so helpful and communicative through the whole process. The car I was purchasing wasn't available yet and I thought it was going to take a lot longer than it did, but I left with it a week after looking at it! I did dock a star because of some confusion there was between the Omaha and CB lot about this car and one that was nearly identical.

There was some back and forth because of that, which was understandable but a little frustrating because of the time frame I had with a rental that was through my insurance. But it was resolved and everything worked out!

We worked with Sergio, very friendly and professional he answered all our questions. We appreciated that no one there was pushy they had no problems with taking our time. We stopped in nightly for a week to test driving several different vehicles before making our decision.

Katie and Sergio were awesome. For this being my first time buying a newer vehicle, Katie made the process super easy to understand and was incredibly friendly. I was disappointed to find that the vehicle I purchased had a bent tie rod and unbalanced tires. They did want to get me in for an appointment for the shaking and alignment issue I was experiencing, but this required me dropping off the vehicle for the day or longer with no loaner - which was not a card in my deck.

So I was forced to take it to a tire shop close to my house. This being no fault of Katie or Sergio's, but the technicians they have working for the company. The company only allows 1.5hrs to test drive a vehicle regardless of the money I put down to hold it or the offering of more money. This makes a drive to another shop to have the vehicle inspected nearly impossible - and only raises more questions about the business practices that Katie and Sergio are forced to follow.

If the dealership chain starts allowing loaner vehicles and longer test-drives, I can see myself doing business with them again. However, for now I cannot and do not recommend anybody without mechanical inclination to purchase a vehicle from Internet Car Lot. You will be taken advantage of.

This is my second time buying a car from here. I went to the cb location and was able to get into a 2018 Nissan Versa. When leaving the location, come to find out my truck doesn't work. I let the workers know and I'm suppose to get a call to get it set up for repair on there dime not mine. They appropriately listened to my concerns and we're able to get them corrected. I recommend anyone to internet car lot.

The vehicles needed a good wash. Two that I test drove had low tire pressure and the warning sensors needed to be replaced. Other than what was in the ad, the staff was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Having said that, Katie & Sergio in the office went well above and beyond the call of duty, staying overtime to help me iron out details and consumate the sale of the vehicle I purchased.

Updating my review. Although the staff is friendly, and it was an easy going process, i purchased this car to not have to deal with car problems, and have had nothing but car problems. They offer to fix it but I have to go without a car for at least a couple of days in the process. I'm a single mother working 2 jobs, driving a car in the winter with heat that doesn't work, car over heats, etc I've already spent HUNDREDS in repairs (alternator through them) but I've had to put my own work into the battery, not to mention the bone dry antifreeze that doesn't have a leak so, there's no way the car had any when I purchased the vehicle. I just want to drive a safe car with my child. that has heat. i understand it goes through inspections but clearly stuff was missed

Our sales associate Emily was wonderful! She was very responsive and helpful all along the way. She gets 5 stars! We had to very closely inspect the vehicle to find there was no spare tire and the detailing was a fast once over and we will have to have the vehicle detailed again when we get home. In the end they did make sure we went safely down the road with a spare and all is well. Our guy will figure out how to get the dried ice cream out of the dash. Thanks for the ride Emily! It will be great.
