Went to a different dealer for service. 7 days was too long of a wait for first oil change and rotate. I'm not sure what is going on at dealerships lately but service has fallen off bad. I was a dealer technician for 8 years and we were always begging for more work not turning it away. No one wanting to make money I guess?

I would like to say not to prefer this collision center. they don't maintain proper documentation on Car In and Car out dates. They don't work for customers they work for Insurance companies to give profits to them. they print wrong dates on invoice and insurance companies wont pay for actual car rental days. Managers here not very responsible to customers, they give you very Irrelevant answers. *** Very Bad Service They waster my time and Money ***********
