The overall level of exceptional service and their attention to detail was outstanding. Bought my car at First Class Cars and had a very pleasant experience, no catches no hidden costs just a straight up honest transaction. The aftercare was even better, had a problem with the car and Darren was pleasure to deal with, they helped to rectify the problem and sent me on my way, feeling not only satisfied but also like I had been helped. They do genuinely care about there customers and would definitely be using there services again.

DO NOT buy a car here. We've had our car for 1.5 weeks and already have a problem with it that could cost $1000. We called to ask what we could do and we were very, very rudely told they -- very minimally -- warranty the car for 3 days, and we need to just take to our mechanic. Their extended warranty is $2000, so be sure to add that to the price of the car.

I cannot emphasize the rude part enough. Horrible people to work with, horrible people to try to get help from. the Car may be inexpensive upfront, but it'll end up costing you thousands more in repairs.

Darren and Tom were great. Helpful, informative and made sure that I was happy before buying my first Land Rover. They even printed new number plates for my private reg! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next luxury car, I couldn't be happier with mine!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I bought my first car from this place & it broke down 2 weeks right after I got the car. They said I should have gotten the extended warranty. Referred by a family friend. Would never go back or send anyone near this place. The family is a bunch of POS people

If I could give this place a "0" Star I would. We bought our second Honda from this dealership last November because we had a pretty good experience the first time around. 2nd Experience: NO WAY, STAY AWAY from these rip offs! They are liars and have no moral compass at all. The A/C does not work in this vehicle and the Driver's seat is broken.

It was winter, so we didn't check the A/C, which is our bad. We were told to bring the car back in the spring "to make it right", but because I had written a review on them that said I sure hope they make it right, and they saw the review, they refuse to help us, like a big "F you" to us. Well, your business is going to lose a lot of people because I am writing reviews ALL OVER the internet now, Filing a complaint the with BBB ect.

You messed with the wrong people! It sucks that you say one thing and turn around and do the complete opposite! It is sad we would have bought more cars from you in the future, we have 3 teens that are in need of new vehicles. We will take our business elsewhere though, you know to people that do what they say they are going to do.

They didn't have permission to work on the vehicle, ONLY DIAGNOSTIC! Now they're saying we have to pay $600 to get our vehicle back. TOTAL RIP-OFF! They sold us the lemon vehicle to begin with. In less than a year we've spent over $1500 on this crap car! They don't even deserve one star!

Okay. So it's not the 1000 down off the in-house financing that earned them a 1 Star It's their unabashed disregard for safety by placing customers into potentially unsafe vehicles. Because they state that yes they finance everyone. But the more you put down the newer the car and if you can't put 1000 down they can't promise the car will be safe. Or even run. If you are a licensed dealership you cannot sell lemons. It's so obvious that it's a scam even Stevie Wonder can see It.

Bought a car. I noticed the horn didn't work on the way home took it back for them to fix it they said it was an expensive part and I would need to give them a good Google review to do it. Also a week and a half later the check engine light came on for the catalytic converter. They refused to fix it without charging me. Further more it did not come with a spare tire when I called about this they said it must have been stolen while I was buying toilet paper. I am a veteran pretend to be veteran friendly but most definitely are not.

321 This company has nothing but false advertising all over it. For $300, not $250 as their radio ads claim, they have cars that have check engine lights on, haven't even been checked out, trade ins they haven't even looked at. For $1000 down they will be able to put you in a car. It'll be the lowest price, highest mileage car on the lot.

You can't get what you want, just what they are willing to give. And oh we bought a car off that side lot with our $250 down 15 years ago and it still cost $3000. It had front end damage. The tie rods were busted. When we tried to take it back, they first acted like we didn't even get it from them, then flat out refused to do anything about it. Liars and thieves. I can't believe anyone can even work there. And no the salesman won't give you his name. Too embarrassed I guess.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Sketchiest place I've seen. Alex didn't know what he was doing. My partner and I sat in a room alone while my partner filled out an application, and when we were done, Alex was no where to be found. We walked out to the main area and the guy there just looked us up and down, and then yelled to Alex that his customers were waiting.

Anyone giving them a good review is more than likely related to the "family". For one, their cars are a joke and most people are pretty sure that they change the odometers. For two, they don't know what they're talking about. For three, if you cannot afford at LEAST $1000 down, you're screwed. They have three beat up cars available for below $1000.

All of them need at least $1000 or more in work. Alex straight up tells people that the cars won't pass smog and it's the customers job to fix it (I'm pretty sure that if you sell me a car, period, you have to make sure it will pass smog, or whatever it's called in Utah). They also won't supply temp tags or order your new tags.

So how do you expect me to drive it off your lot? We walked away and I laughed in his face at how shady and terrible of a business this is. It's a shame they haven't been shut down yet. Their time will come though, I'm sure.

My new favorite car dealership! I tell everyone to come here. Great cars at VERY affordable rates! Great staff too! Very focused on the customer.

They have such TERRIBLE customer service. They disrespected me very badly. They were pushy when I was looking for a car. They charged me way more than my car was worth. One week after I got my car, the starter went out and I had to pay full amount for it. The car was a 1999 and had over 200,000 miles on it in 2016. I would never refer anyone to First Class Cars. Nor will I ever do business with them again.

Many of the bad reviews on here are because of high prices. What you need to realize is that this is a no credit check, in house financing family owned business. It is a last resort to buy, but if you have bad credit, it's the best option. I just got an XUV for my wife and while other dealerships treated us poorly, these guys did a good job. A little overpriced, but they have to compensate for being a small, family owned business and they must mitigate risk by raising prices in order to offer in house financing.

We had a good experience with them when we bought our GMC Envoy XUV. I will say, however, that the salesmen need more training on processes. When asking about how we can make payments and other such questions, Alex did not seem to know the answers. This is vital for salesmen, otherwise they are just showmen, showing us the cars you have.

I bought a car from them that broke down just before my 30 day warenty was up. when i called them, Alex said that since i got such a good deal, below their cost that there is nothing they can do. I have called back to talk to the manager but he will not return my calls. Next step is lawyer, since Utah has a no lemon law that states any car sold from a dealership has to be covered for at least 30 days.

Literally hours after purchasing a used car from First Class Cars, the check engine light came on. Not a coincidence and not right at all. We wouldn't have been so upset had they worked with us. When we went back, not to return the car but simply expecting they would help us, all they said was, "Sorry, we can't help you." A true First Class Cars business would have worked with us, even if it was to pay for a diagnosis. That's what I call shady business. How else am I suppose to see it?

I have mixed feelings on this place, they put on a good front that's for sure. It's been about a month and they still don't have my plates. And after about 4 days owning my car it started making a high pitched noise, I am adept with cars yet couldn't pin point the problem so I took it to my mechanic. It ended up being the car had the wrong oil filter.

If I wasn't so paranoid about weird noises it could have caused serious problems. When I took the receipt to first class cars they played stupid saying they didn't know they didn't think they changed the oil. This was completely against when they said upon getting the car they completely looked over the car and blah blah blah. I would not recommend going here they are one of the more crooked dealerships out there.

Salesman seemed extremely unsure and nervous. Seems like they pay way to much for things you don't need; then charge you more for that. General atmosphere also felt greasy and uncomfortable.

I had never bought a car from a dealership before and Ernesto made it very pleasant and easy for me. I came in over several weeks, waiting for the right car to stick out in my mind. I test drove probably 10 cars and I never once felt any irritation from Ernesto or anyone else there. They were all very nice and not at all pushy. It was so simple and I love my Honda Element! Really great atmosphere compared to the bigger dealerships who I felt were so pushy and snotty. I was glad to make my purchase with First Class Cars.

I bought a vehicle here because I had bad credit. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. There are plenty of better dealerships to do business with! These crooks will take advantage of you! I paid all my payments on time for almost a year and they never once reported that to the credit bureaus! Forget ever being able to talk to the manager face to face. I went down there to discuss the terms of my loan and they told me he was at lunch.

I told them that that was just fine and that I had time to wait. An hour later they said he wasn't available to speak with me. When I asked to speak to whoever else was in charge, they told me that no one else wanted to talk to me about their failure to report my complete and punctual payments and that I should just "deal with it." Unbelievable? You're telling me.

As angry as I was, I remained absolutely calm and told their service manager that they would not get another payment from me until they fulfilled their end of the bargain and properly report my payments to the credit bureaus. They responded by parking a car behind mine and demanding the next month's payment or sign some forfeiture notice. On top of that, they said they had already contacted the police. Now they're trying to sue me for the car THAT THEY KEPT. Honestly, they don't even deserve a single star in my rating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

Horrible experience! Where to begin? The sellers were my best friends when applying for a car. But the day I got it (the very first day!) It overheated and started smoking. Their solution? Drive it back?! Yes, very safe indeed. This car has been constantly broken down. They "replaced" the motor I was assured with a new one. Come to find out, it was from a local junk yard. That's fine and dandy, but when I asked to see receipts, they refused to show me what they fixed.

In having the car for two months. It was out of commission three times. I know its a used car, but really? Radiator/ thermostat was fried, etc. I've paid over a grand (repairs, getting it towed, etc). And when I asked how they could be so shady (while my car was broken down the first day) they threatened to "push my car into the street, to make it my problem". Avoid. Don't make my mistake. Search Google and you'll see constant fraud reports.
