The service intaker always remembers my name, which is awesome, but for the 2nd time, oil was left in the pan under the engine that then dripped onto my nice newer stamped driveway. He said he would send someone to clean the driveway, but it hasn't happened, plus the almost 1 hour of time and $6.29 gas having to return the car so they could clean up the truck is just wrong. If a simple oil change keeps going wrong, do you trust them for a big job?

The Service Managers at Mullahey Ford are phenomenal. Both Richard and Bronson have been there for many years and are always friendly and ready to take care of servicing our 2008 Ford that we bought brand new there. A big reason we have kept the vehicle is the reliable and friendly service we always receive. A quality oil change is very inexpensive as well and includes a thorough vehicle inspection report. Had a very pleasant and super smooth buying experience at Mullahey Ford. Ordered a Mach-E Mustang online and had it sent to them. Jim Beckman was in frequent contact updating me on the status of my car and was really easy to deal with! Jim was great the day we picked it up answering all our questions! These people broke my air conditioner and side of my passenger seat when it was in the shop almost one month for a bad transmission still under warranty. When I picked my car up it had no air, just blowing hot air. I now have it in another shop and they are trying to find out what they did to fix it. My car is still having the same problem with the transmission system but Richard in the service department said it is normal with my car.
He also told Ford when I called and complained it was normal for my car to have these problems. Now my car not running safely, no current air-conditioning, cracked side of the plastic around my car seat. I am a senior woman and this should tell you what you need to know about this business. Ford company advised me to go elsewhere also? Richard told me my car is safe to drive.

My wife and I went to 5 different places from North Hollywood to Ventura and were given the runaround at each place. We were hopeless at this point. On a whim we called Jim at Mullahey Ford and he had the perfect Explorer for us. The very next day we made the trek from Port Hueneme all the way up to Arroyo Grande. Jim and Greg had us in and out within 20 minutes. The smoothest and painless purchase I've ever made for a vehicle. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. Finance lied about my contract and I received my first bill with late charges because the dates were not entered correctly. Sales lied about the warranty that I paid for. Every time I bring my car into the dealership for warrantied work, I can never see the fix. This dealership lies and will not take any accountability. They have no spine.

We ordered a new truck through, Jim Beckman and it couldn't have been easier. We met with him and truck order was submitted within a few minutes. Dropped my C-Max off with them after hearing a whine from the front of the car while driving at higher speeds. Based on past experience I brought it in, and suggested they consider looking at the the front left wheel bearing when diagnosing. They kept the car for 7 hours (what!?!) to diagnose it. What did they recommend? REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION. "it's definitely the transmission - we've had a few just this month already" I was shocked by this diagnosis and even more so when they ball-parked me a $5000 price tag for the job. Took it to anther mechanic for a second opinion, and guess what?
It was a bad wheel bearing. $350 and the sound is gone. These scammers wanted to take me for $5000 and NOT fix the problem I was having despite me bringing it in and telling them where to look. NEVER GOING BACK. This dealer will take you for every penny they can squeeze out of you. Avoid the service department at all costs.

I just had a smooth, pleasant car-buying experience at Mullahey Ford and now I drive a big, beautiful, brand-new Ford Edge! The Salesman that helped me out, Jim Beckman, was absolutely no-pressure, knows Ford cars, trucks and tech inside and out and answered all my questions. He hooked me up with a great deal and 0% Financing and I couldn't be happier! Jim even kept in touch after the sale to continue to answer my questions. I have a '17 explorer that had a corrosion issue on the hood. ( it's a known issue of that model and ford will replace) I took it to my local dealership where they referred me to a Bodyshop to just repair the existing hood. When I pointed out that the paint wasn't the issue, ( it's the aluminum in the hood itself) the service rep still wanted me just to repaint.
Fast forward. I made an appointment with Mullahey and Debbie was immediately helpful. She looked at my hood and ordered a new one. Mullahey provided a rental while they replaced and painted the new hood. I will be recommending and bringing my business to Mullahey Ford from now on! So worth the 20 minute drive. My hometown ford dealership needs to remember customer service is everything, bye SM Ford! Thanks Mullahey

The best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased at least 10 cars from dealerships. Eric and Charles made the whole experience so easy. I asked for their best price, and from the very first message they were hands down the best deal for miles. Very upfront with all the costs and options. Did the majority of the work over email and text. Came in for the final paperwork and everything was exactly as they said with zero surprises. So refreshing, and had me in the car in less than 45 minutes! Fastest ever! Will absolutely come to them again for future purchases. Top notch all around.

This place absolutely sucks. I had a transmission issue and I knew what was wrong and asked them to flush out my transmission and top off coolant that all. Richard wanted to act like I know nothing about my car and said the issue I had was not because of transmission when I'm fact three day's later they "fixed" my car I had to get my whole transmission replaced because they apparently didn't notice my transmission fluid was BURNT and in need of care.
They also replaced my resivore without asking and charged me 500 for something I could have gotten for 60 bucks and done myself and then charged 300 to "top off transmission fluid" that they never did and when I went back disregarded everything as if they did their job right on and they also left a dirty rag in my engine. Fuck this place and Richard is an ass hole

STAY AWAY! Where Bad Things are happening! and where they Do Not treat you right! I purchased a new buisness vehicle that is terribly faulty and there service absolutely would not fix it under warranty. They made this brand new motor run worse every time I took it in and they never tried to fix the exact problem. There general manager and service manager didn't have a care in the world even when they knew a successful buisness is relying on this vehicle to work right.
They took money and ran, also took Fords warranty money and ran with that too. I don't like writing reviews, but they deserve this one, especially there service department. STAY AWAY! Go to another dealer!
