I came in for service and this is the first time in the new building. It is wonderful. There are plenty of quiet and comfortable places to wait. Also they have a bakery on premise. So far everyone I have encountered here at Honda South Motors have been extremely nice and helpful. This is my 2nd time here and my Advisor for this trip was Nicole. Quite nice and welcoming. The gentleman who assisted the line was very helpful since I was not familiar with the new building. Very genuine people.

I don't remember the name of the man that helped with the financing, but he was great too. Thanks again! I received a letter from Honda informing me of a manufacturing defect in the paint of my car, so I took it to this dealer to solve the problem, they supposedly took some photos of it and told me that they would notify me once the whole case is processed. A month later I still had no answers so I went back to the dealer only to be told that they had to start the whole process and that if they approved it I would have to wait up to two weeks (of course without my car) and rent for all that time out of my pocket until they finish the repair, terrible service don't waste your time in this place, it ruins Honda's reputation, if you are in a similar situation go to another Honda dealer or do yourself a favor and just pay for the repair elsewhere.

Terrible service after driving 60 miles to get here they had nothing to sell me despite making me an appointment to come into the dealership lying to me telling me they had the car i was looking for unprofessional salesman name moe rude. unhelpful the dealer need to train the staff to be polite and professional when talking to customers wasted 2 hours of my time they have nothing to sell no inventory they want you to come in to steal your car on a trade i have a 2016 mercedes benz in excellent condition i was offered $36.000 by several dealers they tried to offer me $27.000 what a joke don't waste your time with this dealership read the reviews every one is complaining horrible people to deal with go somewhere else or you will be upset as i was never seen anything like this in my life.

If I could give this dealership O stars I would, after having issues with Honda financing I had decided to call the dealership that had helped me finance my car. The front desk would transfer me to departments that were closed even though they said they would help out so it took 3 phone calls to get them to transfer me to a man who is the epitome of unprofessionalism.

The man directly stated that my struggles with making a payment were not his problem and that he's just a "middleman". In all my years of being a customer at any company, I have never experienced this level of service. When possible, I plan on financing a car with another car company as this place was atrocious on the customer service side.

Work all week and oil change needed. No appointment so early arrival a must. Brittany greeted with a great smile and an amazing early Saturday welcome! She and the mechanics kept me updated by text w/video; love this! Bakery on site (thanks Claudia) and spectacular remodel long over due is fantastic. Time passed quickly thanks to the new comforts. Thank you Brittany for the spectacular customer service and reminding me of the courtesy wash and vacuum!

The service department is not trustworthy and don't respect women. I took my car in and they insisted on doing an inspection. I allowed them to do the inspection with the guarantee that no work would be done until the final estimate on the work had been provided to me. When I called to check on the estimate the service man I worked with told me the car was being worked on and the total.

I was taken a back by his response and reminded him that I did not give the go ahead for the repairs. He said he didn't recall but when I put my husband on the line he immediately apologized profusely and surprisingly remembered that I had asked for an estimate to be approved before working on the car. As a woman I don't like the way these dealerships try to swindle and lie to women so I needed to post this. Also, when I got my car back they ripped the fabric of the roof. I will never do business with south motors Honda again. The service man is lucky I'm not mentioning his name.

I have to give an update, I purchased the GAP insurance when i initially bought the car here and after a recent accident where that car was totaled. The GAP insurance did not paid their portion and blame the seat condition for the lack of lower payment. It was a robbery to be honest with you.

This place it's a robbery I had my car appraised at 4 different locations and the least was $4k over what I owed. Came here and they offered $2k under what I owed? Would definitely not recommend bringing a trade in to this thief's den.

Yesterday I had a horrible afternoon, my battery died. The insurance compa ny sends a third party vendor and they tell me the battery is dead. Secondly, the tow truck came and the employee was able to start the car. I called South Motors Honda before the tow truck arrived. Claudio right away told me if they started the car to take it right away and if he was not there he would leave a note.

When I got to there, Britney said Ms. Guerrero, we have been waiting for you. I had the opportunity to meet Claudio before he left. I received Red carpet Treatment. The manager came out to greet me and make sure I was being taken care of. I want to thank Claudio, Marcelino, Rolando, Britney and the manager. They all showed they cared, they wee concerned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making me feel special and like if I was the only client at the service department. I will forever be grateful.

So, over the last few weeks I was on the hunt for a '22 Odyssey Elite in pearl white over black, and couldn't find anything within 500 miles of me where the sales people actually wanted to talk on the phone, and figure out the deal, as I was out of state on vacation, but wanted to buy it as a surprise for my parents. I can honestly say that Jude, the sales manager who took care of me, make it an easy, seamless transaction, and helped in every way he could, even assisting in the surprise, and walking my parents through how all the systems work, even tho they were slam packed on new years eve! I can honestly say that if you need a new honda you definitely have to go see him! 10/10 would recommend and do business with again!

I've been here twice a week because of the radar indicator. Even though I bought my car for half a year, I still spent 700 to repair my radar function. Then they returned the car without even sticking the fender plastic to me, and even told me that they had done their best If I can, I don't even want to give it a This is the worst Honda service I've ever encountered They'll only ask you for money. Worst people to do business with. I bought a certified used car with south motors Honda full package bumper to bumper warranty etc. Two days after I realized my front bumper is broken just right under the H symbol went to the dealer and talk to reny one of the managers he told me my warranty bumper to bumper didn't cover any plastic in my car and told me I hit another car, yelling at me told me he can't do anything about it and is not part of the warranty once again.

Offer me not to charge for labor and just walked away, no intentions of fixing my problem zero professionalism zero empathy just sharks for money I'm returning my car back tomorrow DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET!

I came pre-approved with the car I wanted picked out down to the VIN (you can search the cars online). I walked in and told this to Cecil. he showed me the car and it was magically $5k more than I had seen online. When I went to look it up again, the price was higher. I was confused to say the least, and Cecil could not give me any explanation. Cecil then proceeded to waste about 2 hours of my time showing me other cars (even on a different lot) that I didn't want and trying to tell me that I should lease instead of buy. Finally, when I said that I wanted the car I came for at the price I saw online he said "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do". while I was waiting another 30 mins (and they were in some soundproof room just chitchatting and making jokes), I called my friend to double check and look up the car I had picked and the SAME CAR, SAME VIN was listed for a lower price.

They have a geo-location thing on the on the site that shows you a different HIGHER price when you are in the dealership SCAM, SCAM, SCAM). As soon as I saw that, I left immediately. So frustrating and such a scam. They purposely waster your time and lie to you. Also, I was pre-approved with a super-low rate that they could not match, and it really seemed that they don't care to work with you unless you are doing financing through them. I went to Braman Honda 2 days later with a new car picked out and was able to drive away with my car within 2 hours.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT I WILL NOT BE BACK. Called, was waiting for 10 minutes and no answer. Decided to chat with them online and inquire on the cost of an oil change, couldn't give me an exact answer. I decided to drive over there as I needed an oil change. When I arrive, they were under construction so I had to go around and do a u turn to enter the service department.

I finally arrived and waited 5 minutes for someone to come greet me as they do in Braman Honda and no help. I got out of my car and asked an employee on the side of the building and he redirected me inside to get someone to help me. I was standing there for 2 minutes and an employee comes up to me and tells me that I should be outside because if not they won't know who is next in line.

I politely tell him that an employee told me to come inside the building and he rudely tells me to go stand next to my car. When I am finally next to my car. He tells me that they are currently 3 hours behind for customers with appointments so without appts it's going to be longer than that. No intention of me staying at all. I told him I was leaving especially after the rude service. Employees should be more interact to customers and make sure they are probably attended to.

I drove 30 mins away to Braman Honda and oil change was done in an 1 1/2 hrs WITHOUT an appt. I will not be back at south motors Honda and reccomend everyone to drive a little further and go to a dealer that has friendlier staff and lower wait times.

Don't waist your time here! I was pre-approve with Capital One Auto ( something I highly recommend to do online before walking inside a dealership) they never send my info to Capital one and quote me from Santander ( horrible high interest lender because they are not even a bank) at 19% interest in other words the fine prints was purchase amount $11,500 final amount to pay after everything was $19,500 wow que descarados!

First of all never show up at a dealer with down payment or comments about how much you need a car. Search in the internet for special offers and walk away if you are not satisfied with the numbers.trusAnyways I love my Latin people but when it comes to buying cars I run the other way to solid grow with the "gringos" their honesty is way superior plus they always have a sales person who speaks Spanish.

I have gotten 3 cars here. Somehow, this place which once used to be great has the worst customer service. Not only will you be mishandled by the phone operator who doesn't have the courtesy to let you know she is transferring or placing you on hold. You will be made to wait in an area with 4 different audios playing, after calling and leaving agents voice messages for two weeks - no call back.

I finally had to look up the general manager and request to speak to her to get people wanting to work and help. What a weird environment where nobody acknowledges you. I am glad I've moved on to another dealer. This place needs to do better. Something ain't right.

Disappointed. I took my vehicle for service for the first time at South Motors Honda (which is where I bought my vehicle). WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Let's me start off by saying, even with having an appointment you still have to wait after your appointment time. (This wouldn't have been so bad, if I actually was treated like a customer). I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord from this dealership, I love my vehicle and the "warranty" they told me they would give me when I purchased the vehicle but, I shortly found out yesterday that it was all lies.

I met with a service advisor who to say the least seemed like he was just their to collect a paycheck. He was NOT helpful in informing me what my warranty covers. Instead he told me to wait and he would be back (once he took my vehicle keys). I was waiting for almost 45 minutes before I went to look for him. Upon finding him he told me he couldn't tell me about my warranty right now because Parts department was not open.

Unlike him, I had to be at work. He could have communicated that with me, so I could have left to work and he could have called me to inform me of what's going on. Being that it was the first time at service at this dealership I expected the multi-point inspection to be conducted, free oil change, and just to be treated like they said they would when I bought this vehicle.

Long story short, he calls me and tells me that my vehicle is not covered for anything, NOT EVEN the oil change. I asked him if they could provide a courtesy car wash at-least for my time. He said no and just gave me the run around. I am SO disappointed that at the end of it all I still had to pay for my oil change. The service advisor knew how disappointed I was and he didn't care.

I also own a Jeep and the service department is outstanding compared to Honda. What a disappointment. I will be contacting customer relations to further my complaint. I will not return to this dealership and will not recommend it.

What is the sense of making an appointment if you are going to have waite over 2 hours? Came here for an oil change for which I had an appointment made for at 11:30 am. It has now passed exactly 1:45 minutes and no car yet. When asked where it was it had not been started and service guy mentioned he would sent a message to have car hurried up. And proceeded to compares it to a doctors visit were you have an appointment but also have to waite long hours.

Which to I responded that is why I dont go to those doctors. What nerve! He had no empathy for my wasted time. Only giving excuses. So I am expecting another 2 hours wait. I see other people that have come after me and left. Could it be that my service is price is reduced because I have a coupon? And thereby taking everyone in that is paying full price before me?

Not sure that coupon is worth it. I would have gone to tire kindom ot some other place and been out ling time ago by now. If you come here make sure to bring your picnic bag so you can at least have food. Incredible! Honestly if I could rate them less than a 0 I would have.

I came to South Motors Honda after going to Braman Honda and can I say how completely different the two dealers were! I had an awful experience at Braman and it completely discouraged me in purchasing my new car. However, upon arriving to South Motors Steven G. Was super helpful and so incredibly kind. He helped in getting a great deal and treated me professionally but as a human being.

In Braman they only cared about the sale and my money, versus here everyone was awesome. Even the financial guy who helped me was also kind and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in the market to purchasing a car. Ask for Steven! He is extremely knowledgeable and won't let you down!

So we make an appointment to have the first service done on our daughter's car. Yet the service advisor Tim takes people that have cut in line after us. I ask him how do we check in and he shrugs his shoulders and says that an appointment doesnt guarantee anything? What?! Then 15 minutes later another service advisor walks up and I explain everything etc and he tells me that a simple oil change would take about 2 hours?!

And even then there's no guarantee on that? What's wrong with this picture? Here I was going to go into the showroom to look at a Pilot to replace our other car but after this experience, NO THANKS! Do yourself a favor and go to Brickell Honda at least they have a clue about a positive customer experience! You lose on the service and lost a sale, way ti go South Motors!
