I took my car in for an oil change, as I have been for the last two years due to location only I was advised that there as a leak at the timing cover, as well as needing my fluids changed. Took the car to my mechanic; not only was there no leak, which they wanted over 3k to fix, all fluids were changed at 100k and are fine. There was a list of "needed parts" that had nothing to do with fixing the leak, including an air filter for the AC. NOT GOING BACK. BEWARE OF FAKE DIAGNOSIS!

Negative 50 on the star scale. Don't buy or ask for service at this unprofessional dealership and service center. The young men were having fun talking and eating, I asked to have my battery tested? This consists of hooking up a tester to the battery on positive and negative cables to measure battery percentage. They refused to check it for me without paying $40!
I had the compartment ready and all they had to do was spend 60 seconds hooking up each side. $40? Autozone and many others do it for free! I was going to have them install a new battery if needed. I do not recommend this dealership at all. I bought my Toyota in Santa Maria and they offer better prices and service. DON'T BUT TOYOTA OF LOMPOC.
Spread the word folks. We are paying more now than ever for services and these boys don't work unless forced to do so. This country is being destroyed by businesses like this. Take back your power folks. Demand service or walk away. It's the only way for people to understand the need for proper business ethics.

Was in need of small economical vehicle for daily driver. Went to Toyota of Lompoc and they delivered. The Salesman: Dylan Treece was excellent! Highly professional and answered all of my questions. After years of taking my cars here for servicing, and buying a truck from them (toyota of santa maria, but they're owned by the same people), my prius is throwing a code. They told me to take it elsewhere, or pay $220 just to get the code to determine if I'm going to fix it or not. (I'd pay something, but that seems excessive!). They were so much better before toyota of Santa Maria bought them. Downhill ever since - and if my prius is dead, I won't be buying the next one from them. :(

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Toyota Lompoc thanks to Jesus who helped me find my dream vehicle and thanks to his above and beyond customer service I was able purchase my vehicle a lot faster than I expected. I really appreciate the fact that he really listened to what it is that I was looking for and went out and found it for me and wasn't just trying to push any car on me. He had great communication all the way through and it really made me feel like I was in the right hands so thank you for that!

Antonio in the service department was very knowledgeable in identifying and estimating future repairs I I needed to get done. My vehicle smog check & oil change by technicians were accomplished swiftly and I am very satisfied with the results. Called and made an appointment for 1:30 PM on Wednesday. Drove from Santa Maria to Lompoc for my appointment, only to be told there was no appointment for me in their system, but they would attempt to squeeze me in to diagnose the problem. I was told they use a call center to schedule appointments and apparently the call center didn't enter the appointment into the system.
They did squeeze the car in to start looking at it, but to late to finish finding the issue. Ended up missing a day of work for nothing. I've had excellent service at this dealership in the past, but on this occasion not so much. Staff were friendly and professional, but unfortunately that doesn't fix the vehicle.

Lompoc Toyota is the best Toyota Dealer in the Tri-Counties. Every Toyota dealer in Ventura County refused to honor The Manufacturer's advertised Lease Special on a 2022 Rav4 LE. Nice people who seem knowledgeable. We had a recall regarding the gas level that was fixed the same day as our maintenance appt. We were told to bring it in with the gas level as low as possible. So, we did. However, after getting the car back I filled it up for work going out of town the next day. When I got home I could smell strong gas inside and outside the vehicle.
My husband called then next afternoon to tell them something was wrong. They needed to keep it overnight and we stated we needed it back 2 days later. We were told no guarantees. Understandable, yet could have been said in a different way. After reviewing the maintenance paperwork, we noticed that our tires were not rotated and that 2 of the 4 were marked red (needing to be replaced) No-one mentioned that when I picked the vehicle up. We checked the tires and they seemed to have enough tread. Confused by this information.

Staff at Toyota Lompoc were very nice and helpful! I really appreciated the attitude (not smug like other dealers, you know what I'm talking about). Juan Flores was awesome, attentive, and responsive and I ultimately ended up purchasing a car I fell in love with that wasn't even the original car I was interested in. My bf will probably end up purchasing his next car from them now. Happy with my purchase and experience!

Our Prius needed a recall repair in order to complete our registration for the year. We made an appointment for a Monday morning at 0800. When we arrived, we found out that the only recall technician on site we not at work. We were a little disappointed that they didn't call to let us know our appointment was cancelled. We were told that they would call us back to reschedule the appointment but they didn't.
After about 10 days, we called back and rescheduled. After the recall was fixed we arrived to pick up the car and had a difficult time finding a person who could provide us with the proper paperwork to prove to the DMV that we had the recall fixed and renew our registration. We then found that our car was parked around the corner on the street. The windows were down and the keys were in it. It was unattended and completely out of view of anyone at the dealership. Very disappointed with the customer service at this place.

11/22/2021 - We had a great experience with Toyota of Lompoc, and special thanks to Leonard and Jesus Aguilar-Perez. We end up driving a new Toyota Prius Prime home yesterday. and I couldn't have done it without Jesus's help. He is very knowledgeable about the mobile phone app, and help me connected to the navigation system. Our buying process was very smooth and efficient, and time in finance office was enjoyable, what a great business team! We had a great time, and thank you so much!

We were in Lompoc to handle my mom's estate, and the day before we needed to travel for her funeral, our Prius wouldn't start. I called the service dept and spoke to Anthony, who advise if sounded like a battery and if we could get it there O Saturday, he'd try to look at it same day, but no later than first thing Monday, so I could still make the funeral, since it was too late to rent a car.
Auto Club jumped the car and we drove straight to the dealership. Anthony remembered our call and made our situation a priority. He confirmed the dead battery and found they had one battery in stock for our model. He and his crew worked past their 4pm closing time by about 20 mins, so we could get on the road and I could handle the final arrangements for my mom's service. I'm just so thankful for the service dept and for Anthony, and don't know what we would have done if I hadn't have called the dealer for their opinion. I wish I had someone like this to take of our cars back home.

Yesterday I bough my third car from Toyota of Lompoc I live in Arroyo Grande and idc If I lived in New York I'd come to this dealership! Joanne made the experience awesome Listened to my family's needs and made it happen We chose the perfect car for us! Leonard worked with me email and had the Paperwork ready when we arrived The absolute BEST dealership on the central coast and possibly in CALIFORNIA! I've done business with Lompoc Toyota for a long time ever since they change owners I seen their way of business change I recently did a trade-in with a newer car to get a car that I can tow with I realize the amount of money was off set but when they take they take and they disguise it under whatever they want to recently I discovered what defer payment means it means whatever they want it to be taking money I feel that they shouldn't have taken not explaining what they should be explaining we feel like we've been cheated and I will not recommend them for anything ever again 8057172000 while we were in small claims court I discovered that there was more people like me being cheated lied to hopefully we can do something like writing down our experience

I bought my first car after my divorce, and as an adult, my first car ever, from Toyota in Goleta. had some issues with how the service dept treated me so started going to the Lompoc branch and. 3 cars later I have found them to go not only beyond professional service but to invest I taking time to know you. The team there cares. Anthony & Abel treat you like you matter beyond just being a'customer'. It's a great team and I recommend them to all the people I know. Also Hugo and the front desk women are sweet AF.

Service was not done correctly or was never done laziness tires are not pumped to pressure on my 45k service check. invoice says its done but nothing has been done simple as pumping up tires goes to show that nothing has been done do not go to this place not recommended untrusted place dishonest people that work there never again. Stay away from this place. I bought a car here and was duped into buying a wheel and tire warranty. They completely mislead me as to what was covered. When I tried to use it finally, just kept getting the run around. When I tried to cancel, they said I need to fill out a form. Took them multiple reminders to finally send me the form. I was working with Dillon in Finance.
I sent in the form to Dillon back in March of 2020 called me to confirm a few things, got it squared away and I thought the cancellation went through. Now we are in September 2020, still not cancelled. The whole thing took multiple calls and reminders just to end up pretending they cancelled it. Not worth the trouble to keep this circus going. They must train their employees on how to screw people over.

Sales guy Juan was great. Above and beyond. Finance guy definitely shady so watch out. He made a $1,200 error in there favor that I caught and then after the paperwork was done on our agreed price of 33,088 I signed it. Only afterwards I realized he upped the sales price $415.00. I was paying attention to the after tax price of $36,300 and didn't realize the sales price was changed.
What the f****. Too late now. I gave them a 5 star just for the smooth way things went and Juan even delivered the car to us 4 hours away. The other reason I gave them a five star review is so the review wouldn't be blocked on the blacklist of Yelp. If they give me the $415 I'll pull the review down. Oh the E brake was supposedly fixed but it doesn't work at all.

Update: Took the 2013 sequoia into my local Toyota dealer and they fixed the brake and informed me that the front wheel stud was bent and lug nut stripped. That was on the report as "fixed" from Toyota Lompoc but they never actually did it. Planning on taking action for them putting my family on the road unsafe and at risk. At this point I can't recommend buying a used vehicle from them even if they say everything is fixed or updated. We were taken advantage of!

Make sure to check the mileage on any car you find online. We saw a listing, drove half an hour to Lompoc and ran credit. Just to find out later that the mileage was off by 50,000 miles. Customer service definitely sucked. The salesperson kept telling us over and over that if we didn't take it, he had a list of customers that would. Who tells a customer that? Yea, no thanks.

Went into the parts manager and clearly showed him the part I need. He had no clue as to where it should go. He said it was a broken nipple but had no idea what it might go to. It was inside a hose that was still connected on the other end. Told him I had error codes but he was not even interested in knowing what they were. Small dealer with crowded service dept. only 4 bays. Will not waist my time here again. The worst experience I've ever had at a Toyota Dealer.

Just do yourself a favor take your car to get serviced somewhere else. Shane won't honor competitor coupons and makes Up every excuse why. When asked why big brand will take a competitor coupon and why he won't his excuse " we use Toyota oil" isn't all synthetic oil the same? Says coupon only covers up to 5 quarts and apparently each additional court is $10 more. pretty pricey! Just don't make my mistake go to big brand or valley auto specialists. Plus the shop sucks and so does there customer service in the service department atleast!

This was really the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. From beginning till the very end, everyone was pleasing. I recommend Jerry Esparza for all your car shopping needs! Absolutely bummed with the service department. I bought my 2018 tacoma TRD off road about 5 months ago (less than 9k Miles on it now). This past Friday the engine light came on and the engine seemed to bog down in first gear and it was hardly drivable. When I called to inform them, they stated that there mechanic wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday and they couldn't get me a loaner or help with a renter vehicle until it was diagnosed by said mechanic.
I told the staff that this frustrated me because everyone is essentially S.O.L if your vehicle breaks down fri-sun. Their response? "Can you borrow a friends vehicle till then." All that aside, I eventually made it to Monday and took it in. They told me that a rodent had chewed wires and caused some damage to a sensor. I found this odd because my family parks several cars in the same area for years and this has never been a problem.
They told me the repair would be around 400$ and was NOT covered by all the warranty stuff I still had. However, They did say they would cover the day I had the rental car. Until I was updated with a estimate of 700$ the next day and told it would take an additional day to get the part ordered. So I returned the rental and was once again carless. The following day I pick up the vehicle and the total was just over 770$. Parts?
The cost was 141$ Labor? They charged me 618$. (Clock must have started rolling when the part was shipped.) I get things get pricey but when you drop 40+k on a brand new vehicle, then they charge the ever liven out of you less than 6 months in for labor repairs that you had no control of. well that's why I'm writing this review. And please believe if the "Rodent" that chewed my wires had a yelp, I'd give him a bad review too. So I'm not being biased. Take it for what it's worth and I hope you find a better place to take your baby when it breaks down.

While I have not purchased a car not taken my cat in for service, this place gets 5-stars solely because Tomas Barcinas is an outstanding salesperson. When I visited to check out a Taco to see if it'll fit my child's rear facing car seat, he stepped right up to the plate to accommodate my request. He was very patient and supervised me installing the seat using the truck's LATCH anchor points, and he even offered to help move the seat back to my car! I highly recommend the Tacoma for childless dudes and only require a light duty truck. Ask for Tomas when you visit here!
