We can't say enough good things about our experience with Jeremy Laing at Midway Auto &RV! He went above and beyond for us, and we could not be more grateful! He expedited the transaction and made things on our end go very smoothly. His eagerness to help paired with his determination to satisfy the customer were remarkable! He was the most kind, knowledgeable and non pushy salesman! If you are looking to buy a camper, give Jeremy a call! You will not be disappointed!

Typical "salesmen" at this Cody location. I placed a deposit on a travel trailer so they would hold it and then traveled 3 hours over the mountain the next morning to purchase it. When we arrived, Henry told me it was no longer available because the slide broke and they couldn't fix it until NEXT SUMMER. He then said there was all kinds of things wrong with it which makes me wonder why they would post a listing of a travel trailer without inspecting it first.
He even said this type of trailer is known for the slideout breaking. I asked him when they discovered it was broken and he said it was the day before after I put my deposit down. When I asked why he didn't call me to save me a 3 hour drive he said he figured he would show me some other RV's. Unbelievable! I didn't go there to see other RV's, I went there to see this one.
I had already been on their website and saw their inventory. This was a very dishonest practice and feels like a bait and switch. I will be traveling to Billings instead to purchase my travel trailer. I don't trust this location, or Henry, and will never go here again.

While the sales person was easy to work with, there have been some problems with the service area. The issue of warranty has been exasperating with additional trips to the facility causing some of it, no loaner available also created some problems. People dealt with have been friendly and hopefully when the warranty issue is solved the car we bought will meet our needs.

We actually did not end up buying a camper from Midway, only because we were looking for a specific type of used bumper pull. But. Matt was so helpful, even made sure that we were taken care of on his day off. He went above and beyond to help us! He even congratulated and wished us well, when we did find the unit we were looking! (not at Midway) Now, that show's class and a true interest in the wellbeing of his customers, even if he didn't make the sale!
I appreciated his true interest in making us our experience fun, without pressure or guilt! Thank you, Matthew! Midway is blessed and lucky to have you! Remember.to always ENJOY your day's off, you have earned them!

Went into buy a 27 foot bunkhouse. And I mean for cash yesterday about 5 15 pm and no one wanted to sell anything. There were 4 guys in the showroom and none of them wanted to do anything. When my wife asked to see some of the campers, one guy stopped playing on his phone long enough to throw her a set of master keys and said, here go and look these keys open them all. Trust me, if you need a camper, don't go to midway, they are too busy playing games to help you.

Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup --excited to have newer vehicle to drive took it home; drove nice, handles good didn't use it for about a week;noticed tiny puddle of fuel leaking from gas tank. Took it back to Cody from Riverton WY on a Thursday --was told needed whole new tank from Billings late that afternoon; mechanic offered to stay late -- they offered loaner so went home thinking that would eliminate them hurrying to get done; came back Monday morning at 10 Still had not been touched!
Poor service; not anyone acted like they cared to get this done in timely manner not to mention a low tire issue. They are Selling vehicles w anti theft lug nuts ( tool should have been w vehicle) but their whole shop of people were complete loss of how to get them off We are on our own. Vehicle was not even checked over before they out it in their lot. Definitely wont recommend this place --a far cry from Midway Auto we used in Lovell. Extremely disappointed

We purchased a 41ft Montana 5th wheel in October and still do not have it! During the purchase there was a door in the bedroom with a blemish on one of the doors. So a new door was ordered and scratched when installing. Second door ordered holes drilled on the wrong side. A third door has now been ordered. We purchased a 7,000.00 protective sealant for the outside to protect the finish and decals.
It took over a month for this to be applied and only after several phone calls asking if it had been done. It was parked on one of their overflow lots and when we BW went to check on it we found it unlockedfor how long we do not know we're guessing the time on this lot. When it was brought to their attention they said they would immediately go and lock it.
We still have not keys to it however we have made 2 payments on it. When we checked the next day it was still unlocked! We had to physically go and asked that it be locked. We have been gone for 2 weeks and upon returning to Cody on Dec 2 we went to check to see if it was now ready for our walk through. NO still not ready. Went to check on it, again, it was on their overflow lot UNLOCKED!
We went back and told them it was again unlocked. We followed an employee over to the lot and we were told it was locked. Robert over and opened the door! I guess there is now a problem with the lock on the door! If we had any idea that we were going to experience all of these issues we would not have bought local!

We purchased a brand new 2018 42' Montana fifth wheel from Midway RV in Cody, WY. Ever since then we have had very poor customer service for repairs. We got an estimate from them the first part of April and have made numerous phone calls to the RV manage. He never answers the phone and the mail box is often full. Today, May 14, 2020, we called again with the same results.
We called back and asked to speak with a manager of service. We finally got a call back and was told that they were declining to do our job because we yelled at his secretary. That was a lie, we NEVER yelled at her. We told her that we were frustrated with the service department and wanted to talk to someone. Not only that, we were told today that they were waiting to hear from our insurance before taking any action on the repairs to see what the insurance was going to pay.
They told us the insurance company had not contacted them, which was another lie. We called the insurance company and they contacted Midway RV on April 24th, but had not heard back from them. WE WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND MIDWAY RV TO ANYONE! This is only one of the two experiences we have had with them. The other one was similar in that we didn't get good service. Very poor customer service!

Sells awful cars. Have had a car from them for three months, and has already been in the shop twice for separate issues, and even though I pay $100 a month for the warranty, it coincidentally doesn't cover anything. Avoid this place at all cost. I should have listened to all the bad reviews I've heard before.
