I always take my Honda's to Jenkins in Leesburg for maintenance as I receive top notch service and care every time. While I was there I decided to trade-in my vehicle and got a fabulous deal on a 2019 CR-V. Robert was wonderful finding a car within my budget that fit all my needs. And Michael (Business Manager) explained all the extra care services clearly and made signing paperwork quick. Highly recommend going to Jenkins.

My battery died Friday morning, but it was still under warranty with Honda. I called on my way in to town and Shawn was very helpful and told me to just come straight there. I had checked online and there were no appointments available. I even was able to get my oil changed. They replaced my battery and I was on my way. I really appreciate how service-minded Shawn was! Thank you!

Went here based on stellar reviews and them having the vehicle I was interested in in stock. I was sorely disappointed. They not only overcharged me by thousands for the vehicle but after much negotiation, they removed the several thousand dollar service package I didn't want but I didn't realize the raised the price of the purchase order to almost compensate.
I also didn't realize they charged me for ID theft protection. What is a car dealership going to do to protect my identity? That alone was $150. One of the two salesmen was very argumentative and the other tried to get me to use $10,000 from my credit cards for a down payment! Not to mention, I told them I don't want my credit ran through multiple banks and I had a preapproval with me.
They promised to only run it through one, to which I agreed, but they actually ran my credit through 5 different banks! So now I have 6 inquiries instead of just 1 on my credit report. The vehicle has had issues, which I told the service personnel about during my first service visit. His response was that all vehicles have those issues. I said I never had that issue with any other vehicle I've owned (or rented, for that matter) from BMW, Chevy, etc.
He also became argumentative. I seriously don't understand why they're getting such high ratings. They also screwed my parents over and I should have listened to them because this has become a ~$38,000 mistake (for a Civic). Oh and they force you to purchase whatever accessories they threw on the car. Even the $250 first aid kid which could literally be taken out and placed in another vehicle or sold individually. They're con artists through and through. Will never be back to a Jenkins dealership and possibly never back to a Honda, either.

Samantha helped when I first walked in and was super sweet and attentive. Normally I despise going to the dealership due to the long wait times but it was relatively quick. I came in for a service check and they took me in and I think I only waited about 30-45 minutes. I recently moved to Lake county so it was refreshing that everything was done at a good time. I used to wait 2 hours for an oil change with appointment and everything. Their customer service was fantastic. Glad I came here!

All staff at Jenkins are super. For my purchases for Honda Crv Shawn Kriston Wotton (Semper Fi). Ive trade my Honda CRV 2015 to Crv 2022 what remarkable difference. I went two other Honda dealer and left disgusted. But I would go Jenkins to first you cant go wrong. Ready to deal head to Jenkin Honda for large selection. From this Viet Nam Vet

Friendly staff & excellent inventory. We are very happy with everyone we met during our sales process: Brian Jaundoo, Sales Consultant and Greg Green, Business Manager really answered any questions we had. We also had contact with Roger Pereyra, Service Advisor, when we had a question concerning the accessories included with the system of our 2017 Subaru Forester.

Shawn is a season professional. He was very knowledgeable of the car and provided all of the information I needed as well as worked within my budget for me to make a decision immediately. There was a small chip in the windshield which they will take care of soon. I appreciate their quick response and excellent customer service. Other dealerships you had to speak with numerous sales associates here at Jenkins you work with one Sales person through the entire process.

Chris took his time going over what I wanted or might need for service. He was friendly and helpful without pushing me to do anything I did not feel a need to have done. He also took me into the service bay to meet Paul the mechanic to better explain something I questioned. Paul was just as friendly and helpful. While in the bay, I also pointed out a scratch on the side of the door and I asked both men if they were aware of a product I could buy to buff it out. Chris asked me to hold on a second and proceeded to get a special sponge with a big blob of goo on it.
He then rubbed it on the area for a few minutes to clean it right up! No extra charge! Paul also noticed some tree sap on the car and said he'd see what they could do to take care of that during the complimentary car wash. The vehicle looked great when they were done. Both men went well beyond what I expected to make me feel comfortable with the quality and reliability of their service.
