I love this dealership! I purchased my truck from them originally. We were able to work out a really good deal that satisfied us both. I have had a wonderful experience with the quality and dependability of my vehicle. In other words, these guys don't sell junk cars. They sell nice, clean, well maintained vehicles. Every time that I've taken my vehicle in for maintenance or service, I have had a really positive and satisfying experience. I will, with absolute certainty, begin my search for my next car or truck at Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Conway Arkansas!

I had called John Fowler Friday morning to see if they still had a truck. I had told him that I would like to trade my truck in. I told him the I will pay my current truck off and will have my banker get the loan for me by Monday. When I texted him Monday at 11:30, he texted back and said it sold on Saturday. No call or text to let me know before I had already paid my truck off and pulled out a loan for apparently nothing.
When I asked to put a deposit down of Friday evening, he said no it won't sell by then. Called him back and he had nothing to say about it, like he didn't just ruin my finances. Can't get a hold of any manager either. John Fowler is a terrible salesperson who doesn't care about his customers.

I called the mechanic for advice After searching extensively on the Internet for information how to replace the valve cover gaskets because there's no room to remove a rear coil pack to get the gasket off, , and and he told me to Google it and hung up on me!. How lazy is that? Honesty and integrity just went out the window!

We searched High and Low to find a Chrysler Pacifica, optioned the way we wanted in white. We found that car at Superior, reached out via their website after business hours and received a prompt response from Robby in the sales department. We had located a car closer to home but it wasn't the color we wanted and the sales team at that dealership was less than willing to work for a sale.
The team at Superior was fantastic! They went the extra mile to get us a great deal and prepare a flawless transfer that was ready for us when we arrived. Robby worked with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, picked us up at the airport, drove us to the dealership, had the car ready to hit the road and the financing team secured us a really great rate!
Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and courteous! We will have a wait to receive all the paperwork for sales tax at our county office and will update after that portion of the transaction is complete but I couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase at Superior! Well worth the 2800 mile journey! Update: The paperwork was all received and the transaction for registration complete.
While the process was cumbersome, it wouldn't change my choice to purchase from Superior. The third party that handled the title, taxes and registration was easy to deal with even though it took some extra time and steps to get my old plates transferred to the new car the team at Superior kept me updated and in temporary tags to keep me from having issues. When all was said and done, we were right up against the 60 days required for our state to license, but we made it. Thanks again to Superior, we love our car!

Please take the time to read this. I just bought a Charger Scat Pack from this dealership. Henry Holden took excellent care of me. Everyone at this dealership is a true professional. At no time did anyone pressure or try and persuade me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. They gave me a very fare offer for my trade. This is the only dealership in Arkansas that has the scat packs.
They had a few beautiful ones buy they were a little out of my price range. Henry contacted a dealership in a different state to get me exactly what I wanted and could afford. He had the car shipped overnight so I could have it for new years eve. The financing was a breeze. I got a 3.8 percent financing and that's with 9,000 on negative equity to roll over! You need to let these people work hard for you because that's exactly what they did for me every step of the way.
