Part 2 of Jaguar Land Rover Review started on Jaguar Tulsa. I'm limited to about 5 miles per test drive, sometimes longer, but never enough to cross state borders. I pressure test again and find no leaks. I inform Lee it's done and once again recommend replacing the back pipe, to which he dismisses off hand. The next morning I again find myself talking to Craig about possibly transferring to parts or somehow reducing the toll on my back, when Lee barges in to say that the Jaguar made it to the Arkansas border and started leaking again.
This of course infuriates Craig and he fires me on the spot. I wish I could say it ended here but, when I applied for unemployment I was denied because I cost them money (sending me to school which Jaguar Land Rover reimbursed them for, and causing the damages to the vehicles, one of which I had paid the deductible the other I was currently paying) and was insubordinate and yelling at management(which I never did, I had issues with the sales manager but I always took it to higher management to resolve).
They forged a dismissal sheet with my signature and I couldn't fight it because it would take all of the money I would get just to hire a lawyer to fight it. This is how they treat disabled veterans trying to make a living for their family. So my advise, go to OKC, or at least only deal with Corey Huggens because you can't trust John Arbuckle.

Bought a 2018 Land Rover Discovery HSE from John Chapel. Paid FULL RETAIL. Got SUB PAR service from him and Little Rock, AR dealerships. Their service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Traded that Albatross today for a BMW at BMW of Little Rock from Saif Tareen and the experience was beyond ANY I've experienced! I'll NEVER own another Land Rover product, and I'd NEVER go to Land Rover Tulsa OR, Land Rover Little Rock!

Excellent service from the very first phone call to schedule all the way through the pick up and delivery. Excellent customer service. Very thorough with explanations and very respectful. Would highly recommend Land Rover of Tulsa. Also, I am currently on my third Range Rover and have loved all three of them with no issues at all, just routine maintenance. The last one I drove for over ten years, I loved it so much!

Definitely the easiest car buying experience I have had yet. Jack Pritchard made this as easy and as painless as it could of possibly been. The lot is full of quality vehicles and good people. My wife and I felt no pressure to buy but we were given all of the information we needed from Jack about the vehicles. In shopping for a vehicle, we visited multiple Land Rover dealerships in various cities. At Land Rover Tulsa, Rafael took care of us from the moment we walked in. Andy and his coworkers at Land Rover Tulsa have always treated us with the utmost respect. My wife and I took our 2016 Discovery Sport in for routine maintenance and nagging mechanical issues. They wasted no time in attending to our needs and were really good about updating us via text messages and/or phone calls. The price was reasonable and the results were perfect.
